The location of this condo is perfect for floating the river! The deer were present constantly which made sitting on the porch even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to relax and watch people float down the river. Walking distance to water park and close to where you get into the river. Also, river access and easy to get out of the river.

We did a Girls Float Trip for 2 nights. The condos location was perfect , not far from great restaurants and only a 15 min drive to the Guadalupe to float! The beds were comfortable and great view from balcony. Only hiccup was our car was towed the last night. We know the pink tag was exposed but was missing when we picked up in San Marcos at tow lot…….

Really enjoyed everything about our stay! The condo is right on the river which makes it great to float and easy to get to. The condo has everything you need to not have to leave once you get there, lots of fun!!

The house was super clean, well stocked, and beautifully located. Also- they had a desk, screen and keyboard which was a really nice surprise and allowed me to get some work done while I was on vacation. Def will stay here again!

This was such an amazing property and it was just the most wonderful place. In the heart of Float Town USA! The views were amazing and the house was incredible. All the amenities you’d ever need. The host was available if we had any questions, but there were none since all the information was given! We didn’t want to leave, but informed the host we would definitely be back!

Such a great place My husband and I came down from NYC for Wurstfest. The owner was available with a txt or phone call. The views were great and close enough for a walk to wurstfest. Would love to come back in the summer and take advantage of all the river activities.

This home was so inviting, The Views are beautiful from the balconies. It is everything you need, My family had so much fun in the river and in the pool. It was very peaceful, just what we needed.

The property was very nice and clean. Everyone enjoyed the stay specially the kids. Plenty of things to do, river, water park… a lot of memories created. I’ll give 5 stars.

Super family friendly condo. Suzanne was super helpful and prompt to respond with any questions. Proximity to Schlitterbahn and Comal River access is perfect. Condo was clean and well appointed. Came with our two, young daughters and grandmother and had the best time. Thanks again!

Amazing view of the river! Easy access to the Comal River and Schlitterban Water Park. Pool was crowded and trash cans were in serious need of emptying. Otherwise, we all had a great stay!

The property was perfect. AC works great (so important after being in the sun all day.) The view and access to the river and schlitterbaun is unmatched. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be staying again! The property manager is super responsive and helpful, as well.

The location was great for floating. We drive to park, put in tubes and so close we had one person take back truck and walk back due to no parking left. Float from park to condo about 2-2.5 hours.

Best location! We walked to Schlitterbahn and to the shuttle for floating the river. Place was clean with great balconies overlooking the river. Place was a bit shabby, chipped plates, things like that, but nothing that negatively affected our visit.

Location of condominium was perfect. Loved the view from the outside patio. Communication with Suzanne was great. Check in and check it out was simple. She made sure there was plenty of instructions in a folder for any information you might need in the area. The inside of the condo was comfortable minus one chair that was a little worn. Kitchen was well equipped with Keurig, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. Only downside of the condominium was that the second bedroom beds were not very comfortable and the bathroom is extremely small!
Overall, it was a positive place to rent

We were literally across the street from Schlitterbahn and right on the river, so the location could not have been any better! We were traveling with 4 teenage girls, so having the two beds in the secondary bedroom worked out very well for us. Overall, we were very pleased with the condo and our stay.

Short weekend trip for Mother's Day. Great location on the river, near Schlitterbahn, and close to the restaurants and shops downtown. Clean property, plenty of room, great balconies, ample parking. Exactly as advertised.

My sisters and I loved our stay here. The condo is right on the river with river access right next door. Plenty of space for 5 of us! The house was clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host is very responsive and answered all of my questions about nearby recommendations, parking, etc. My only complaint is that we didn't get to stay longer. 10/10 recommend!

Great location... close to everything! The condo is spacious and has all the comforts of home. Loved the balconies and looking out over the river. Very clean. Communication with Suzanne is very easy and she gets right back to you with any questions. Would definitely stay there again!
