This lovely vacation house is just two blocks from the beach, with balconies that overlook the ocean. Lots of space for our family and friends who came over for dinner. San Clemente is such a cute town. And you can walk everywhere. Beach, downtown etc. There are a lot of steps since it’s like a townhouse style. But the steps weren’t a problem for us. The reward for the steps is an awesome rooftop patio!

Absolutely one of my favorite spots. The location is divine and the vibe is on point. You won’t find a better property.

This was a reunion of four friends. The house was amazing because it had so many seating areas. The living room was great for just hanging out. And then the rooftop patio was also amazing. Plenty of seating, and views of the ocean. The house is walking distance to the beach, and walking distance to old San Clemente downtown with great restaurants, shopping and thrifting. The kitchen was very well outfitted, and the beds were super comfy. Everyone had a great time and loved the house.

We chose this property for its proximity to San Clemente beach as well as the arrangement of the rooms on the different levels, and were not disappointed! As mentioned by others, the stairs are at first a bit intimidating, especially when carrying groceries, but we just counted the steps as part of our daily workout, and didnt really notice them much by the end of our stay. It was a very short walk to the beach trail access, and the beach. The first day we arrived, (July 26) was much warmer than usual, with hardly any ocean breeze to help cool off the home, which meant it was a bit stuffy and uncomfortable, despite opening all the windows on all the levels. We did purchase a box fan that afternoon to help circulate air. When I mentioned this to the owner, he said I could just leave it there, and he reimbursed me the expense, for which I was very grateful since I had no intention of carrying it on the plane home with me. The next day, the outside temps were not nearly as hot, and the ocean breeze had returned, and we did not have any issues with our comfort level the rest of our stay. The beds were super comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. The bathroom towels provided were nice, but would have liked to have had a few extras. We did request more hand towels and wash clothes, which were promptly brought over within 1-2 hours of our request. Edmund is a phenomenal host, and we would definitely stay there again!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was very comfortable and we had a wonderful time. Easy proximity to the beach trail was definitely a plus as was all the beach gear provided. We would definitely rent again and hope to come back soon. Thank you Edmund!

We stayed at this beautiful property for a homecoming as my Marine returned from deployment. It was the perfect location and a complete 5 star experience!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this San Clemente beach house. We knew going in about the stairs which was no big deal for us and teenage boys! Anyone with mobility issues might not fend as well. The house is spacious and so comfortable!! It has everything you need from kitchen supplies to bathroom supplies and all the entertainment including surf boards!! The roof deck is amazing! The owner went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The location is close to the beach, shops, restaurants and a fun walking/biking trail. Our only bummer was that we didn't see the sun the entire 6 days of our stay. (It was foggy/rainy/cloudy/misty the whole time.) But that's beyond our control! Hopefully we'll be able to come again and enjoy some sun as well. Then it would be pure perfection. Thank you Edmund!!!!

Location was perfect. Across the street and you are at the beach. Rooftop ocean views. San Clemente became our favorite little surf town. The ice cream shop downtown is a must! Also tried every coffee shop in town and they were all phenomenal! If you take surf lessons go through JPS surf co. They were beyond amazing to work with. We will definitely return!

This house was perfect for our 2 families! We had everything we needed for the kids to be able to hang out and relax, for us to make dinner and eat at home and to hang out at the pier, beach and shops. It was very clean and well equipped. The house was a perfect location also to two fabulous restaurants-we strongly recommend Sonny’s and Nick’s. We will definitely come here again!

Excellent location for a family stay-walks to ocean, grandchildren play on beach, explore restaurants and craft fairs at city hall, and explore the pier arera. Comfortable and well-outfitted for family meals and BBQ. Accidently left my ear buds in home after check out and Edmund (owner) offered to mail them to me. Very kind service beyond the "call of duty". Thank you Edmund for your quick replies and help!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with amazing veiws!! I would highly suggest this place to anyone capable of climbing the many stairs!!

My family stayed for my son’s wedding weekend. The house exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t really do the view and location justice. The house sits at the edge of a peaceful neighborhood that overlooks a vibrant beach community. There’s something for everyone who is fortunate enough to find this gem of a home. Edmund is a fabulous host!

I rented this home for my son's wedding and we greatly enjoyed it. The home had everything we needed for a great and comfortable stay. Although there are many steps up to the condo, the view and spaciousness more than make up for the trek. Would stay here again.

Carpet needs updated every thing else was great.

It was such a beautiful spot to stay. Right near the water. Just a walk to the pier and stores. We actually were able to walk to the wedding venue where my cousin was having her wedding, so very convenient. Overall it was relaxing. Just a lot of stairs haha. Thank you for letting us stay. We definitely have to come again !

We loved this property because it was so close to San Clemente beach and trail. Perfect beach for boogie boarding. Owner was super nice and responsive. The property had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Loved our stay and the excellent view and location. Would give 5 stars if not for some inaccurate photos of roof and bedroom furniture posted in virtual tour. Not a big deal but easy to fix

We had an amazing time here! The condo was well appointed and perfect for our family getaway! The views from the rooftop were amazing and we loved the proximity to the beach. It was also nice to have access to the beach wagons, sand toys, chairs etc! It was just what you would expect for a beach house! We would definitely book again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful (can't beat the view!) and the hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had. The location worked out great for us - close to the wedding we were in town for, as well as a short walk to the beach. There are definitely a lot of stairs, and the walk down to the beach is a pretty steep hill, but we saw that on the listing so it was not a surprise and was not an issue for us. Loved having the ocean breeze come through the windows and very much enjoyed spending evenings on the rooftop deck! Thanks so much for a great experience!

We live in CA and wanted to "live" by the beach. This is a great place which is very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed the location as well. The beach is close by, and so is the shopping and restaurants.

We visited San Clemente for my daughter's high school senior trip. The view from the rooftop deck is exactly what is pictured and we spent many hours enjoying the view and sounds of the ocean. The beach was close enough to walk to/from though the advice to drive the gear back was great. Do NOT ignore all the information about the stairs. They were completely manageable but hauling up our stuff upon arrival after 12 hours in the car ..... I was glad I had the 18 years olds to help take everything up. Beds were comfortable, tons of space for lounging. Amazing views. At the end of the our stay the girls really didn't want to leave. I highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breezes in San Clemente. It was quite spacious for a 3/2 and our family group of 6 had plenty of room. The stairs were a bit challenging, but the listing made it clear there were stairs to climb up to the unit. It is worth it, as the ocean view, especially from the upper deck, was even better than we expected! The house has been updated, in particular the kitchen and baths were quite nice. The location was fabulous--one block down to the beach walkway. Also, close to town and all the great shops and restaurants of San Clemente. Just a heads up that there is no AC. (There is a heater for the winter months.) The weather was just fine, so we kept the doors and windows open for the beautiful ocean breezes! However, the humidity can build up and causes a somewhat damp feeling in the unit at times. We are from FLA, so humidity is no stranger to us. But we are used to our ACs keeping things cool and dry. The only issue we had with keeping open the windows at night is you can hear the neighbors and cars at night, which could be a bit distracting. Otherwise, the no AC did not bother us. Also, I think that is pretty standard for the area. I would def recommend this property. And we would stay here again when back in San Clemente!
