We were attending a wedding in San Juan Capistrano so we needed a place to accommodate four adults… This was perfect! Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Also, lots of seating in the kitchen/dining areas. Location was great; close to the beach, pier, shopping, etc. We will return!

This was definitely one of the nicest looking rentals that we could find in our search of the area. Very nicely decorated and comfortable for relaxing. Great area with tons of fun spots (including the boardwalk area) within close walking distance. We really enjoyed having the small private patio and outdoor table available to relax a bit outside in an area of town where space is obviously at a premium. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen allowing us to cook some meals in, as well as the provided pack-n-play for my 2-year old granddaughter. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

Perfect beach get away. All the amenities and the house was immaculate.

We were visiting family in San Clemente and stayed at this remodeled condo with our teens. Very spacious, clean, and organized for a family of 5. Great outdoor space to BBQ and just a 5 minute walk to the beach and the San Clemente Beach Trail. A 10 minute walk to Del Mar shopping and restaurants. Just the perfect location and setup. We really enjoyed our stay!

We just spent nearly a week at this property and it was like a home-away-from-home. Beautifully furnished, with plenty of space to spread out and live comfortably. The location is amazing -- centrally located to fantastic shopping and restaurants, and so close to the beach and a nearby park that we had no shortage of entertainment options for our family (and especially our kiddos who, let's face it, are often the most difficult to please on vacations). As with every vacation rental, there are a few areas that I would improve if it was my fulltime home: namely, a firmer mattress in the master bedroom, and a thorough scrub-down of the laundry facilities (which show signs of moisture buildup common to front-loading machines). But all in all, this was a fantastic place to call home for a few days, and we will definitely keep it in mind should San Clemente call us back for another visit.

We loved everything about this place! So clean and roomy for my family of 5. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The back patio was a wonderful retreat for my family to share dinner and play cards in the evening. The stairs are workout when coming up from the beach, but soooo worth it! Going back next year!!

We loved the layout of the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms/baths. However, beware this is a ground floor location with a renter above; the sounds of people moving around above are noticeable. The garage is a big plus (for a smaller car; we got our Toyota Highlander in by being very careful). We appreciated that the smaller things are well thought out… cooler available, beach chairs, kite to fly, beach toys for kids. Being able to walk to the Main Street and restaurants on Avenida Del Mar was delightful. We even walked down to the train one day and took a trip to San Diego to see the USS Midway. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

The home was very clean and neat, Offered everything needed to cook/stay. Upstairs neighbor very loud, big screaming fight middle of the night. Didn't see any instruction about the heater, only that it needed to be turned off. We could not figure it out so just turned it down very low when we left. Overall, would definitely rent this unit again. Thank you.

Super close to stairs heading to beach. Home was comfortable and clean. I highly recommend a run along the beach trail... just incredible.

The walk back from the beach is uphill so just be mindful of how much you are carrying down. My four year old walks to/from the beach with us from this location fine and he even walked to Pizza Port with me this trip. There are a couple things to be mindful of. 1. The walls/windows are thin so you may hear more from your upstairs neighbors than you care for, but as long as they are respectful it is not a large issue. 2. If you are planning a longer stay with a lot of groceries you'll have to make some space in the cabinets for them. This kitchen is fully stocked so pretty much every cabinet is used. We were fine just leaving nonperishables on the counter as there is ample counter space, but something to keep in mind. Overall, we love staying at this complex and can't wait to come back!
