Our family just had an amazing vacation at Gina's property. Our villa was the perfect place to relax, unwind and take in the beautiful paradise. The unit is well maintained, nicely decorated and well stocked with the essentials. We enjoyed all of the beach essentials provided in the locker as well. The property is truly beautiful, taking in the sunrise, sunset, beaches, pool and trails. Communication was so easy. Gina provided detailed information prior to our stay. We had a very smooth check in and stay, and our vacation was seamless. If we return to the area in the future, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We like this condo so much we’ve come back two years in a row. It’s always well maintained with first class finishes, and it’s one of the few places around with direct beach access.

With several young grandchildren along, the villas were perfect! Lots of space for playing, easy pool and beach access, grocery stores near by and restaurants like Lei Leis where we could order take-out. I loved being able to call ahead with questions and talk to a person. The views of the ocean are spectacular! The North Shore provides a quieter atmosphere than Waikiki, but you can still drive there in a little over an hour if you want. We highly recommend the Paradise Helicopter tours right by the Villas. Fun to watch even if you don’t want to fly. Also several in our group loved the guided Bird-watching experience. Our 11 year old grandson walked in and proclaimed, “I’ve found my new home!”

It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our trip. We enjoyed using the provided beach equipment, which was all in excellent condition. We loved the location of the property along the north shore of Oahu. The location made it easy to get to all of our activities around the island. We also took advantage of the many activities on the Turtle Bat Resort such as surfing lessons and snorkeling. Beach access from the villa was a one minute walk and we loved the pool/hot tub after a long day at the beach. We enjoyed the many dining options at Turtle Bay Resort. Beach House was our favorite meal of the trip. Gina and her staff were responsive and helpful. The app they use for the Villa stay was like having a personal travel agent at our fingertips. We loved our stay, would definitely recommend this villa and are already looking at next year’s calendar to see when we can return.

We were steps from the beach and pool, and a short drive to all the fabulous beaches of the North Shore. The condo had all the amenities you could ask for like washer dryer, gear and snorkel closet, huge kitchen etc. Skip the crowds and traffic of Waikiki and stay up north at turtle bay! We had a wonderful staycation at the Ocean Villas. The place was clean, spacious and convenient to the beach and dining at Turtle Bay Resorts.

This rental unit was ideal for our small party of four 60+ year olds. Because of the well-appointed kitchen and close proximity to North Shore restaurants, shops, and world-class beaches. It was surprisingly quiet despite the presence of young families and a wedding party. We would highly recommend the OV Condominiums to friends and family.

We had everything we needed at the villa for playing on the beach and cooking. There was a grocery store nearby. Roy's was close if we wanted to go out for a cocktail. Food trucks and other restaurants were fun to visit. We enjoyed Waimea Bay for swimming, Waimea Valley and Turtle Bay trails for walking, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Pearl Harbor and North Shore Ecotours based in Hale-iwa. The villa pool and hot tub were great too. The only downside was that our unit's air conditioning struggled to keep the villa cool even with all doors shut and finally quit working altogether 4 days into our 8 day stay. Otherwise, the villa and all of the furnishings and supplies were top notch!

The property was clean, well provisioned with everything you need for a week long stay. Management was easy to contact, helpful and cordial. The only negative was the clean but well worn furnishings which could use a refresh, particularly the pull out couch which was listing at a permanent 20 degree slant which made it impossible to sit on comfortably.
