This was our first time in Nashville and we wanted to be close enough to Broadway to walk there but far enough away that we could enjoy the sights an sounds of the river in our own quiet and secluded space. The condo was as advertised, it was clean, and in good condition, the location was exactly where we wanted it to be with a great river view! We had a few questions about how some things worked in the condo when we first arrived. We contacted our point of contact for the condo Tommy and he answered all of our condo questions and even some about the surrounding area. I want to be clear, Tommy was great! He was easy to contact, responded promptly and knowing that we had someone we could count on if we did have issues with the condo during our first visit to a new city helped us feel very comfortable during our stay in Nashville. We would absolutely consider staying in this condo again! Thanks Tommy!

This property is the perfect location everything, easy to get to and from Broadway and all the action. Some great restaurants within a block or two, great pool! Host Tommy was very quick and responsive! Could use some "deep" cleaning and some other kichen amenities like pots/pans. Would definitely stay here again!

Not sure if it was stated that condo on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Also perhaps the spreads and blankets should be cleaned. They were not clean.

I enjoyed the outdoor pool since those are hard to find.

This property was located close to all the action on North Broadway. It was easy to get to and find. The property was clean and we had no issue with parking either! The pool was great too. We had only one dishwasher pod on the first day and we were staying for 4, so I emailed property manager and there were more in the condo the next time I looked! We would stay here again! Had a great time in Nashville!

The condo was nice, parking is covered and shaded. It was clean and ready to stay when we arrived. Suggestion: black out curtains will help keep the bright early morning sun from coming in the rooms.

The place was just as advertised, clean with plenty of room for the 5 of us. Easy to access and work with the owner and the location was a 5 minute Uber ride to Broadway!

Property was as described and clean. The only thing missing that was part of the amenities was a blender. Our host responded quickly and one was delivered by 8am the following morning.. Quiet location considering the trains nearby. Plenty of room for 4 women (2 full baths helped). A 1 mile walk to Broadway and all the downtown action. We did not feel uncomfortable or unsafe at any time. Will definitely stay here again!!

The property overall was pretty decent. It wasn’t spectacular but it was extremely convenient, clean and worked well for what are stay was. Being on the river was pretty cool. The deck is very small but a nice view of the river. The rooms were good size and so were the bathrooms. Decent overall and very close to downtown.

Great experience - about a mile from downtown. Walking down during the day was fine, but would suggest a ride home. Clean condo. Quiet.

This place was great! The view from the balcony was beautiful. It was clean and had the basics there for us. Everything was a short walk or Uber ride away. Tommy was amazing at communicating with me before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great being able to find a 2BR condo where we could enjoy a relaxing breakfast and coffee with a small deck and riverfront view before venturing out to Broadway or other area attractions. Also pleasantly surprised to find some great restaurants in the nearby neighborhood. Mostly walked to/from Broadway (about a mile) and only ended up grabbing an Uber once when we hit The Listening Room cafe. Wished the Nashville Sound had been in town, since the stadium was so close.

Right from the start the Host communication was great. Answered all of our questions. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and bars. We would recommend to other friends to stay at the condo. We had a great time!

Beautiful view of the river, great communication with property manager, convenient location. If your stay will require doing laundry, be prepared for a hike and don’t forget your detergent and quarters (or download the app!)

If you like to walk a bit this property fits. Short walk to and from music and eats. We took Uber home when it turned cold one night. $12 trip. Can't wait to come back

Perfect location and an amazing view of the river. We enjoyed watching the barges at night.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and as described. We liked the location and my kids enjoyed watching the barges and boats on the river. We would definitely stay here again.
