sehr Freundliche und überaus hilfsbereite personal. das Hotel liegt in Stadtmitte und hat sehr gute Verbindung zu überall. und mehrere Einkaufcenter in der Nähe. wenn du mir Handy durch Zimmer rennst und penibel Probleme suchst, buch lieber in 5 Sternen Hotel, ich bin sicher die werden auch nicht deine gehobene Ansprüche gerecht werden.... :)
ich empfehle jedem diese Hotel, ich war mehr als 3 mall dort und werde wieder dort buchen..
wie gesagt, ich habe nichts finden können, was mich gestört hätte. was man besser machen kann. viellecht ein tisch oder platz für 2 koffer.

Not so clean. Curtain in one of the rooms was a makeshift curtain. No curtain rods. Sink was leaking. Shower room’s flooring was wet.
Phone Customer Service was poor. Can’t reach the property itself for inquiries.

what i like the most was the customer service of the 2 ladies in the reception. They are very friendly and fun to chat. I believe the name of other 1 is Joy and I forgot the name of the other lady.
the TV in our room was not clear and blurry and can't even see the screen

The room was extremely unsanitary. There were hairs in the pillow case, stains in the bed sheets and blankets, and the bathroom was very unclean. The bathroom door and AC was also broken. We check-out after 20 minutes of staying. I will not be back again and will require refund.

The location is near in Araneta Coliseum which is nice.
The place isn't clean, and the bedsheet and comforter smell smoke and I think it hasn't been laundry yet. The receptionist is such an attitude.

Our request for room transfer and toiletries was acknowledged. The next room was a bit better than the room what was initially provided for us.
The front desk initially placed us in a room (3014) that seem to be recently used, even if there are other rooms available in the floor level. There were no tissues nor toiletries provided. The restroom was broken. The aircon was on a high temp, thus it was hot.

Location is very convenient and walking distance from MRT station and bus terminals.
The room is not well cleaned and the toiletries are dirty even if they are sealed. Hairfall from previous occupants are all over the bathroom when we checked in which gives continuous discomfort. Rooms are small and aircon is too noisy.

I like the location and price.
We got a room that only have 1 outlet and it is front to the tv which is not convinient to charge. Keycard needs to be turnover when going out (feels unsafe to our items). Hot shower is not fully operating.

Very near my residence.
There were Cobwebs everywhere. There was no cable and the remote control was not working due to the batteries were old. Cleanlineess of the building was not kept very well.
