The place fit all my requirements- beach, layout of residence set in a well appointed hotel/condo. They had great restaurants and exercise facilities. Could not have asked for more! Mickey was very responsive and clear in his communication.

It was a great stay Mickey has everything for you most importantly it was extremely clean two very comfortable bedrooms wonderful pillows We spent time at the spa facials massages and had breakfast and dinner at the Strand quiet restaurant good salmon Benedict breakfast and for dinner tasty fish including Brazino and chilean Seabass The spa is expensive but save if you get Groupon Enjoy DJ

Beach set up was great. Plenty of chairs/towels/umbrellas, great staff, and the food available was delicious (pricey, but what you would expect at a resort). Greek salads were especially good. The pool that's available looked nice and was conveniently located, but we chose the beach. Taquiza Tacos is about a 15 minute walk up the beach. Excellent tacos with their own blue corn masa. The totopus are a must. We also loved Cachito Coffee, about a 10 minute walk, - great coffee and food. Chocolate croissants were a fan favorite. I also organized recommendations from previous guests. North Miami Beach location was so convenient. The unit was well equipped. Mickey was responsive. There was valet parking too!

I rarely post anything negative about unpleasant things. Most of my VRBO stays have been great, knowing I also pay quite a bit for a nicer place. Pros: right by ocean; Starbucks and Publix market across street; small kitchenette; washer/dryer machine; 2 small refrigerators; owner was always responsive by text Cons: owner tried to blame me for no connection to tv internet saying he had no problem with previous guest (password was the same that I was able to log into phone and iPad); we only had access to 1 pool that closed at 8pm (not conducive after getting back from sight seeing); owner expected me to vacuum and keep apartment extra clean during my stay (I’m on vacation with my kids and I don’t live like a pig but why am I paying a cleaning fee?! And I normally get a house cleaner for my house weekly); owner was not accommodating to my needs making me regret why I booked this place verses hundreds of other places surrounding the areas with a much more pleasant guest service. Valet guy was super paranoid he was going to lose his job and was annoyed with me for helping myself take the luggage rack bc I cannot carry a car seat, stroller, 2 luggages, backpacks etc- so of course I needed a luggage rack! Only shut up when I tipped him after him helping load the car with all the stuff. Book directly through hotel if you want customer service and access to what the facility has to offer.

Mickey was super responsive both before we ever arrived and while we were there as well. I would absolutely stay there again and we loved that there was a restaurant on site and the Cabana pool was great.

Great to have a Publix right across the street as well as a very nice condo.

Our first time in Miami and will be coming back to stay here. Great amenities and very clean. Great communication with the owner. Definitely 5 stars in our book!

We loved staying at Mickey's condo in the Carillon. Right on the beach, easy to get to the best of Miami's restaurants and so spacious and clean. Our favorite coffee place was cachitas and we loved our meal at silverlake bistro (so close). Great rental you will be happy you did it.

Had a nice stay with another couple. The unit was clean and well appointed and Mickey, the unit owner, was easy to comment with and check-in was easy. The project is located on the beach and across the street from Publix which came in handy multiple times.

Traveled here with my wife and another couple. Had a great stay and the description from Mickey was accurate. The two pools allowed to use for unregistered guests were plenty fine, and the beach was great access. We aren’t much for oriental food, but heard the surrounding restaurants with that type of food was great. However, we found a sports bar right across the street (Norman’s) with more of an American food base. The food there was amazing along with the service. Throughout the trip we ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. Mickey was very responsive with help checking in/out and any questions in between! I would stay with Mickey and at this location again.

Our group of 4 had an amazing time at The Carillon. The unit was plenty large enough to accommodate everyone, and the hotel was extremely friendly in helping us where needed. The photos do not do justice for how nice the unit is / how well it is kept. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Miami Beach - Mickey was extremely helpful and responsive through the entire booking/rental process.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Carillon. The accommodations are convenient to everything, the host was very responsive and helpful. The amenities are top notch and the unit was very close to the beach restaurants and a Publix was directly across the street. We will definitely come back the next time we visit Miami.

I visited Miami with my parents and my tenager son. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and safe. The location was outstanding! Easy access to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Staff were very helpful and nice. Our host, Mickey, replied as soon as he could and was very attentive to our needs. Thanks for sharing your place! We will go back next time!
