A very spacious apartment, well equipped with lots of air and light. Wonderful neighborhood

Communication with owner and managers was excellent. 4 bedrooms, all with comfortable beds, provided plenty of room for our extended family. Two full bathrooms with plenty of towels and soaps. We did little cooking, but the kitchen was well stocked. Washing machine was kept busy and worked well. The location is very central, putting lots of Barcelona within walking distance. Several metro stations are nearby. I'd strongly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling with a large group.

We loved this apartment. The location is perfect and close to metro stations making it easy to get around the city. The host was responsive to any questions we had. It was nice to have a kitchen to cook in and a washer and dryer.

The food on the Rambles was bad. Otherwise everything was awesome!

We stayed here with our children and my parents and it was great. Walking distance to so much of what Barcelona has to offer and easy access to the metro to get everywhere else!

We stayed here in March 2022, 6 of us ages 9 - 52. Management is super helpful and charming. Wifi was down, but not their fault. They worked hard to make it right for us. It's a busy street, so expect noise. Not walkable to the main attractions, so expect to take taxis. Comfortable bedding and pillows. Lovely apartment!

La casa es estupenda en cuestión dimensiones y tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. La localización es buena y buen entorno con la Universidad muy cerca. Quizás, lo único chungo , y porque soy sensible al ruido, el mogollón de tráfico

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist perfekt, alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Empfang waren zuverlässig und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

The apartment was perfect for us. We were near amazing restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. Lots of parks for the kids. The subway was a very short walk away. Completely safe neighborhood. Nadia and Mich were great hosts, helping us out with umbrellas and arranging the weekly cleaning. Would stay here again!

We loved Barcelona, and we loved staying in this apartment! The location was perfect--we felt like we were in the heart of the city and it was very easy to get wherever we wanted to go. There are two metro lines that can be used to get you just about anyplace when you do want to walk--but walking in Barcelona is awesome--the architecture is stunning, and the curvy little streets and alleys were delightful! Taras and Nadia were very responsive to our inquiries prior to the trip, and Taras was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived (and even helped us load our luggage)--which made check in quite easy. The elevator worked great and was so nice to have. The apartment itself was very comfortable--there were 7 of us, and we all had a comfortable bed so we all slept well. The unit's two bathrooms are spacious, and we had no problems with overcrowding anywhere! The washer and dryer available in the unit was a definite bonus. Some of our party went on to Paris after our week in Barcelona so the fact that we could do laundry before we left was very much appreciated. There are grocery stores, pharmacies, and just about anything you need in the neighborhood. There's a restaurant just down the street, La Flauta, which we loved! We ate there three times!! The tapas and prices were great!! (Thanks Taras for that recommendation). Would definitely recommend this unit; we had a great experience here and would definitely stay in in this unit again. Apartment is spacious for 8 people, reasonably priced, located in the great part of town, close to metro and with in walking distance to many attractions. Building is clean and has an elevator. Check in process was easy and fast, both the owner and property manager were very accommodating. Thanks to both Mitch and Taras

The property was great but use caution. We were targeted as we left early in the morning by pickpockets using the old salad dressing trick. No damage was done as we were quite aware of the trick other than a smelly train journey to Seville. We did not have a problem other than that for the five days we stayed. I recommend an American style coffee maker for the apartment, however.

Mich has a well located apt with beautiful tile floors and sculpted ceilings that we thoroughly enjoyed. We slept well on very comfortable beds and the window dormers allowed quiet nights. Great central location for walking or metro. Would highly recommend this apt!

Our group of 8 (mom & dad, 4 teens, 2 grandparents) enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment! There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out & relax after long days adventuring in Barcelona. The kitchen was well-equipped, the 2 bathrooms were spacious, and being such a large group, we appreciated always having hot water for showers. The location is ideal! The neighborhood felt very safe, and we were a short walk to many destinations. There is a metro stop nearby, but as there were 8 of us, we took taxi's to places that were further away. There is a taxi lane right outside the apartment and we were always able to quickly hail cabs (and we found them to be very reasonably priced). This apartment is the perfect mix of old-world style & modern convenience . The management was great to interact with, as well. We highly recommend this apartment for a terrific stay in Barcelona!

Our family of six spent eight nights at this spacious apartment. With four teenagers we really appreciated the two larger bedrooms plus the bedrooms with twin beds and the luggage storage area that doubled as a closet. (We actually used the fourth bedroom as a “getting ready” area and second living space since there were four twin beds for our girls to sleep in.) The kitchen was functional for our breakfasts and morning coffee and there were several grocery options nearby. Having the washing machine and dryer was also appreciated. The location close to a metro station was great to see all the sites and we had no problem catching taxis just outside when we chose to use those. We felt safe all times of the day and night. There was street noise that was sometimes late, but that is expected and for us was part of the charm of staying right in a large city. Check in was extremely easy and Nadia was very friendly. The only thing that I would recommend is showing guests how to turn on the gas range / we did figure it out, but a quick demonstration might be nice for those not accustomed to using gas ranges that light differently than what they are used to. All in all it was a great place to stay and explore Barcelona and the surrounding area!

A great apartment that was able to sleep our entire group! The balconies were great as well, and the neighborhood is fantastic! Would definitely stay again.

Three generations - 7 of us. A perfect location, near transportation, tourist info., LaRambla, food stores and restaurants. A well-equiped kitchen. comfortable beds, spacious and clean.

Idéalement situé dans le cœur de Barcelone et à quelques minutes du centre historique. L'appartement est décoré avec goût et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un séjour agréable entre amis ou en famille. L'accès à l'appartement se fait facilement depuis l'aéroport et tout est à proximité (supermarchés, transports, attractions touristiques...).

Very good location and property has plenty of room. Building is old and lift not very reliable so be prepared to climb steps. Two bathrooms but only one shower can be used at a time as the other goes cold. However we had an enjoyable time and would use HomeAway again.

Wir hatten ein tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Die Bilder entsprechen genau der Realität. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer groß und hell. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. WLAN, Klimaanlage, etc. hat alles funktioniert. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral, nur drei Gehminuten von der nächsten Metro-Station entfernt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Loved the apartment, huge elegant bedrooms, two bathrooms, nice powerful hot shower. Travelled in August so we were very glad of the A/C. Sitting area only had one sofa but plenty of additional seating including sofas in two of the bedrooms. To be honest there is so much to see in Barcelona that we didn't spend much time in the apt. Good WIFI, great location some lovely bar/restaurants in surrounding streets. We ate at Lexis (one block away) which was nice. 24hr supermarket next door. Would certainly stay here again.

The place was perfect for a group of American friends taking in the sights in Barcelona. Perfect location, clean, comfortable beds, quiet and elegant spaces. The bathrooms were both accessed off the bedroom hallway, allowing the six of us to get ready in the morning with no bathroom delays. We found coffee for the morning, and we surprised ourself by using the well-stocked kitchen for dinners and breakfasts more than we thought we might. The apartment manager was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to reach, being a block away from the Aerobus, to take us to BCN. I highly recommend this place. It was a great value.

We really enjoyed Mich's place. Nadia gave us a warm welcome, took her time to explain how all worked in the apartment and where we could go for great food. The apartment itself is a spacious as you can see on the pictures. It is very well equipped, great beds and we absolutely loved the floors...so beautiful. Supposedly this is "normal" in the houses in Barcelona :) Hope to visit again and if we do, we will stay here!

We decided to stay at this apartment with my wife, her mother and our children. The apartment had all amenities necessary, was clean, good beds! and the girl that checked us in was very friendly, gave us some tips and left some tourist guides. Good location, close to restaurants, convenience stores, plaza cataluña and La Rambla. We did some nice shopping at Paseig de Gracia. Will definitely come back
