Clean. Perfect location for wedding. Bathrooms are a little dated. Kitchen clean and had all necessary appliances. Not stocked with so much as a coffee pod or water. No auto ice maker so trays were provided but a bit inconvenient. Check in/ check out was super easy!

Absolute great location and amenities, clean, spacious

Chose this location to stay with family for my daughter's wedding and it was a great stay! Condo was clean, well-appointed, perfect location to restaurants, the beach, parking was a breeze. The outdoor patio is spacious and the perfect hang out spot. Beds were also comfortable, plenty of room for everyone.

We were more than impressed with our stay. The home shows in person exactly like the pictures. Well appointed with anything and everything you could need. Beds and linens were fabulously comfortable which is always a plus. Short walk to the beach with great shopping/restaurants and the free trolley has a stop that also in wakingr distance. Thank you for providing such a great home for us to enjoy our vacation.

Great spot! Beds & Shower amazing! Kitchen could use refresh on spices as we used the kitchen daily. Beach equipment also could use a refresh as some broken boards & chairs. Overall it was a beautiful spot & we enjoyed our family time at this beach condo!

House was very accommodating. Location was perfect for daily walks on the beach. Bike riding and hiking trails were spectacular!!!

Great location so close to the beach and shops. Top notch communication with the property manager. Only two very small dings: I prefer a very firm bed mattress and the main floor bathroom toilet got clogged. Would definitely consider staying there again!

Great location- open layout, beach close and very convenient.

We only stayed for two rainy days, but as a family that used to live in the area I found it really fun to stay in this spot. It's an awesome unit, very clean, and way bigger than I thought it was going to be. Upstairs neighbors can be a little noisy if they're not being nice to you, but that's the only thing to even harp about. Putting down infants with kiddos running around upstairs wasn't fun. Regardless, I would 100% stay here again. Great place!

Stayed across the street from my wedding venue for the weekend. Great clean place. Would only say it’s a little loud

We are a military family and this house was only 9 minutes from Camp Pendletons West gate. We Will be staying here again. This house is as described, pictures match. Very clean. Easy to communicate with. 3 minute walk to beach. Tons of beach toys to use. Beach is very rocky, we did end up driving down to the pier for a Sandy beach day, but drive to pier was like 5 minutes. Nothing bad to report.

Nice, clean, great location. The added bonus was all of the beach stuff available to use. (Chairs, toys, beach towels, boogie boards, etc.) The space was adequate for 8 people to sleep. However, there was only one towel per person, not enough silverware for more than one meal before washing dishes, not enough laundry detergent, and we had to go buy a 9x13 baking dish. We could not get the upstairs to cool down at night, even with the thermostat set at 70 degrees (the lowest possible setting) and the windows open. Despite these minor irritations, I would rent this condo again.

This place is very spacious and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable. It has plenty of fresh bath towels and beach towels. Walking distance to the beach and a cute breakfast restaurant. Our family will definitely be back.

The house was great for our family with teenagers. House was as expected. The vaulted ceilings give it a nice open feel and the patio was enjoyable for relaxing, grilling and dining. Good location to walk to trolly stops, North beach and the beach trail. Just over a mile to the peir. North beach is very rocky - no sand really - so it wasn't a play on beach. Strong current and swells also made for limited water play.

This was our 3rd time staying here. We love it. Short walk to the beach and love the outdoor balcony patio. The place is always super clean and comfortable living room couch to enjoy watching movies at night . Can’t wait to next visit.

The house was clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. Super easy check-in and check-out. It had all the amenities we needed. It was perfect for my wedding weekend being across the street from our venue and also extremely close to the beach!

This was our second time to stay at this vacation rental. We enjoyed ourselves again. It’s super comfortable and everything is so clean . Great family time. Love the two car parking driveway , didn’t have to worry trying to locate a spot to park. Look forward to coming again.

The unit is beautiful and suited us perfectly! We were in town for a wedding at Ole Hanson Beach Club so the location was perfect! We did not use any of the beach amenities but it was well stocked.

We loved our mother/daughter trip to San Clemente. This house was as pictured. It was a lovely retreat. Ocean views were steps away.

Our family stayed in this property for a week, attending two weddings in the area. The beach is a two minute walk; we went for long walks by the ocean every morning, then found fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, smoothies, and tacos! Great TV for watching sports, great balcony for talking, great table for those who had to work! Plenty of room, but cozy, too! Very clean and well-equipped.

Wow!!! What a great place. We absolutely loved everything about this place. Harry was a great host, and everything about the place was magic. You’re a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and playgrounds for kids. We can’t wait to go back!!!

I would give this a 5 star review if it weren't for the fact that we unfortunately found a pair of underwear in the dryer that was left by someone other than us. As well as the coffee pot was not clean when we went to use it the 1st time. We had to wait a little long to check in for COVID cleaning - so we thought that everything would have been in tip top shape. The location was great for our purposes of being in San Clemente for a wedding. If we every have the need to come back to San Clemente, we would definitely stay here again.

Found two long strands of hair in master bedroom bed, but overall very clean place: When reserving for 7 people, could have used extra bath towels as we had to do laundry in order to bathe.

The house is lovely-designed beautifully and with guests in mind. Sleeps 8 if all bed spots are occupied but also has a sleep sofa for an additional spot say if- brother and sister don’t want to share a queen. The location is phenomenal! Walk to the beach by the Ole Hanson swim club, can walk to a couple of bars and restaurants. Don’t miss out on eating g breakfast and getting a coffee at Moulin which is across the street. You also are very close to Rainbow, outlets, and hoping in the freeway. Also, they offer beach necessities such as chairs, boogie boards, pails, shovels, and more! The only negative and it’s not of the place it itself but on who you get for neighbors…we had smokers next door for two days and the patios are very close so we were glad when they left. You won’t regret staying here-it’s a fabulous place-we will definitely book again in the future!
