Good pre-trip communication, property exactly as described, very little demanded for checkout.

This is a wonderful property: spacious, well designed, immaculately clean, conveniently located and well equipped. With a multigenerational family we especially appreciated the several living areas, the private wing for the grandparents, and the every well equipped kitchen. The house is indeed within walking distance of the main part of town, as well as close to grocery stores. And the neighborhood is pleasantly walkable. Due tp unseassonable rain and cold we did not use the pool and tub, but the outdoor area is pleasantly designed and sheltered. We would stay here again with hesitation.

We had a fabulous time at this property. The house layout is great for a multi family trip. The house was clean and well stocked. Location was great and we throughly enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We would definitely come back.

Property worked great for 4 men on a golf trip. Nice patio and pool area and the kitchen and baths were great.

The house is amazing. The pool is warm and inviting and is one of the first things you see when you walk into the home. Beautifully decorated and the kitchen is stocked. We adored out stay here. The only thing is the city of Palm Springs can be strict about noise so we didn't spend as much time outside as we would have wanted to so we would not offend the neighbors.

The entire rental experience was great from start to finish. The location of the property was perfect. The San Jacinto mountain range was our backdrop. Our host was very responsive to any questions or concerns. We had detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. The amenities were more than adequate. My only suggestion would be to supply kitchen storage items such as cling-wrap, sandwich/snack bags, napkins and additional paper towels as needed.

We had a wonderful time on a family vacation at this property. The home is very spacious and the en suite bathrooms were a big hit with the adults on our trip. The little ones loved the pool, and the covered patio was a nice place to relax out of the sun. The one issue we had was dealt with quickly, and Raff was a pleasure to work with. Great location too, close to downtown Palm Springs!

Where do I start?! Every single square inch of this place is amazing! Very spacious and not to mention how nice every single room is!! The pool and jacuzzi we’re some of the best features too! The property owner is always there whenever you need anything and his response time is amazing! No doubt going to stay here again with my family in the near future! Excited for my next stay here!! :)

We three girlfriends loved having our own bathrooms. Outdoor covered patio area and pool were great. It was quiet too!

We had a wonderful stay over a long weekend in Palm Springs. The house is attractive, spacious, and very comfortable, and was immaculate when we arrived. It was a hot weekend and we were very happy to have a pool. The view from the patio by the pool and the dining area is great. The owner was very responsive when I had questions.

This is a great place to stay. The photos on the listing do not convey how nice it is. Has everything you want, really clean, well appointed, everything works, lots of nice little gathering places in the unit, and its even larger than it looks in the photos. The location is great too, close enough to run for some coffee or get to the grocery store in a couple minutes. The host was great as well, and we would definitely stay again.

This house is in a quiet well-kept neighborhood. The floor plan was great for our family of grown adults, who appreciated the en suite bathrooms in three of the four bedrooms. The master was in one wing, the three bedrooms in another so there was privacy and, together with the two living rooms and outside covered sitting area, good space and flow. The owner was very responsive. The pool and hot tub were nice. We cooked in and grilled a lot, and the new kitchen was generally well-stocked. We hope to come again.

The property was lovely and very comfortable. It was just as described in the listing. The property manager was responsive about the few questions we had. The location was convenient to downtown Palm Springs. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, too. We were a small group--two parents and a young teen--but this would be a great place for two small families or a family and grandparents. Would definitely book again.

The house was in a perfect location and had everything we needed.

The property was just as indicated in the listing. We were a party of 7 and wanted to spend a week in the desert to celebrate Thanksgiving and a milestone birthday. We ranged from 14 to 80 and the property had something for everyone. The location was very close to downtown Palm Springs and any other destinations nearby. We were very cautious of the noise restrictions but did not have any issues. We enjoyed the hot tub immensely and my nephews used the pool. The place was clean, had a lot of amenities, and the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Loved that this place had 4 bathrooms. Although we didn’t do any cooking, we noticed that the kitchen was fully stocked. The auto-drip coffee maker was extremely slow (perhaps it needs descaling), but there was a Starbucks drive-thru close by. The pool was very refreshing with shaded areas throughout the day. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and all appliances worked. Beds were comfortable and there were ample towels. I would highly recommend this rental. The host was always quick to respond with any questions.

Property was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. Very clean and great neighborhood. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool and the cabana type room right off the pool. Great time was had by all. I’d definitely rent it again.

Perfectly described and met our needs to a T!

The location is great - super close to downtown PS and a lovely neighborhood to take morning/evening walks and take in the unique architecture. We had small children who loved riding bikes on the flat terrain in safe conditions. The house is quite spacious - great for two families who could have their own "wings". Kitchen well appointed as we cooked most our meals. Pool was a bit dirty when we arrived but was cleaned during our stay. There were plenty of floats and even a functioning air pump to blow them up. Nice shade in the afternoons by the pool. We loved the shaded outdoor space to sit/relax when not in the pool - this was critical when having little ones who can't be in the sun all day. Furniture was stylish, thoughtful, and clean. The carpets are confusing - why carpet in the desert? - and made the rooms a bit musty when we arrived. Agree with some other reviews that the linens were not ideal. Towels were all a bit rough, and all linens smelled strongly of synthetic detergent/perfume.

We found the location convenient and had no problems at the property. Perfect time to visit Palm Springs.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean!!! Only issue was that dishwasher did not work so we had to hand wash everything.

We had a relaxing week at this property after escaping a snow storm in Portland. Raff was extremely responsive in solving any issues we had at the house. We did have to make sure kept our noise level down as we did get one complaint from a neighbor that our kids were being too loud. The location was excellent with everything less than 10 minutes away that we needed. We hope to be back again one day!

Spacious, convenient and well supplied home within Palm Springs perfect for larger family, or golf trip.
