We enjoyed a wonderful 5 night stay. The condo was beautifully maintained and the grounds were as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved how close the restaurants and stores were. We would certainly stay there again.

Beautiful property and amazing views! The condo and grounds were immaculate, a separate pool for each tower and a large pool, spa and restaurant on grounds. The beach is just across the crosswalk with beach service available. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time staying in the Portofino tower 3 property. The views were incredible and the proximity to the beach couldn't have been better. The beach was quiet and very walkable. Angela was very gracious and helpful when we needed to make a change. The only wrinkle was some loud spring breakers below us, but security asked them to turn down the music when it became excessive. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay. Having a Christmas tree was a nice touch. Kitchen had everything I needed to do all the cooking I needed to do and the view was spectacular.

We spent Thanksgiving week here. The views from the balcony, the king sized beds, and amenities were outstanding. Thank you again for putting up a Christmas tree! The food @ Grand Marlin and Peg Leg Pete’s was fantastic! Appreciated the welcome book with loads of suggestions.

As soon as you open the door you will be amazed at the wonderful view that you will enjoy! The pictures match everything that was offered. The resort itself was very clean, everyone was friendly and helpful with questions. Zelda a worker at the resort gave us a tour of all things offered. I think we just lucked out with that. We have nothing but positive feedback for this listing.

This condo and resort were awesome! We brought our toddler and in-laws to enjoy Pensacola. We were not disappointed! The condo is beautiful and well-kept. The attention to detail in cleaning and stocking shows how the hosts go above and beyond! The view from the balcony (and bedrooms!) can’t be beat. The resort beaches are soft, white sand and the water is beautiful (and was still warm in October!). The area is really nice with a lot to do both on and off the resort. Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us!!

We loved the Portofino property. The condo itself was even better than in the pictures. The view from Tower 3 Unit 1809 was magnificent. You could see both the bay and the ocean from the balcony. The property itself had everything you need. You really never even had to leave if you didn't want to. We definitely will be back!

Condo was exactly as advertised and everything was wonderful. Having a king bed in both bedrooms was an extra plus. Highly recommend.

The restaurant and pool on property are fantastic! Loved all the extra amenities on property. It’s a perfect family getaway. *peg leg Pete’s is not worth your time or money *water pig is amazing

Easy access to the beach and pools. Well appointed kitchen if you like cooking. Enjoyed the balcony immensely in the morning with my coffee. Absolutely loved this condo and would stay again.

Beautiful place and amenities

We brought our daughter and friend to the beach for her final Senior Spring Break. The condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony was amazing! The resort was clean and the amenities were easy to access. We spent most of our time on the beautiful beach which is a very quick walk from the condo. Our communication with the owner was excellent and easy. Overall, we couldn't have found a better place to spend a few days relaxing at the beach.

The condo was perfect for our family. The view is amazing! We plan on returning when the weather is warmer.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our honeymoon! From the moment you walk through the doors you are greeted with a breathtaking view of the ocean, and each bedroom had massive windows facing the ocean as well. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. There was a binder with things to do and places to eat on the island that we really appreciated. Angela also made sure to check in with us on our arrival and departure, and was willing to answer any questions we had while we were there. The resort is fantastic with different pools and hot tubs to enjoy, great restaurants, and a short walk across the street to the beach. We had an amazing time and hope to return sometime in the future!

Such a beautiful view and the condo was very clean and nice decor. The only downside is your away from restaurants and so we spent a good amount ubering to dinner and shopping. Overall good though! The beach being so close made up for that. PS. The drinks are so expensive like $20 a piece at the pool. So plan on having drinks elsewhere. Great communication with the owner and she checked in to make sure we checked in and out ok, which was very nice!

It has everything you need, super clean, pools everywhere and the food was fantastic!

This unit was very clean And comfortable with king beds in both rooms. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at Portofino's tower III several times before, but a first in this unit (a note on tower three, the pool is outside the gate and especially on weekends has many young adults, park on the road, and act as if they are guests and tailgate real guests into the pool area. We had over 20 such gate hoppers in our stay, just call security to do a quick check of all the people in the pool, no need to call anyone out if you suspect something is amiss and the pool is getting over run). The comfortable two kings beds, gorgeous views with decent balcony furniture, the quality beach set, and convenient parking were worth the extra cost of renting through VRBO vs Premier Vacations, though Premier properties get extra discounts that make it about even. A note: the slip covers for the balcony furniture could stand to be replaced soon). Still worth it to bring additional sunshades/sunNinjas or beach toys if you want more than a basic umbrella and chairs. We love Portofino for the resort feel and family friendly atmosphere. Many of the adventure activities are at your own risk, without age restrictions, which is nice for young families like ours, and the onsite spas and restaurants are all very good even if somewhat expensive. The only drawback for us is the lack of affordable or convenient flight options to get here.

The condo was very clean. Having chairs and an umbrella already there (provided by the host) was amazing. The view from the balcony was to die for!!! Perfect for a family of 4 (we didn’t use the sofa bed but there was room for a couple more to stay). The resort was amazing - everything you need at your fingertips. Definitely want to go back!

This property on is resort that is a hidden gem to Pensacola. I have vacationed here a few times and stayed away from here thinking the location was too far from everything. However, it was just down the road and the trolley picks up right outside your complex. The unit was clean and owner was great with communication. Then view off the balcony was beautiful! One of the best features was main pool. The poolside service was such a nice option and the food was really good! We would definitely return to this unit!
