I have been to many rental house and this one is one of the best with nice decorations, upscaled furnishings, and very comfortable beds. The host is very responsive and responsible! Love to travel again

This property has all the upgrades and conveniences available. Walking distance to everything. Beds are super comfortable. Perfect layout of entertaining. Neighbors are friendly. Check in/out is a breeze. Owner is super relaxed and easy to work with. The rooftop patio is to die for. You’ll love the ocean views and relaxed feel. I would give this property 10 stars if I could.

This property is outstanding. James is incredibly communicative and helpful, you can tell that this home is special to him. Checkin was easy, and the house was sparkling clean upon arrival. Everything you need is at your fingertips - the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home, and the beach supplies were awesome to walk down to the beach. We will absolutely be back!

We went to stay for my son’s 13th birthday. It was spacious for the 6 of us and had beautiful views from the roof top deck! The house was in a great location which allowed us to enjoy a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house was immaculate, and fully stocked for all of our needs and then some. The owner was accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with! I would definitely stay again and recommend it to families and friends.

I stayed here with my family of four and a cousin and it was perfect. Clean, lots of room, and all the extras (including an arcade machine!). The location was perfect. We were able to easily walk to the beach and the main pier. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

We and another family stayed at James's condo over the holiday break, and really enjoyed the home. Our goal was to spend time with friends, cook, eat, and spend more time together. The townhouse has everything we needed. Plenty of bathrooms, beds, towels, and plates/utensils (for 7 people). We borrowed the beach toys for a day and took the kids to the beach. It was nice not to have to bring our own stuff. Really all you need to pack are clothes and food (if you like to cook). Kids really loved the bunk bed downstairs. The room got a little cold in the evening, because heat rises and the thermostat is on the 2nd floor, but that was easily manageable by opening a window on the 2nd floor to bring down the temp. There's a roof top area that we didn't take advantage of, but it has a nice view of the pier/ocean during the day. James was very responsive and provided clear check-in/out instructions.

We stayed here over the holidays and the house is perfect. Great location (easy 1 block walk to the beach and a couple blocks to downtown), very roomy, and nicely stocked with all the essentials. James was great to work with. Overall a wonderful stay. We would definitely like to stay here again and would recommend to our friends and family!

We spent Labor Day weekend here with my parents and 3 children and it was absolutely perfect! James is a wonderful host! The house is gorgeous and set up perfectly for renters. So many beach extras like boogie boards, sand toys and a wagon available to borrow. The location absolutely can not be beat! Walkable to all things Pismo Beach! We certainly hope to come back soon!

This was a beautiful home, very close to Pismo Beach, and roomy for a large family. My family enjoyed the stay and we made great memories. There were many activities close by & the central location made it so easy to do a lot of family things. The house was clean and very organized. James was accessible and easy to talk to!! Overall, we had the best experience & I highly recommend it!

The property and location was ideal for our immediate family. With inlaws, three grown children, a ten year old, my husband and myself, there was plenty of room in this three story townhouse to find our own space. The roof top patio, I must say, was an unexpected treat and my favorite part of the house. We had daily excursions to the beach which took less than 15 minutes to walk. We brought way too many beach items with us, but loved the fact that we had even more to choose from with what was provided in the garage by the property owner. A mini heat wave supposedly occured during our stay, but we didn't experience any discomfort especially with all the windows and sliding doors open to create cross breezes. I wouldn't be surprise if the owner experiences an influx of requests for this property due to all the comments and requests we had from friends and family about the place. "The Yellow Beach House," as our kids called it, is definitely an A+ in our books.

My family and I had a lovely time at Jame’s property. It’s proximity to everything was great and the kitchen was properly equipped so we could cook and enjoy family time, I’m a chef and the California Fresh Market was nice and close. Communication was top notch and James was very accommodating of any questions we had. The beds were comfortable (a cushy firm) and the rooms were all spacious and nicely decorated with a soothing beach color vibe. If you are noise sensitive to others moving about the house while sleeping I suggest bringing a white noise machine or app, as it’s a bit echo-y through all of the floors. Overall highly recommend the house and host!

Fantastic stay just a block from the beach. Room for all 6 of us to spread out from well appointed rooftop (fireplace, cocktail table and chairs, loungers and market umbrella) to three floors so there was room to work and study when needed. Highly recommend and we’ll be back for sure. Bonus is I left my favorite down pillow there and yes, it was shipped back to me which sealed the deal for future trips. Go and have a ball!

He was very responsive and helpful, and called me the night before after I messaged with a question and walked me through check in and house amenities. We hope to stay here again; I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about this house.

This property is very well maintained, clean, beautiful, quiet, pretty well secluded even with neighbors, and worked very nicely for us. We have a large vehicle, and were concerned about parking in the garage, so having the driveway and a space for guest parking was perfect. Wish we could've stayed longer!!!

We were thrilled with the accommodations from garage parking all the way up the the 4th level fire pit. All 3 bedrooms had on suite bathrooms which made it great for our 2 teenage granddaughters. One very nice feature is that there are no bedrooms on the same floor as the kitchen/dining/living area, so early risers can enjoy their morning coffee without waking everyone up. One block from the beach and right on the edge of the Pismo restaurant district. The owner called to see if we had any questions the night before our arrival. He was very friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for more. Would dfinitely rent again.

Amazing place with all conceivable amenities, from the beach gear to the video game stand up console to the linens, James place in downtown Pismo is awesome. We enjoyed multiple short walking trips to beach and downtown, nice to have a garage for the car as well. James was highly responsive and courteous on any questions that arose and we for sure will be back. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place in Downtown Pismo Beach!

Close to the beach. A very nice well equipped and appointed home. It has more character than I expected as the pictures don’t show all the attention to detail and decorating with the beach theme. All the finishing touches were a nice surprise when we arrived. Well maintained. Owner is very attentive and helpful. Great place to stay in central coast.

Great location, comfortable living area, ample space. Well-stocked kitchen. Hint: if you don’t want lights to pop on in the middle of the night when you go to the bathroom (there are sensors everywhere), use the tape in the kitchen drawer to cover up the switch sensor. Took me until almost the last day to figure this out.

We had an excellent family getaway in Pismo, mostly due to this awesome property! It is clean, updated, and stocked with everything you need. We loved our evenings on the roof top playing cards by the fire pit, and enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony on the main floor. It is an updated home, and very aesthetically pleasing. Perfect location for beach access and restaurants nearby. Communication with James was excellent. We highly recommend this property, and we look forward to returning in the future!
