Everything is on the spot, the location, the cleanliness, the ocean view. This is a place I highly recommend.

Overall the place was nice, it was clean upon arrival however there is a musty smell in the condo due to moisture being so close to water. This is expected. What was not expected was no hot water for a shower for 9 days. This was reported several times, claimed it was resolved and never was. Local support just stopped answering my messages. Frustrating to say the least. Otherwise, place was great and no issues.

The condo was very comfortable and well appointed. Location was walking distance to most of Main Street Jaco. The balcony with its view of the pool and beach was exceptional. There were not any on site amenities. No pool bar, no concierge or restaurant.

This was a beautiful condo with an awesome ocean view. It was the view that sold me. The condo was clean, fully stocked with kitchen and cooking utilities and centrally located in Jaco. This was a fantastic way to celebrate my 70th birthday 🎂 🎁🎈

402s was an amazing view and stay, Will be staying there again. My buddy was in 302s and he loved it as well GREAT PLACE.

Room was great and in a great location!

Condo is lovely, just as pictured. The two primary suites were perfect for my friend and myself. Home was well appointed with everything necessary for your stay. The grounds, building and pool are well maintained. 24 hour security was apparent but not intrusive. Location is one block from main street and in the middle of everything. Taxis are plentiful and only $1-$2 to everywhere. Great stay

The Diamonte is a really nice condo complex on the beach. Pool is great and unit had a great a/c and balcony. A little musty odor walking in but cleared out after a few hours. Security is good and overall a great stay

Very Beautiful condo and location is perfect for Jaco shopping and food.

Lovely unit and well stocked. Got quick responses from manager. The view and closeness to the beach was great. Pool was great. The AC had a bit of a moldy smell but was told that was normal in such a humid area. Remote didn't work well for Netflix but we weren't there for TV anyway.

Beautiful place. Arguably the best place in Jaco to stay. Wasn't my first time there but Diamante never disappoints.

An excellent condominium in a great location. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants with a perfect beach front view. We stayed in July and the pool was open with few people mid-week.

We had a wonderful time at the Diamanté del Sol! The only reason we did not give our particular condo a 5 star was that there was a musty or wet smell in the condo! It kind of hit you when you first walked in and then it was livable but just wish it wasn’t there! We don’t know if it was the air conditioning or the fact that the shower Drains were not angled right to drain all the water when you got done showering! They also need to fix the master bedroom air conditioner! It was loud! The air conditioning did work well and kept us very cool! Other than that, the condo worked perfectly! The view was absolutely amazing and pool area was magical! The staff at the condo were friendly and helpful! There are so many amazing things to do in the Jaco area and the condo was in a perfect location! I would come back to this condo again and hopefully soon

This is a great property, well built, and well maintained. The security, and maintenance is very professional, jaco is a interesting community, and the people are friendly, and helpful. Which is to say a lot. When they have to put up with gringo’s, all of the time. Fun

This condo was wonderful with easy access and spectacular views of the ocean and pool. It is tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home and so convenient to walk to great restaurants and markets.

We loved everything about Diamante Del Sol. Our place was beautiful and spacious and the location was ideal for beach, privacy and walking distance to all the wonderful restaurants.

Excellent property in a great location. Large spacious condo. Getting in and out was made simple, the property manager communicated everything that we needed. Would definitely return.

Extremely well managed and beautiful condo, location is centered to make the town very accessible

However, the furnishings in the condo are in need of updating! Springs in the sofa are worn out and the frame is compromised. Thus, there is a lack of comfortable seating for four people. Rug in the living room needs to be cleaned professionally or replaced. AC in the main area is not sufficient for the space (very old and just can't do the job). AC in the master bedroom lacks a remote control. Kitchen is lacking good cooking tools (knives, scissors, serving plates and bowls etc). Sufficient silverware and plates/bowls for four people...that's it! BUT, the condo is in a wonderful location, well-built and safe. If the furnishings were to be updated....it would be PERFECT for four people.
