This is our second time staying at this property which has an excellent location. There is Frederick park nearby and of course the boardwalk within walking distance.

It was so comfortable and perfect for us!

The apartment was immaculately clean, the kitchen was well appointed for a family of 5 to cook and eat in. The neighborhood is super quiet and close enough to the beach to make “quick trips” easy.

Great place. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, great location. Would absolutely stay again!

Everything was perfect for the stay with our family. We felt right away at home. The place was clean and cozy, the kitchen very good stacked. We loved the location, we walked everywhere from there. My granddaughter loved the boardwalk and the beach. We like to come back one day.

Place was pretty much perfect. Had all the essentials needed including spices, cooking stuff, plenty of towels. Main bed had heating blanket. TV worked with all the channels I needed to watch US Open finals and opening week of NFL! Located in a nice quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants and a market, the cafe was delicious. The pictures are accurate. Had a great time. Joan was very easy to communicate with. Was able to use laundry with nice w/d machines after my 70.3 Ironman race so I didn't have to return home with sweaty smelly clothes. Affordable, without all the fees and tax. Very happy with our stay and would stay there again (if I do the race again). Only complaint, and it's not really a complaint, are walls are a little thin, but with small group not a problem. Stayed for 4 nights and had everything we needed for 6 people. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The place is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Everything went well and have no complaints.

Family of 6 (19-88). We loved being close to the Boardwalk and beaches. Also totally doable to do a day in San Francisco and the 17 mile Drive. Hosts have made the place easy with the well equipped home. Highly recommend!!

Our group had a wonderful stay at the Pelican House. The space is comfortable and offered all of the amenities we needed. The location is perfect for an easy walk to the boardwalk and to the beach. This will be our go-to Santa Cruz rental.

Nice property as described. We had a great week in Santa Cruz. The condo was extremely well-equipped for all cooking, gaming & beach activities. Lots of amenities so did not want for much.

We were looking for a place close to the beach, to rest and relax after doing some serious hiking in Yosemite earlier in the week. Having grown up in Santa Cruz, Seabright is one of our favorite neighborhoods and the beach is so much fun for families. We loved having a bonfire on the beach, being able to walk to the boardwalk and taking our coffee on the porch every morning. The house was perfectly clean and the space was well organized with throughtful touches, like the foot wash basin with old towels to clean up after returning from the beach. This is a perfect spot to spend time with family and loved ones, looking to enjoy some quality time in Santa Cruz. The owners were incredibly easy to communicate with and they were very kind. 5/5

Perfect house for our family vacation.Fully stocked kitchen, Very clean, Fuel in the BBQ, Very comfortable beds and bedding. Provided beach gear was a plus. Easy walk to boardwalk and coffee shop and restaurants. We only needed one but 2 parking spaces is nice to have. Everything worked and we felt very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The house was awesome, the location to the boardwalk, beach, food and stores was GREAT!!! Our family highly enjoyed our stay and we were so comfortable in every room! Having the multiple bathrooms helped us so much! The fans in the rooms kept the house so cool and breezy. The have plenty to help with cooking and having ice trays was easy way to always have something cold to drink. There is only 1 tv but guess what in the three days we stayed it was never on!! Not even the kids thought about it! Neighborhood is very quiet and everyone we encountered was so friendly. The binder they provided helped out with locations for food and shopping. Having the washer and dryer was awesome and helped more than you can imagine. They provided beach towels and everything you could need for the beach so it helped us not having to take anything! The house felt so homey and safe for our family especially the kids! Our hosts were great at communicating every step of the way for our trip and I can’t thank them enough! The keyless entry was so convenient and made things so easy! Check in and check out was the easiest we’ve ever had even comparing to hotels!!

Four ladies stayed at your home and the place accommodated us perfectly. Getting up/down to the loft is a little trickly with the spiral stairs, but we mastered it after a couple of times of going up and down. The house was stocked nicely with all that was needed for our stay. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had, and were so welcoming with any questions we may have about the house or area. It was a very easy walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk if you wish. Very short walk to beautiful sunsets as well. I would most definately stay in this house again.

It was perfect for my freinds and I-Wonderful condo, perfectly located-close to the boardwalk and some good resturants within walking distance. Would absolutely recommend staying there-excellent for larger groups and and a great ammenities !

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The stairs are the only thing that would prevent us from renting it again simply because of the age of some family members.

So happy with the house and location. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to all the things we wanted to do. Beds were comfortable and we really appreciated the wagon, beach chairs, and toys for the child. We loved Pelican House!

The property is as looks, really clean and great communication with the owner. Some of the property could be updated including the lower level bedrooms which felt dark and cold (although good bathrooms). Plus you hear people walking on main level and even from next door.

We rented this place for friends gathering. Everything was flawless. We'd like to thanks Joan and Michael again for accommodating us.

We stayed here for a race that 3 of us were doing in our family. Plenty of room for 5 of us. The kitchen has all the basic stuff needed to cook. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house but the time we were there, felt at home and clean. The person helping rent it was very easy to work with and got back to us quickly on any questions/needs. :)

Easy to access and location near the beach and local dining and drinking spots was awesome. Thoroughly equipped kitchen if you want to eat in ( we didn’t). Comfy beds and lots of linens. Highly recommend!
