The home is beautiful and updated and although there were only 4 of us it could comfortably accommodate 8 adults.
Nice location but not walkable from downtown. Visiting Nashville during the week was great, plenty to do and see and not as crowded. Highly recommend the Taste of Nashville food and site seeing tour to get oriented and plan the rest of your stay

Close to everything
The property was just what we were looking for. It was close to all of the music venues and the property backed up to a park so it was like being in the country. In a nice quiet neighborhood.

Amazing house
The house and location exceeded our expectations. It was minutes from downtown. The park located behind the house offered a sense of privacy. The house was updated cozy and clean. The property manager was easily accessible and prompt. I will definitely stay at this property again next time I travel to Nashville.

Visiting Family
We were in town meeting the new baby in the family. Due to Covid we wanted a place that could host 3 adults for the weekend and host a lunch/hang for 9 adults and 3 kids. This space was perfect gathering spot for everyone. Close to the interstate and downtown Nashville and the Titans stadium - which hosted the playoff game during our luncheon!! The owner/host was very responsive to our request for snow removal and answering a question we had while we were there.

Loved the location!
This was perfect for our extended family to get together for Christmas. 3 couples, 2 single adults, and 2 kids - we all stayed quite comfortably. Owner was very responsive and wonderful to work with. Location was perfect for being able to go for a walk and relax, and just a short drive to downtown.

Awesome Stay
We were of group of 4 high school friends getting together in Nashville for golf. The house was perfect with 4 bedrooms and a spacious middle level for cooking and hanging out. Everything we needed was there.
The house is an easy 10 minute ride to downtown. Easy access to the airport and great golf locations.

Beautiful home
Well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, super clean and close to everything in Nashville. Enjoyed coffee on the deck overlooking a greenbelt/disc golf course (even had a deer in the backyard). Lot is really steep and parking would have been easier with a smaller car (we rented a minivan). Wouldn’t be good for anyone with mobility issues- steep driveway and lots of stairs. Near Shelby Bottoms Greenway - nice walking trails along the Cumberland River. We really enjoyed our visit!

Wedding stay
Clean and had all we needed in the kitchen. Also had shampoo and soaps in the bathrooms. It was great for us since it was very convenient for getting together with our daughter who was getting married. Shelby park in the back yard is a plus.

Nice location..Cleanliness is an issue
Home was very accommodating. Our issue was the lack of upkeeping of the exterior. Back porch furniture dirty.cobwebs everywhere. It seemed like it had not been rented for a long time although I know that wasn't the case. Just expected better housekeeping for what we paid.

This is a lovely house in an excellent location in East Nashville. Backs up to Shelby Park. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Also close to downtown. Great place to stay

Beautiful Home in a Great Location
We used the home to gather family from 2 different states and met in the middle. We had 4 adults and 3 children and the home was a perfect fit. The beautiful setting made it feel like we were staying in a tree house. The location put us close to everywhere we wanted to be. The owner was easy to reach and quickly answered our questions. I would definitely stay in the home again.

The property is perfect located a 15 minute uber ride from downtown Nashville, located right next to a beautiful park. More importantly the owner was MORE than fair with a refund due to the Virus. Class act all the way, beautiful property could not recommend it highly enough.

Great House, Close to Downtown
This house was perfect for our family trip to Nashville. It's in a nice neighborhood and backs right up to a wonderful park/disc golf course. The house is close to downtown, but also has cool spots to explore within a few blocks. Everything was perfect and the home was very comfortable for our group. The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals or just hang out.

Excellent property!
We had our family Thanksgiving in Nashville this year. This property was close to downtown activities (the Turkey Trot!), provided lots of good space for football and parade watching, and had good access (although hilly) for a run in the park adjacent. Be prepared for the tricky driveway and maneuvering into the garage or you can park out front. There are steps to the main level no matter which way you enter.
Our only complaints were that we wish there was more comfortable seating for 6-8 at the dinner table and that we could not get the gas fireplace to light.
When we come back to Nashville, we will want to stay at this property again! It was a great experience!

Most definitely recommend!!
Loved everything about this house! Definitely recommended staying here. It has everything you will need to stay here and it’s a quick Uber ride into the city.
The only negative is the drive way. It’s very steep and very narrow. It’s tricky to get a pickup truck down it and back up it. But there’s adequate parking on the street, so it wasn’t a big issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Nashville trip
We had a great time. We had eight people and the size worked perfectly for us. We would recommend doing something for the steps leading to front door. They were slick from being wet. We had no rain but the surface was very slick both mornings. Some outdoor lighting for the driveway area would be nice as it was very dark at night and has a bit of an incline.
This was a great place to stay and would highly recommend it for anyone that has a large group that would like to be together while visiting the area.
