Il check-in/check-out vengono fatti online senza impegno di fermarsi una volta arrivati o perdere tempo. L'appartamento è ben servito dalla metropolitana: una posizione davvero strategica! La porta di ingresso si apre con codice senza bisogno di portineria: sembra di entrare in un condominio di lusso...la hall è tenuta benissimo così come le camere: pulizia impeccabile e arredamento nuovo e tenuto bene! Davvero accogliente!

Fantastic apartment, super clean, great location (with a tube stop at the end of the street and lots of supermarkets). Cooker, microwave, fridge, TV, shower, all great. Nice to have an iron too. Lots of power sockets. Easy check in / out, and lovely and warm. And the windows actually open... Great!

Bed was a bit small, and not much of view... minor points.

The location was perfect, near the metro station, and supermarket and located in a wonderful neighborhood. We had a studio with a little kitchen. The kitchen was perfect for preparing breakfast or a small simple dinner. I would recommend the place because of the cleanness, comfy room, and easy check-in and check-out conditions.

El apartamento muy nuevo y limpio. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de una parada de metro, Earls Court. Andando se podía llegar a varios sitios de interés.

La habitación muy pequeña. Dos personas mas grandes/gruesas que nosotros estarían incomodos. La cama de 135. El wifi no iba siempre bien.

Замечательное место. Проживали в феврале в номере 12. Всё было замечательно. Центр Лондона- поэтому небольшой шум за окном- дело вполне понятное. Комната превзошла ожидания. Всё чисто, аккуратно и продумано. Был фен, утюг, гладильная доска, тарелки, кружки, стаканы, вилки и т.д. Даже ножницы были предусмотрены. Мы не воспольсзовались приборами, но вполне могли бы при необходимости. Чайник и чайные пакетики, неспрессо с капсулами, вешалки в шкафу, микроволновка, чистые полотенца. Мы остались очень довольны. В пешей доступности много магазинов, кафе, ресторанов на разный вкус.

Двойная кровать небольшая. Подушки мягковатые. И интернет слабоватый иногда. Но это если уж совсем докапываться. В целом для нас это было совсем не критично. Поэтому всё равно ставлю 10 с учётом того,что цена очень доступная!

My room was at ground floor with garden view of a renew London stile house, the location is just Amazing just 5 min from Hearls Courts tube station. The apartment with all the facility necessary for eat. Maybe bed little.

The TV was not working properly, as the battery on remote control was dead. So please make sure you ask the staff in advance so they can take care pf these kind of details. There is no oven, so I cooked my frozen pizza on a pan…

Apartamento muy pequeño por el precio que piden y eso que es temporada baja en Londres. No tienen un espacio donde dejar tus maletas cuando finalizas tu estancia por si necesitas dejarlas unas horas en una consigna. Por este precio la próxima vez iremos a un hotel.

Brand new and cosy room. It was quiet and really in a great location only 3-4 minutes walk from the tube station. It has always hot water and a great bed. I will visit it again.

The size of the room it was really small but because i was travelling alone it was ok. There is no space to leave your luggages when you arrive and when you leave and you have to pay 6.15 GBP in a luggage holding place so i think it would be a great idea if you could arrange a space for luggages.

Very limited sitting furniture and a television mounted in a very awkward place. Very limited crockery and cutlery such that we had to buy our own. Inflexible management and not easy to contact

Very close to the Victoria and Albert and Natural History Museums, the tube and many bus lines are near by. It has a kithenette and a few super markets near the apartment.

It is just off Cromwell road, a very busy road and super noisy. The decor is modern, but cold. The office is only open M-F. No place to store luggage, so you have to leave it with a sketchy looking phone/gift shop or at a locker in a train station.

Het was echt mega schoon, je kunt met lime fietsen die buiten de deur om staan overal heen crossen. Dit was net zo duur als ov dus echt een aanrader als je niet van metro’s etc. Houdt. Zit ook dichtbij een metro station mocht je dit wel willen gebruiken.

De kussens waren vreselijk, heel hard en totaal niet ondersteunend. Ik ben een makkelijk slaper maar zelfs ik had hier last van, verder vond ik het heel jammer dat ze geen 1 kamer vrij kunnen maken voor bagage opslag…. Hierdoor waren we eigenlijk genoodzaakt eerder naar het vliegveld te gaan dan nodig was. Dit omdat een bagage huur opslag een stukje fietsen was en wij een grote koffer extra meehadden. Als deze punten aangepast zouden worden had het perfect zijn geweest!

Locatie ligt centraal, metrostation is heel dichtbij en er zijn heel veel cafe’s en restaurantjes in de omgeving van het hotel. En de kamer was super schoon.

Voor de bedrag dat je betaald mag de bed wel beter zijn, bed kraakt veel en hij schuift veel als je beweegt ook was hij superklein. Ik vind de prijsverhouding niet kloppen, kamer is superklein en schoonmaak service is tegen betaling.

Riscaldamento da migliorare . E’ scattato l’antincendio in piena notte spaventandoci senza sapere cosa fare per risolvere il problema . Prima della partenza mi e’ arrivta una mail da parte della struttura per noleggiare un taxi 133 euro mai arrivato …..

La limpieza y el personal que a través de WhatsApp nos cambió de Apartamento a las 12 de la noche porque no funcionaba la calefacción.

La cama de 135.Si uno de los dos es una persona grande,no se cabe.Por ese precio,lo mínimo una cama de 150.No me volvería a alojar por el tamaño de la cama.Lo demás excelente.

Lack of forewarning about the lift not working which meant I had to lug my own suitcase up 4 flights of stairs at 10.00pm at night

The place was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. I was impressed by the thoughtful design of the apartment. Additionally, the person in contact (Nicoleta) was exceptionally kind and responsive 24/7, a quality we truly appreciated. Great location, next to the tube.

The price was quite high, and on one occasion, a smoke alarm in a neighboring apartment was triggered in the morning (we were woken up due to that). It seemed to be located too close to the kitchen. Unfortunately, we couldn't adjust the heat thermostat, but Nicoleta ensured our comfort throughout our stay.

It was a nice modern very clean property. It had everything you need on your doorstep from shops, restaurants, supermarkets and subway.

Nice, fresh apartment. Good location, close to underground stations, busses and stores. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Bed was hard and small for two people, and with only one blanket. Air condition didn't keep temperature down during night. Fire alarm went off early one morning when a neighbour fried bacon. Maybe ventilation could be better?

Kitchen in the apartment is a bonus; location is great, close to Earl’s Court station.

The lift was out of order during my stay and nobody has helped on my luggage, in which I have to climb up to 3rd floor everyday. I reported the issue to customer service, but they lied to me that the lift problem has been fixed which was not even until my checkout day.

La ubicación. South Kensington es un barrio residencial muy tranquilo con muy buena conectividad al centro de Londres y aeropuertos a través del transporte público ( bus, metro y especialmente bicicletas). Está ubicado a solo 200 metros de la estación del metro de Earl’s Court. Cómo estuvimos hospedados una semana nos sentimos como locales viviendo el día a día del Londres real sin los tumultos de turistas del centro

La cama era significativamente alta y un poco estrecha. De todas formas no fue un problema para nosotros

Its close to the tube station

The apartment is soooo small!! We stayed in another apartment earlier in the week and that was alright, small but alright. This time we paid the same amount but the room was tinyyyy, couldn’t open two luggage’s as a couple. Moreover they wouldn’t let us leave our luggage earlier so we could move around the city before check in time, and really were not any help either with any options. That was a great disappointment. And it’s something I’m sure every guest asks for. They suggest to maybeee accept luggage in an office that’s half an hour / 40min away, which is super silly and huge hassle. Moreover, as someone who is 6 months pregnant, the first day we arrived the lift wasn’t working, the second day after many calls and messages they sent someone on a Sunday to fix it. The manager was very apologetic to be honest. I would be careful to look at the room sizes in sq metres before booking. The rooms aren’t cheap so it should at least be a space that a couple can settle two luggage in :)
