Everything was great. The property is well maintained and the staff are super. Fantastic Dawn beach is adjacent to the property. The beach and pool were so relaxing. Ms Irene , the owner, was very attentive and responded quickly to questions. This was one of the nicest vacations resorts I’ve been too.

The view is without a doubt one of the best. The upper deck is amazing. You will enjoy quality time with a great view. The check in process took a while. Long lines and they couldn’t find my reservation but this is just part of the process sometimes. The dryer keeps your clothes until the cycle is complete so if your in a hurry don’t put something in it and expect it out ASAP. Maybe we just didn’t understand how to properly use it. However, you are on island time so you just grab another piece of clothing and make do until the door decides to unlock and give you your clothes back. With a view like this who cares about laundry? We love St. Martaan and so do our grown children. OBBR is a great home base for us as we always rent a car to see all of our favorite places on the Island. We enjoy the pool in the afternoon along with all the nighttime activities.

Had an amazing time. We rented a car and had to opportunity to explore the island. Sad to see that there is still much rebuilding that needs to be done. Our stay in Ms Irene’s condo was fabulous. We had our teenage (18,19) son and daughter and they enjoyed time on the balcony in the hot tub.

We could barely leave the room. The rooftop pool is a nice cool temperature most days and is very refreshing there's a grill on the top deck with a wine fridge. We stayed up there all day. If its too sunny on the top floor go down to your first balcony where its shady with a little more wind. Go down pick up the steaks from the fridge and head back up for dinner with a bottle of prosecco and end the night back in the now lit pool staring at the stars or the view of the resort pool which looks amazing at night. Mention Irene's name at check-in as the resort was a little confused when I tried to check in with just the VRBO confirmation. They straightened it out quickly once they realized which room to send us to. You will never regret staying here. We already can't wait to come back.

This place has amazing views and has everything you need to be right at home on the island. The deck on the roof and the spa are much larger than they appear in the photos and the kitchen is exceptionally stocked with everything you need.

We stayed at this condo for 9 days and it was paradise!. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. In this situation the pictures do not lie. Everything is as advertised, whether you are looking at the pictures of the condo, or the beautiful outdoors views. The condo was very well appointed. There is nothing that I can think of that was lacking. The owner, Irene, was very forthcoming about where to go and what to do. A very nice lady! The resort staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant served wonderful meals at very reasonable prices. Sleeping with the wind and waves to listen to was perfect. Beautiful beach at the resort as well as additional beaches on both the Dutch side and the French side. We were very sad to leave this beautiful place but are already planning our return.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. It was wonderful to sit on the deck and look out over the ocean and watch the sunset. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay on the island.

We made last minute reservations and Irene was so accommodating! This place was clean, beautifully and very comfortably done. Not only was it spacious but very sunny and bright. The kitchen was perfect and fully equipped. If that wasn’t enough - the balconies and the private penthouse deck with spa were amazing. Next time when we return, we will definitely plan a longer stay!

My wife and I visited the Oyster Bay past Fall, a year after Irma. We were really glad to see so much restoration work has been done. Joyous and friendly atmosphere as always. Great resort, spacious and gorgeous apartment, spectacular views! In our opinion, it is one of the most beautiful places on the island, looking forward to visiting again!

My husband, youngest son and I spent 9 nights at the Magie Blue. It was beyond wonderful. The pictures do not due it justice. My husband and I have been regular visitors to Saint Martin and, OBBR in general, since 2006. We normally drop our stuff and travel around the island. Not this time! Pretty much everything we needed was well provided for right in the condo. Thank you to Irene for making our vacation so wonderful. We look forward to another visit very soon!!

The photographs don't do this property justice. Overlooking the sea, with a view of St. Bart's, everything was as advertised. We had a wonderful week in St. Maarten/St. Martin. Oyster Pond is located right on the border between the Dutch and French sides of the island, a 10-15 minute drive to Phillipsburg and a 20 minute drive from all the restaurants in Grand Case. We also enjoyed visiting the local creperie and enjoyed meals at Big Fish, Mr. Busby's, and Beau-Beau's. This condo is well-maintained and the owners appear to be conscientious and available. There is a current seaweed problem on the beaches found on the entire Atlantic side of the island (yes, even on Orient Beach), but hopefully that is temporary. There was ample parking on the property, even if you did occasionally have to park some distance from the unit due to high season volume. Overall, a wonderful experience; we hope to return some day.

We were fortunate to stay a third time at this wonerful and beautiful place. Very comfortable apartment with daily sight seeing view. Anyone who considers to visit St. Martin this is the place to stay and do not doubt you will enjoy it every moment!

This review is a long overdue. My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment yet again this past spring. I do realize that the host was dealing with personal health issues in her family but yet was in full communication at all times helping us with many facets of our trip as she did the first time. I also want to thank her as I personally got very sick in the evening before our flight and we had to change departure dates to one day later. We contacted her in the very early morning and she was outstanding in permitting us to stay an extra day without any charge. I can't say enough about this host and this great property. She has been outstanding to deal with both times we have ventured to St. Maarten. We can't wait to go back someday.

My family & I stayed at this condo for three nights in mid-April 2015 and had an awesome time! The rooftop deck is incredible - we loved it and spent most of our time there. The hot tub/dipping pool was very nice. I hesitate to call it a hot tub because it did not really get hot enough for that, but it was still very enjoyable. The pool also has a swim/wave feature but it was not working. The view from the roof top deck (as well as from all balconies) is spectacular - out over the ocean with the islands in the distance and over the pool. We also used the BBQ grill twice and it was cool to be able to stay on the roof to cook & eat. The rooftop deck also had a refrigerator which was convenient, plenty of places to sit/lay, as well as multiple tables to eat/drink. Regarding the condo, it was very nice, in excellent condition, and very clean. My son enjoyed the clean "pine" smell in the condo. The condo is in the very new section of Oyster Bay Beach Resort so everything in the condo is new. My son slept on the foldout couch and he thought it was comfortable - as much as a regular bed. We appreciated that the resort provided a large package of tools to us when we checked in so we had plenty of beach towels for the entire stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were large and had enough hot water for all three of us to shower. The televisions had many American channels which was also nice and the wifi in the unit worked pretty well, even on the rooftop (although a weak signal). We hope to return one day!

Joined by another couple, we enjoyed 5 fabulous nights at the OBBR in late April 2014. The condo was perfectly suited for 2 couples. The bedrooms were quite large and the bedding/ mattresses were hotel quality. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the utensils and dinnerware you could ask for. The bathrooms were more than adequate and linens/towels were plentiful. The location was great. Easy to cab to Grand Case, Orient Beach or Philipsburg for dinner/ beach. But lets face it..the selling point of this condo is the rooftop pool/kitchen. The roof was completely private day,... and night, and you had great views of St. Barts on even the cloudiest of days. The pictures do not do the rooftop pool justice. You could easily get your sun up there all day while enjoying your own beverages from the kitchen. Irene was very attentive to all of our requests prior to landing. She replied almost always on the same day and was extremely easy to work with. We could not have been happier with her service. A great place to stay and we someday hope to be back! Thanks so much Irene. This review was easy to write.

We spent 10 days with another couple in St. Martin using this condo as our home base. The location was excellent. It was a quick trip to any part of the island (I advise having a car). Orient Bay was 15 min. to the north, Philipsburg about 15 min. to the south. Plus the location kept us away from the cruise ship traffic. Dawn beach was nice and not real busy. We were able to get 4 beach chairs together every day. Restaurants on site and within walking distance were all good. Drive around the bay to the french side to Dinghy Dock, it was one of our favorites. The roof top deck with hot tub / lap pool was awesome. Great view and totally private. The condo was perfect for 2 couples but would be comfortable for 6 very easily. Unit was clean and the staff at Oyster Bay Resort was very accommodating with any request we had. Irene, one of the owners, was very pleasant to work with. Thanks Irene.

We were so lucky to have stayed at such a beautiful Condo! It was everything the description said and more. You cannot describe the view. Every room had a fantasic view, you could see for miles. The roof top was the most spectacular of all! The resort was friendly and very accomadating. The pool and beach had plenty of chairs and umbrillas at n/c. I know Oyster Pond is out of the way however if you want the most pristine, quiet and beautiful beach and condo- there is no place like this.
