breakfast - has only 2 main dishes..

the location is great next to technohub plaza and accessible to transportation. breakfast is good

the late check in was disappointing. room’s ac is a hit or miss. some rooms have weak air condition. floor in bathroom seems old. beds are big but not comfy.

A lot of surcharges, the reception staff lacks focus kept asking there is extra charge and when I asked what’s the reason of extra charges then SHE checked and go back apologizing there is no need for additional charges.

poor lighting at the hallway, too noisy. WIFI not stable, if you are working you wont finish anything.

attentive staff

noisy guests who booked multiple rooms. we didn’t get to sleep fully because these guests were noisy in the hallway and kept banging their doors shut. we had to call the reception twice (3:47am and 4:10am) to call them out because these guests really didn’t care. this happened even before midnight!
