We loved the house and amenities. It was a little difficult to find because (1) the address was hidden and (2). It was in between 820B and 820C which was confusing. The location was great.

This property lives up to the listing--and more! It's a wonderful location with a fully-stocked kitchen and serene courtyard. And Sophia was a generous and responsive host. Will definitely stay again if we return to Santa Fe.

We spent a lovely long weekend at casa Sophia in Santa Fe celebrating my wife's birthday. The older home is in a nice quite residential neighborhood. The home is in an excellent location. There is a Whole Foods nearby and it is a short walk to one of our favorite restaurants, Vinaigrette. The home has a good-sized living room, bedroom and bathroom. There is a stand-alone tub that my wife loved and a big shower that I used. The large kitchen is well stocked and has everything one would need to prepare meals. We only used it for light breakfast fare. Sophia was great to work with. She met us at the home just minutes after we arrived. She helped us get settled in and was available for help if needed. We had no issues during our stay, so we didn't need to contact her.

Great house, lots of room. The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the fire place. My only complaint was finding kitchen trash bags and there was no dish washer soap. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay for the 2nd time! It was just as special as we remembered. We’ll be back!

Really wonderful property and location. Just what we needed for our short Thanksgiving visit.

This week we had a most delightful stay. The property is well maintained, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful home, great parking and was private and conveniently located. Sophie has a great eye for every detail. The owner is very responsive to our needs, questions and recommendations.

The house is beautiful and Sophie was a very responsive host. A lovely place to stay to explore Santa Fe.

Villa was just as cute as the pictures. The floor plan and layout was very nice. Location was close to everything. Loved the outdoor space. Owner has a great eye for decorating. Will definitely have to stay here again. Anytime, I had a question or wanted suggestions on places to eat at , or sightseeing she was very prompt with response , very courteous and friendly.

The home was very private with a walled courtyard. It was just as beautiful as it appeared in the photos. The area seemed very safe and was a pleasant walk to the rail yard and farmer's market. You are close enough to walk to many restaurants as well as a Whole Foods store. With so many great restaurants, we didn't cook as much as we usually do during vacation, but the kitchen has everything you need.

Great place, perfect for two. Pleasant inside and out with courtyard. Comfortable bed. Great location. Walk to Railyard, Plaza. Right near Whole Foods. We would stay here again.

Amazing property and host. Sophie was responsive and went above and beyond answering my questions about dining and local attractions. The home was clean, well appointed, quiet and thoughtfully curated. Short walk to many great restaurants (and Whole Foods) as well as an easy commute to multiple trailheads. I highly recommend and would book here again. One of the best rental experiences!

First time back in Santa Fe post-Covid, and it was more magical than I remembered. I've never had the experience of wanting to rush home to my quarters as it was such a lush, serene, and beautiful place to tuck away. From the artwork, linens, kitchenware, and hand soap, every aspect of was intentional. I love walking into a space that is curated and loved. We walked everywhere (farmer's market, downtown, galleries, restaurant) from the rental..and hope to make it our home base every time we visit! Thank you, Sophie --

The place is nice, the location is good and the communication with the manager was good as well. However I expected more from the quality of the property. There was dust in several areas - above the fridge, below the TV, etc. Pillows aoutside were not placed on chairs. A broom was left ouside and the area was not swept. The table and chairs outside were dusty and with a watering pot left on top of the table. There was trash in the kitchen trash basket The bed linen had some wholes. The bathroom had a liquid soap that was diluted with water. Overvall, the place missed a touch from someone that takes care of this in contrast to the pictures showed on line.

Stayed 3-nights. The property is adorable and just as it looks in the pictures if not better. It’s super cozy and was ideal for two people. Great indoor/outdoor spaces! Highly recommend!

We would stay here again if we come back. Finding it was a bit of an issue as google maps takes you to the alley of Whole Foods if you type in the address. Also there wasn't clearly listed an "A, B or C" so we were confused at first which property it was. The door was a little hard to open, but fine once you figured it out. Very walkable location to Railyard and Farmers Market.

House was nice and close to everything but you will still need a vehicle to get around. Most points of interest were within a 5 - 15 min drive. Home was comfy and true to the online photos however could use a bit of an update. Also some additional closet space would be nice. It was only 2 of us but we couldn't fully unpack all our clothes for our 5 day stay, Easy (contact-less) check in process which was great as we arrived 11:30 at night

We had a wonderful stay. Santa Fe is beautiful, historic and welcoming. Sophie’s home added to our total experience. It was cozy and we loved all the amenities that were available to us. And, we appreciate her design choices! We found Sophie accessible & friendly - a great host!

Everything was clean, and comfy. It was thoughtfully decorated with all the amenities we could ask for plus a fireplace!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely house over Christmas, and it was just right for the two of us. It had everything we needed, and the bed is very comfortable. The location is central to everything we had planned to do.

Location was great, short drive or Uber to plenty of shops and restaurants. The space was quiet and so comfortable. Would stay here again and recommend to others!

Great property close to many attractions

My best friend and I spent 5 days, 4 nights here and completely loved it. Very comfy bed, tons of hot water, well stocked kitchen and pantry. Tons of adobe charm. We loved sitting outside in the morning dappled sunlight and at night with the string lights on. Had one little fire in the Kiva fireplace too. We would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend this place.
