REALLY ENJOYED THE HOUSE AND LOCATION. WOULD RECOMMEND A LITTLE UPDATING. WOULD STAY AGAIN. THERE WAS A BEEPING SOUND IN THE KITCHEN WE COULD NOT RESOLVE, OTHERWISE HAD A GREAT TIME!

The pictures and description are absolutely spot on! This property is gorgeous both inside and outside with plenty of space for our large group of 12, all adults (couples) celebrating a 40th birthday. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms and had room for more if needed. The hosts are extremely quick to respond with any questions we had but we had no issues at all during our stay. The internet worked great, there was a portable speaker with Bluetooth and the sound was perfect. Plenty to do in the backyard oasis!! The pool was wonderful, there was a pool table and a ping pong table, corn holes, and plenty of outdoor seating. Neighborhood is gorgeous and very peaceful. We will definitely come back and stay again and would highly recommend this house to anyone!!

The property was overall nice. Outdoor area and main house were really nice. The guest house it dated though, and not up to the nicer standards of the main house. 3 double beds in one room was weird.
Had maintenance issues with the pool heat (which was not refunded after I paid and it did not work for the entire stay), wifi stopped working and consequently tvs didnt work, icemaker stopped working, and the second freezer was leaking. Also the back yard was not landscaped.

Property was great for our large group. The Wi-Fi was very unreliable which caused a lot of problems since all the TV's depended on it. Overall the house was in pretty good shape.

The house was perfect for our team offsite. There was enough space to hang out and play games, both inside and outside the house. It was a clean place and well stocked. Would highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Cactus Stone Villa. The house is amazing and just as described in the description. Tons of space, lots of bedrooms, beautiful interior and exterior hanging space. and all very clean. Also, tons of amenities and games to keep busy.
Karissa was also a great property manager, she was very responsive and was great to work with.

This house is amazing and super comfortable! Great for a large group. Alex was great and accommodating, Karissa our co-host was very attentive as well and gave us the a walkthrough of everything we needed to know to make our stay great.

This house was absolutely beautiful. Every bed in the house was comfortable, there were plenty of towels (which is usually an issue for us)….the kitchen has everything you would need, there are 2 huge refrigerators in the main house and 1 in the pool house. We traveled with our family for my husbands 50th birthday. Our daughter is flying for United in Phoenix so we decided to go there for our gathering. This house worked out perfectly for all of us. Plenty of bedrooms with private bathrooms for people. Super quiet neighborhood. Very clean! The pool was so fun. I just cannot say enough. Thank you to Karissa and team for a great trip.

I brought my leadership team of 7 here for our quarterly company offsite. Great location, great set up for large groups. Our host met us at the property and showed us around to start - white glove service for sure.
I hosted meetings and breakout sessions all around the property. Each person had their own bathroom and space as well.
Great mix of work and play. We had a chef and didn’t really ever need to leave the property. Great experience. I would stay here again.

We stayed at Sundown manor for a small corporate retreat. The homes was beautiful and well taken care of. All expectations were set clearly from the listing.
The host truly went above and beyond. He met us at the property upon check in and walked us through the whole house, answering any questions we had. He was also highly responsive and even reached out to us asking if things were well during our stay. Highly recommend!

Talk about beautiful! This location aside from gorgeous, was very clean, comfortable, and an overall wonderful experience. Daniel was an extremely responsive host who even shared great recommendations! Our team of 10 met comfortably at the location and shared delicious meals in their spacious kitchen and dining room areas. Coming from a gloomy location, the pool was refreshing but warm. If you are thinking about booking "do-it"! I would recommend this location multiple times! :)

Awesome property! We had a fantastic stay with everything we needed. We went for the swimming pool but the outdoor space was outstanding!! Property manager was excellent, responded immediately to all of our questions! We hope to come back!!

Can’t recommend this property and host highly enough. We stayed for 4 nights for my bachelorette party and had such a great time. The pool was perfect and everything was very clean. The host took care of everything and was very communicative. You are about 20-25 minutes away from most of the popular restaurants/bars but Ubers were readily available and the property was worth it. We will be back!!

Had an amazing stay with our large family (from age 1 - 70). The property manager was hands on, assisted at all times, even hand delivered ice for our group. We had one slight issue with an appliance and within 20 minutes he had maintenance at the house and fixed it up asap. Complete professionals that were amazing, detailed and were fantastic to work with! Highly recommend!

Not only is this house and property beautiful, it is extremely comfortable and welcoming. We celebrated my dad’s 96th birthday here and it couldn’t have been more perfect.
If you’re looking for the ideal place to gather with friends or family, look no further.

This home was everything as advertised! It’s a great home for a family and friends gathering - great indoor and outdoor living spaces with beautiful pool and outdoor games like ping pong and a pool table and corn hole and a sand volleyball court. Tons to do and keep entertained with. The beds were all remarkably comfortable, plenty of bathrooms for everyone, beautiful modern and luxuriously appointed house, Chef’s kitchen… this home has it all! Would definitely come back here.

We LOVED our weekend time at this property! Alex was super helpful every time we needed to text him for something, and the house is even better than the photos.
There is also a hidden full bathroom near the laundry room that we didn’t know existed, which was perfect for a lot of ladies getting ready at once. I highly recommend this property , it is worth every penny.

Beautiful property! Perfect for a large group. Everyone in our group commented on how the house was just so great for all of us. Alex and Nick were the best at being communicative and helping, and we were probably a tough group to accommodate. I will absolutely stay at this property again.

The house was great, had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfy. We did add pool heating to our stay and there were a lot of issues with that. We only had one day that the hot tub was hot and the pool was at the desired temp. That was very disappointing. The pool and outdoor area were the main reasons I chose this house. On our last full day we woke to a very strong propane smell. The contact person told me it was normal and meant the tanks were empty and they were on their way to be filled. The day we left as we were checking out the propane truck finally came. I wouldn’t expect this major issue with the cost of the house. Very disappointing.
