Great stay in Condado. Apartment, location and beach…WONDERFUL!

Lovely stay. Clean and well appointed apartment. Great view from balcony to watch and listen to the waves

There is no better place to be in Condado than perched literally right above the beach. We loved being able to sit on the balcony or be down on the beach within a minute. Eric's place is a great value--simple yet well equipped, like staying at a relative's beach studio. Most important to me was great sleep--comfortable mattress and crisp, fresh bedding. We would return!

The view walking into the property was breathtaking! Eric was helpful for any of our needs and made himself available. From the beaches to shops and restaurants to a short drive to the rainforest and waterfalls there's always something to do. We will be back!

Firstly, the property owner Eric, is great to work with, we broke the coffee maker glass carafe, Eric personally delivered a new one in only a few minutes after my text notifying him of the issue. But the location is on the beach 150 back from the high water mark is fabulous, and our room was in excellent condition, super clean and well stocked awaiting us! He was also quite helpful before our arrival, with prompt replies to any questions we had, and did go out of his way to help with finding a tour company for a special tour arrangement's during our stay. The location is perfect, the view is spectacular and the building is right next door to the $500/night Marriott Hotel, and we had a better view. Overall Eric is a mom manager who understands the term hospitality to the max! Thanks again Eric for the great support! We’ll be back soon I hope. A

The condo had the perfect view of the ocean! Every morning walking to that huge window full of ocean was a sight to see! Speaking to the sounds of the waves was so relaxing. Eric has thought of everything you might need from first aid kits to toiletries to beach chairs and coolers! It was a great week full of sunshine, Beach walks and lots of eating. So many restaurants nearby to choose from. We will definitely be back!

My mom and I enjoyed our 10 day stay in this beautiful studio apartment! From check-in to check-out, our host Eric was incredibly hospitable and accommodating, helping us with odd checkin/checkout timings, parking for our rental, and overall recommendations on what to see. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, an unbeatable view of the ocean, and is in close proximity to Walgreens/cvs/walmart and countless restaurants. We highly recommend staying with Eric in Condado!

We were very happy with the location of our room. The view from the balcony was beautiful everyday and we spent most of the time with the windows open, listening to the waves. It was the perfect size place to make simple meals and chill. So many things were within walking distance which made it an even better spot for us.

Couldnt have asked for a better location. It felt like home away from home!

We loved our stay in Condando! There is so much to do and see in Puerto Rico and this location is perfectly situated for everything. Eric is super responsive and helped us out. We will be back!

Eric’s condo had such a great view of the beautiful condado beach…steps away from the beach too! You have everything you need within walking distance, Starbucks, plenty of restaurants of all varieties and a 12 minute uber ride away from viejo San Juan. Thank you for the hospitality!

This place was perfect, no better way to wake up to this awesome view of the ocean. Eric was awesome and responsive. He provided chairs ( you can rent umbrella) towels, cooler, plenty of towels, etc... Location is safe. We didn't rent a car, we took a tour to El Yunque through Marriott next door, we spent a day at Pinones beach ate some fresh seafood, bus T21 to old San Juan for $1.50. Uber to Carolina and ate at El Platanal. Across from CVS the Cuban restaurant Ropa Vieja had the best masita de cerdo (fried pork) so fricken tender. On Sundays The Tryst hotel has a drag show, we had lovely brunch with bloody Marys. Walking distance to Burger King, churches chicken, taco bell, pizza hut and the i hop. And if you want to shop go to Plaza las Americas mall short Uber ride. We will definitely be back. Eric we really enjoyed your place/decor. See you soon!

Absolutely amazing stay. Eric was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The apartment is exactly what we wanted. You cannot beat the view!!!

We loved our stay here on Condado Beach. The condo and amenities were even better in person than we expected. The location is in center of all that Condado has to offer. It was very walkable and getting a taxi or Uber was easy when we wanted to venture out. Eric was a tremendous host and helped us find great restaurants and fun activities that we enjoyed. His communication prior to the trip and after we arrived was unmatched. The condo is in pristine condition. Super comfortable bed! We felt very secure in the building too. The views are breathtaking and we can’t wait to return. It was a magical vacation in beautiful San Juan.

The view can’t be beat! Perfect studio condo in the heart of everything with great amenities! Eric provides so many extras(toiletries were much appreciated) my husband and I stayed 8 nights in comfort and rented a car (highly recommend so you can go anywhere on the island) El Yunque is a must! We will return and definitely book this gem directly on the ocean! Thanks for a providing a safe stay! 5 stars

Beautiful view right on the beach! Very nice condo that had everything you need including beach towels and chairs. The bed was so comfy and the cross breeze, sound of the ocean waves and over head fan made for a fantastic sleep. We never turned the ac on once. The owner was very responsive and even gave us a later check out because our flight was later in the afternoon. This was our second trip to San Juan.

The location is great for walking to everything you may need. The initial getting in the door is tricky but the security is definitely a bonus. The owner was available immediately to help. Has everything you need. FYI you cannot purchase day passes at Marriott pool next door but other hotels in area provide that service if a pool is important to you but the beautiful ocean is right outside your door.

Honestly we had alot planned we thought we'd do but once we got here, the view and sound of the waves took over and we found we didn't want to do anything else but just relax on the beach. I highly recommend renting the two loungers and umbrella on the beach for $20 (so worth it). The unit is pretty well equipped and CVS is not a block a way has everything else you may need including liquor (the liquor stores are overpriced). Over all its "the perfect spot" and literally "the" easiest access to the beach that everyone is trying to get to (only you're the lucky one to be staying right there). The unit could use a couple of minor inexpensive updates but nothing that hinders the stay, overall it was pretty awesome. It was clean, the king bed was comfortable, shower water pressure and air conditioner worked great. We felt relaxed and safe. We hope to return again and if we do, we'd be happy to stay at this unit again. (Oh, take quarters with you if you want to wash clothes before going home - they're hard to come by there).

Traveling to PR by myself would have never been the same if I would’ve found this rental property, had the best time, felt safe and heard by the owner, responding quickly and keeping aware of everything around, 100% recommended

It was great. The condo sits right on the beach and you have direct access. You have a private entrance and parking. If you open up the balcony doors and door you have a great cool breeze; even when its very hot. You can also hear the ocean crashing on the beach. The owner was very helpful and attentive. We will be back!

We get there was a easy check in ,the view is amazing perfect for a couple maybe one kid perfect place everything around restaurants night life pharmacies and more important the beach is perfect and always people around selling stuff even better:)

Can’t say enough about our experience! It was phenomenal. The place was well maintained with an insane view of the beach. The location was perfect. Close to various restaurants and bars while also being safe. Would highly recommend. Communication from the host was top level. If you’re thinking of staying in San Juan please stop looking and just book this place.

This efficiency apt had everything we needed. The view is spectacular and we slept with the balcony sliding doors open, listening to waves! Within easy walking distance of restaurants and quick drive to Old San Juan. Eric was great and very helpful and clear with instructions for keys, etc.

Wonderful location and very comfortable. The surf was rough some days but always warm and breezy.

I am looking forward to going back to San Juan and would not want to stay anywhere else. Stunning views and perfect location. Very clean condo. Eric thought of everything needed, even beach towels to use. He was responsive and very helpful and flexible, which we truly appreciated. We loved the charm of an older building.

Exactly as shown and described on VRBO. Great host and everything I needed and wanted for this trip. This was the PERFECT place for me, especially on this getaway to Condado. Surf sounds, night sky, steps to everything I needed i.e. a walk on the beach, staples and supplies, not to mention a pineapple filled with refreshment. In addition to those essentials, I found it easy to walk to my favorite restaurants in San Juan and the beach at Escambron (my favorite for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing). With all the advantages of overlooking Atlantic Beach at Condado (fun, fun, fun). New for me: Discovered the $0.35 bus ride to Old San Juan right on the corner!
