We had an incredible stay at this beautiful condo! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach in a lovely, quiet area. The view from the condo was breathtaking, especially during sunset, with a perfect sightline of the pier. It was the ideal spot to relax, take in the scenery, and enjoy some downtime. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back!

Great location. Quiet. We did go on deck at 11pm and were talking and laughing and someone did yell quiet time at us. No problem. We went inside. Host very nice about it. Great garage and driveway for our two cars.

What a terrific property! Centrally located, just a few minute walk to the beach with a gorgeous view from the upstairs balcony. Comfortable, well-appointed and clean. We loved it and will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This rental was one of the best stocked I've been to and was located within walking distance to the beach. We didn't feel comfortable leaving the windows open at night, so we did get a little warm without the AC, but otherwise we did not mind it and there were plenty of fans to keep us comfortable otherwise, even in August. The town has a lively downtown with shops and restaurants, the nearby pier and beach were clean and enjoyable we didn't bother driving to any others. We appreciated the beach supplies provided. Would highly recommend and stay again!

We enjoyed this property very much. We will be booking our next sisters trip soon and we will be requesting to stay here again. The property managers were very accommodating. The kitchen had everything needed. Made cooking our meals very eady.

I mean it doesn’t get any better than being a four minute walk from the beach! This condo is perfectly located in San Clemente, with a magnificent view of the pier.
It’s a wonderful condo, very nicely decorated, also has all the beach toys, towels etc.
The host was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this place, can’t wait to go back.

This property exceeded all our expectations! Our family loved walking the San Clemente beach trail, taking the free trolley to the Outlet mall and grabbing coffee. The condo was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy a beach day.

The location of this home was fantastic. It was close to the pier but also walkable to the town. The home is as exactly as pictured. We couldn’t have asked for better communication or more thoughtful hosts. The place felt very comfortable and homey. They thought of everything from blankets to snuggle in to extra pillows towels and kitchen amenities. We would definitely look at staying again if we were in the area.

This rental went above and beyond our expectations. Fully stocked to make staying there feel like home. Great location and ample beach toys, surfboards, beach towels, and chairs. Shan was available to answer all of our questions. The location is perfect with a great view. Can’t wait to return!

Our group was in town for a wedding and we couldn't have chosen a better house for our stay. The property is exactly as described in the listing and is a very short walk to the beach and pier. The host was extremely communicative and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We hope to return to this property during our next trip to San Clemente.

Had everything we needed, kitchen is well supplied, view is beautiful, easy walk into the main drag of town. Only didn’t have as much of the infant stuff as listed on the property listing, so would recommend double checking with them ahead of time if there are specific things you need (ie no travel crib). Otherwise fully recommend!!

We loved the incredible beach access from this San Clemente townhouse plus all the other great extras, like boogie boards, smash ball, and more. Our family really enjoyed everything this spot had to offer.

Had a great week over Christmas. Property was lovely and very well stocked. They thought of everything! Perfect location near the pier. The ocean view was spectacular especially at sunset. There are a lot of stairs - you need them if you want to maximize the view - but they were hard on the older folks.

Had a brief but great stay here with family. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. And there really is a great view off the deck and it really is just a short walk to the pier and beach.

We loved the property, snd the location could not have been more perfect for our group. Early risers (children) went straight to the beach, where their parents could enjoy coffee and bring donuts home for the rest of us. The unit worked well for us, and especially appreciated the beach chairs and toys.

We had no idea when booking that the beach and Pier in San Clemente would be such a highlight. This VRBO is in a charming neighbourhood and literally a 2 minute walk to the Pier and beach. The sunset view from the unit is spectacular and the morning walks on the trail along the beach were a wonderful way to start the day. We had a great stay!

We travelled from Ireland for a family wedding and a short holiday. The house exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The house was well stocked with towels, delph, cutlery and everyrhing else you can think of.
The house is about 4 minutes walk from the beach, everything you want for a day at the beach was provided, deck chairs, parasol, boogie boards. We had a great time at the wedding and a relaxing beach holiday as well. Thank you Shan we will hopefully get to visit again.

What a wonderful property! Not only did it have everything we needed for our short stay but it was so well located that we could walk to the pier, dine and stroll morning and evening. Shan, the owner, could not have been more accommodating and responsive. We loved it!

Lovely end of summer vaca with the teens and friends to live the surfer dream! Walkable to beach, restaurants & shops and a live concert by the pier! Hosts were amazing. Can’t wait to return!!
