We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay. The location is second to none in the area. We loved walking to the gulf side after spending the morning with the kids playing in the sound. The house was extremely clean, well stocked and everything worked perfect. What a wonderful area and home.

The whole family - ages infant to 70s - enjoyed this pristine property. The beach front location could not be beat. The layout was extremely functional, and the kitchen was well stocked with the tools we needed. Ample closet and pantry space meant we could easily store our things for the week. Low tide was perfect for exploring for all ages, and everyone was delighted to see a variety of sea life. The kayaks, boogie boards, and crab trap kept the older kids entertained for days, and there were so many sand toys for the toddler to choose from. Convenient location close to the Gulf side public access beach and the Marine Park. We highly recommend a visit to the Navarre Beach Pier (minimal fee and very close), the sea turtle conservation center ($5 per person and very close), and the National Naval Aviation Museum (free and one hour drive). The Tuft & Needle brand mattresses were very comfortable. Great neighborhood and a neighborhood pool the kids enjoyed. This house has best location of any of the house we saw while driving around. The elevator was helpful for one in our party with mobility issues and also moving luggage upstairs. The owner was very responsive whenever we needed to reach out.

My wife’s 60th birthday, had kids, grandkids and other family members in for a great, relaxing week. Great home, great host. Chris was available with any questions we had. Great stay.

To say we were delighted is such an understatement. Truly we did not realize the property would be on its own personal beach. The views from the house are priceless. The house is gorgeous. The attention to the materials and finishes in this house is top of line. Furnishings perfect for the home. Every bed is comfortable and that says something coming from multiple hip replacements. Two master bedrooms that are difficult to choose between as they are both incredible. Beach toys to outfit a dozen children in the sand and water, oh and did I mention you are on your own private beach? Biggest decision each day was whether to experience paradise from the 2nd level deck, lower patio, pier, beach or water. Beach has always been my happy place…… and just met one of my happiest!

Overall we enjoyed our visit but some things were not as accommodating as we had hoped. Driveway was not adequate for our three vehicles, TV could not be accessed in one bedroom. Owner offered suggestions to fix problem but we were not successful. Our group is all seniors, so furniture wasn’t comfortable.

My grandchildren are ages 5, 4, 2, and 2 - this was the perfect location for them to play in the water and not have to pack up the wagons to go to the beach! The water was not deep and had gentle waves so they were able to play and have a good time on the beach. The house was clean and bright, and all the bedrooms had very nice bathrooms attached which provided privacy for the adults. Also, the elevator was so nice when unpacking and then packing up to go home, no multiple trips up and down the stairs! Thank you for a great beach trip for my family!

We booked this house for our annual family vacation which includes our in-laws in their 80's and our grandchildren 5 months and 4 years old. This place was PERFECT for both age groups. The only complaint I would have is on the parking. It is really tight and if you have a large SUV or truck, it is almost impossible to get it in the garage. And if you do have a car in the garage on the left side, it will block the elevator. Other than that, this place is beautiful and in a beautiful location. I must also comment on the linens...Gorgeous. I am already shopping for the bath sheets and quilts provided at the house.

We have stayed at this beautiful house on Navarre Beach, the bay side, for the last two years and are planning to return next summer. It’s perfect for our family six adults and a granddaughter 8?years old. Everyone loves it, swimming, kayaking, paddle boards and fishing from the pier. The gulf is right across the street. So what’s not to love?

Loved everything about this property from the prompt communication with the owner to the beautiful amenities and setup of this home. But most of all the privacy of feeling like you had your own piece of paradise. Hope to come back!

We loved it so much that we already booked our vacation for next year! The elevator was perfect for my elderly mother who can not do steps. The private beach in the backyard was so convenient and relaxing. Even though it is not as clear as the ocean side it was still beautiful and was ideal set up for our little ones. We walked to the beach on the ocean side one day and drove over two other days. We had the best of both worlds. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family and me.

This home is so nice and well equipped with all the necessities of staying with a family. Loved being right on the beach. The sound bar side is essential for all families with young kids. The house on the bay is perfect. We spent hours on the water with paddle boards that we brought and used the kayaks and sand toys provided. Everything as advertised. The weather could have been better, but we made the most of it with the short walk to the heated pool. Perfect location for our group!

Our family loved this property so much, we reached out to owner to see if he would sale!!!!! The location was perfect. The beachy yard was ideal with sands toys, life jackets, kayaks, beach chairs, lounge chairs. The Fishing pier was steps from home. Ocean/beach and pool a short walk. The beds were all very comfortable with the finest linens. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, we cooked all meals. The owner was quick to answer any questions. Elevator was a bonus for luggage. Layout of the home was ideal for our 3 families. Spacious rooms with beautiful views. Sunrise and Sunsets from home are amazing. It deserves more than 5 stars....It is the BEST!

Great place on the water

While we frequent this area, this was the first time our family has chosen to stay on the bay side in over a decade and we are SO glad we did. The house was very clean and had all the amenities of home plus a few extras to make the trip so memorable. Chris was fast to respond to all questions. We look forward to staying here again soon!

After staying near or on the beach several times this was our first stay on the Sound. It was wonderful! The water was calm all week when the gulf side was really rough. The beach was at our doorstep which was great for my daughter to play. The house was roomy and the area in Navarre was much quieter than what we were used to which was great. The owners were great in communicating with us and meeting our needs. The beds were super comfortable. We loved this place. In all the years of going on vacation we have never said we would stay at the place again. This place however, we would definitely come back again. Thanks for sharing your Florida home with us!

Beautiful home, great location! Fast responses and easy to communicate with the owner. Had no issues. This is a perfect place for families with small kids due to the close proximity to the Sound which was right outside the back door. Having 3 king size beds in one property was awesome and each bedroom having an attached bathroom was so nice! The two kayaks, sand toys, several rafts/floats, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs were a nice bonus. It has great sunset views too! It was as advertised! Fabulous rental!

We absolutely loved staying at this Homeport house on the Sound. Our family could not help but enjoy our beach vacation. The beach house is beautiful and the location on the Sound is beautiful too. What’s not to love?

This was the most perfect location on Santa Rosa Sound, and the home was pristine. It was plenty of space for our group of 6 adults and 3 children (all under 7). The neighborhood is quiet and provides easy access to everything you might want to do in Navarre Beach. The private beach access is perfect for families. The home was very well stocked with toys, kayaks, and beach chairs. The host was very responsive. We will be staying here again!

You'll never be disappointed this place is incredible

This is a beautiful, well-maintained, and recently updated home. It was right on the beach with access to the very clear and calm waters of Santa Rosa Sound. With young children, this was perfect as they could come in and out and we didn't need to lug thing back and forth. There were plenty of water toys and the kids (as young as 7), spent hours kayaking safely in the shallow water (life jackets were available as well). Chris is a super host - very responsive and did not lose patience with questions I had, even though (I realized later) one of them was explained in the house paperwork that I missed. Really loved this home. For us, so much better than on the gulf side (which was easy walking distance) because we did not have to worry about rip currents. Definitely need to stock up on supplies (paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap, beach towels, dishwasher soap etc.) as those are not provided. There is shopping close by to do so. 10 of us stayed here comfortably. Will absolutely stay here again.

This house is ideal for a family gathering where one or more have mobility issues because it has an elevator. The location is very good and the view out of the back deck is great. The house is literally on the sand. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

The perfect setting for families with young children and those who like to fish. We loved the gorgeous views of the sunsets and even had a double rainbow over the water one morning! Outside, we enjoyed the kayaks, fishing pier, beach, hammock, and community pool. The house was fully stocked and the bedrooms with attached bathroom worked great for all of us! We enjoyed a terrific family vacation in August 2021. One of our party was using a wheelchair, so the elevator was absolutely essential. It worked wonderfully. The beach outside the back door was perfect for our 4 and 6 year-old grandsons. We rented a pair of bikes and a paddle board from a local vendor and used the kayaks provided by the host. We pre-ordered food at Publix and picked it up on our way in. With COVID concerns to recognize, we had a safe vacation and avoided the bars and restaurants by eating in. Definitely a 5 star rating.

Beautiful house in an absolutely perfect location. We felt like we were in a private beach with all water toys you could possibly want. We will be back!

This house is perfect for families. It sits on the bay side where water is clean, waves are small, and depth is shallow enough for kid safety. Water is literally a few steps off property line. Kayaks, water toys, and lots of sand toys were provided. We loved this property. Pier for fishing is close. Ocean is a short walk. Swimming pool short walk. Large dinning room table great for games. Everything you need is provided bring your own beach towels. Amazing property.

This home is absolutely beautiful!! It was perfect for our family. The subdivision dock is almost in front of the house so the boys fished all day (and night). The water is very close to the house and is perfect for anyone. House was very clean and well cared for. The only negative is the parking. Yes, driveway is very small. Chris was super responsive and helpful. Elevator was great for my in-laws who could can not who up and down stairs. I would definitely stay here again. The view and sunsets were gorgeous.
