Small amounts given with no warning in house description to obtain more. For the rental price, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 oz of dish soap and 1 roll of TP in 3 of the 5 bathrooms for a 7 night stay is pretty sad. Another thing that would have been nice is a list of kitchen amenities -toaster, blender, coffee maker, Keurig would have been nice to know. Be aware that internet was not good in this house. Hard to share with 8 people using it...even the 5G network. The beds were very nice, plenty of towels in each bathroom.Other than having to run to Publix again to buy TP and paper/kitchen products we enjoyed our stay. Loved the view and the balcony the most. Would stay here again but would come better prepared.

There was plenty of space for every one.House was well stocked but I would suggest bringing toilet paper. The one ply doesn't cut it. Got to see dolphins, pelicans and other birds. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels. I called on an issue with the refrigerator and they answered right away. I would recommend dumping the ice from the ice maker when you get there. It was frozen, but made ice very quickly. There is an additional refrigerator/freezer downstairs that can be used. There were 3 baby gates in the one bedroom closet. i brought one. My family is still talking about that weekend and how much fun they had.

Our family had a wonderful time in this beach house. It was so convenient for an easy walk to the beach with several small children. The house was very spacious and the 5 bathrooms were definitely a plus. The huge deck was wonderful. We liked it so much that we already booked it for next year. The only problem we had was that the stopper in the bathtub downstairs got stuck the first time we used it so we were afraid to use it again. It required us to wedge it open with a butter knife. I hope that will be fixed for the next time we stay here. We really did love the house!

We've also got it reserved for next summer. During our stay, we listed a few things for the owner to review and left that list when we left. Anyway, enjoyed our stay and thanks for the efficient management.

Home was beautiful! So easy to walk right out to the beach from the house. Decorations were much nicer and updated then the pictures show. Maintenance man was very prompt and brought us a new grill after we had a problem. Very nice for our extended family vacation!

The house was nicer than even the pictures on line suggested. The views of the beach and Gulf from the house were beautiful. It was very clean and provided nearly everything we needed. The rooms, especially the common areas, and furnishings were very nice and worked perfectly for our group. The large porch/deck was great and had plenty of quality tables and chairs. Parking and the area on ground level was very functional and was used often. The section of the island where the house is located was very nice and quiet; the public beach access on the side was easily ignored. The beautiful beach was easily accessed and provided lots of room for family and activities. The Gulf and weather were near perfect for our week.

We enjoyed the layout of the property, its proximity to the beach and the fiberglass or whatever deck railing which permitted an easy view of the beach. A "bummer" was that the 3 sliding glass doors to the downstairs "game room" were all inoperable (signage said not to try). Since that room was not A/C'd and doors could not be opened, it was way too stuffy to use. Also, kitchen was poorly equipped in some respects (ex., no shallow pans ("jelly roll pans" ?) at all or racks to place in them). And fridge lights flashed constantly when door was opened. But we enjoyed our stay nonetheless and will consider staying again.

My main complaint was the smart TV’s. I had to scroll through the channels, as one could not simply enter the number. A basic cable system is a better option for a rental unit.

The big house which fit easily 12 of us. Views are amazing. Requires some maintenance, which is typical for houses rented daily. Inside doors are hard to close, the refrigerator was leaking (probably maintenance), batteries in thermostat and fire alarm need to be changed, etc. This house is operated by the local company, which has a lot of houses in stock. Thus, it is clearly not an "individual" approach. It is also unclear why you should go to their office to check in/check out. Of course, it is convenient for the office, but not very convenient for those who stay in the house. Anyway, it was a great house in a good neighborhood without any big issues. However, next time I would choose something else.

The property management company was excellent and very responsive. Answered all pre visit storm related questions quickly and very helpful. We called in an issue with the kitchen faucet handle falling off, the property management representative was on site within 2 hours and was unable to repair, plumber was called and repair made within 3 hours of initial call, well done. The house has a very welcoming and open layout. Could use some minor repairs/update to make it great. Most of the exterior sliding doors were very difficult to open, my wife and grand daughter were not able to open many of them.
