The property was exactly as advertised and right in the heart of the Seneca Lake area. Close to everything but still in a quiet neighborhood. Steve was a wonderful host. Highly recommend this home.

Lots of space in this pet-friendly 3 bedroom house situated on beautiful lakefront property with a nice yard, cozy fire pit, deck and pier for watching sunsets. Steve was immediately responsive when we contacted him with questions. Would definitely return for another visit.

Steve was a great host and responded to my initial questions concerning items that were either missing or broken. The location is lovely, quiet and secluded- perfect for our group of friends. The home however needs updating and some repairs including the kitchen cabinets, kitchen drawers and outdoor octagonal deck, particularly replacing the deteriorating older boards. Overall a nice low key place to stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this vacation home. The rooms were very spacious and included everything we needed. The sunsets on the lake were absolutely breathtaking and we enjoyed evenings by the camp fire (firewood and starters provided by host). The location was perfect to town and wineries. The host was extremely responsive and check in was a breeze. Our furry family members were very grateful they were included too! We would definitely stay at this comfortable home again and again!

We had a excellent stay at this property! The house was very clean, has a nice layout for our group (all rooms on one level), and is in a great lakefront location. Steve and team did an outstanding job communicating with us. We would definitely stay here again!

Three couples traveling to the wineries and Watkins Glenn. The house was spacious for the six of us. Loved the big eat in kitchen and it was well stocked with K-cups, plates, pots & pans etc. Bathrooms were spacious and very nice. The outdoor space is magnificent. Loved the deck & the fire pit. We all said we would stay here again.

The first impression on the property is not good as landscaping was full of weeds, dead leaves still remained all along the sidewalk (covering part of sidewalk) at the front door and there were spider webs all over as if the house hadn't been tended to since last fall. There was a mildew/moldy odor to the house when you step inside, but inside was clean and had all the amenities listed. There were actually three drip coffee makers in addition to the Keurig that was listed. The view of the lake was awesome, although there is a dead tree that could be removed to improve the view. We liked enjoying the fire pit in the evenings and there were lawn chairs available to do that. Two bedrooms are very nice/roomy although one didn't have window covering. The third bedroom has two doors, likes it's a walkthrough room, which is a little weird and there was no closet in that bedroom to hang clothes or place to put a suitcase, really. But it worked for sleeping as long as you are the early riser since you hear people getting their morning coffee in the kitchen (to which one of the doors leads). Several light bulbs were out in fan fixtures. Maybe other guests didn't report those? Having laundry facilities in the rental was a bonus that came in handy to dry bath towels. We were in the area to tour wineries and the location was great for that. Easy drives to several "wine trails" and close to town for dining and shopping. Steve was easy to reach via phone or text and replied promptly/courteously.

My husband and I tend to stay at hotels, but we wanted to travel with friends and our dog for this trip. This location was perfect! Clean, on the water, and close to the wineries and breweries.

We loved this house and the location and the owners. It made our vacation incredible when we came to new york. What a beautiful place and everything was set up so wonderful in the house. We would come stay here over and over I highly recommend it, the owner is incredibly nice and accommodating. And easy, there's tons of parking and the neighbors were great. Everything was A+

This property was lovely and it's unfortunate that our stay there was clouded by a frustrating and unprofessional booking and check in process. We were not aware of the extra charges for having over 6 people until after we booked the property (the house is listed as being able to hold 10 people). I explained to Steve that the additional people staying at the house were all under the age of 6 and that an extra $70/person seemed excessive; the charges were not taken off the final bill. I asked for early check in because of traveling with young children and the hope of a nap for them; early check in was not an option because of needing to clean and restock the house and firewood. I did not hear from Steve in the days leading up to our checkin, and called the number listed (literally!) 25 times to try and get some information about how to get into the rental that we had already paid for. There was no answer any of the times I called and the voicemail was full so leaving a message was not an option. I also messaged Steve twice about how to get into the rental. I did not hear back then, and still have not heard back five days after our stay. Gaslighting at it's worst. Our party traveled to the house and were only able to enter the house through an unlocked door. If this door had not been unlocked, we would have been stranded with four young children, no place to stay and no way to get ahold of an owner that apparently didn't care about the guests checking in (but would happily take their money). Once we arrived, we discovered that there were only two logs of firewood that had been 'restocked', the propane tank to the grill was empty and a replacement was nowhere to be found, and that the beach was covered in seaweed/algae and garbage and unusable by the children. The house itself was clean and comfortable and fit our group well. I wish we had enjoyed our time more, and that the glowing reviews about speedy communication that Steve has received in the past were true. I'm still waiting for him to get back to me. I've never had such a strange and unsettling experience with VRBO.

Great visit on Seneca Lake! We were able to enjoy the dock and deck area. Fans in all the rooms helped cool down the house. Great weekend!

When I search for rental it is always location and easy access to house and water. Finding this house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths is perfect. Owner updates it every year. Central air. New floors. Very large updated kitchen with ice maker. Deck is perfect. Great dock. No sea wall so my dog can swim all day. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water always. As I get older steps out of house could be improved. Owner is available and helpful.

This property is awesome! Exactly as described and clean as can be. Beds were all comfy and bathrooms were perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked and is a pleasure to work in. The backyard with the firepit and the deck are so beautiful and it was a pleasure to sit outside. The owner, Steve was extremely helpful and willing to be contacted. Couldn't ask for more for vacation!!

Fully stocked with all the comforts-linens, towels, kitchenware, A/C. Wide open spacious rooms throughout, 2 full baths, washer/dryer. All the comforts of home with a view to die for. Easy access to lake off dock, shallow water to dock's end - perfect for kids! Can't wait to go back. 5 Stars!

This place was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway with another couple. The house was immaculate - just incredibly clean, and it was beautifully decorated. Central air throughout the home, and the deck and dock were perfect for eating breakfast/dinner and watching the sunset. We will definitely stay here again!

We cannot say enough how great this property was. We rented this house because it was close our the wedding venue (Ventosa) for our sons wedding. It was a perfect place for friends and family to visit the days before and after the wedding. There was not one thing that was wrong. Everything in the property description was perfect. I brought so many items with me that I really did not need to because everything we would have needed was there. The house we immaculate and the beds were so comfortable. There was an abundance of towels. And most of all the communication with Steve was what put it over the top. He responded so quickly with any questions we did had. We are already looking re-booking next summer.

The house was roomy and the new central air was great. It was also great to have 2 full bathrooms. The water pressure was awesome so we could use both showers together. The deck was awesome, and the fire pit was great in the evenings.

Perfect location, very clean. Listing was better than the pictures show. Kids had a great time swimming and kayaking. Boat rental place just across the lake. Loved every minute of it! Owner quick to respond.

This was a great house that had plenty of room! There was everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of towels and linens. The location was great, close to Geneva and close to amny wineries. We really enjoyed our stay here and would reccomended to anyone looking to stay on the lake!

The amenities here are abundant, from towels and linens all the way down to fire roasting sticks. Felt like home. Quiet area. Great view. Hope to return next year.

This house on sensa and the host were both fantastic! We weren't looking for anything fancy for our stay just beds and a kitchen really. But the beautiful view of the lake made the house all the more special!

Waking up in the morning to the sunrise on the lake ,and dining on the massive deck at sunset was sublime!And, an added plus is the Owner Steve was so very gracious and commutative. I would definitely recommend this property! As a matter of fact I have already secured this amazing spot for 2021.
