The family loved this great little find. We especially loved the little stage! The apartment was as advertised and the host was very easy to reach. We love the location as well.

Family of four (2 adult children) 3 night stay. Loved the decor and game/entertainment availability. Kelli very responsive, nice amenities. Rented car and place is very close to attractions, easy to get there and back. Planning to return in the summer to check out downtown more. Highly recommend.

We were absolutely satisfied with our accommodations. This little jewel feels like home! Loves the peacefulness and especially loved the outside covered porch. Everything you needed or could want was supplied by the Hostess. I would highly recommend that if anyone is looking for a homey, comfortable place to stay this would be it!

We had a delightful stay in Lockeland Springs. Our hostess was most welcoming; the house was very clean with many charming details. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by and the neighborhood was safe. The front porch and hilly views were quite lovely. Would most definitely stay here again.

What a great place! Kelly gave us terrific ideas of things to do. House is stocked to the max with everything you need. Beds are comfy. Loved the outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again!

The location of this rental can be described as “ideal” for whatever your interests are while visiting. Kelli’s home overlooks a golf course providing beautiful sunrise/sunsets for your enjoyment from the personal patio but yet close to all the attractions Nashville has to offer. If you are a walker/runner don’t miss the beautiful Shelby Park with its miles & miles of hiking/running trails, less than a mile from the rental. Downtown is a short distance away, about 2.5 miles & Uber is an inexpensive, easy, safe way to get to/from. The apartment itself is stocked with all the extras; shampoo, conditioner, abundance of towels, etc. One of my favorites is the high end washer & dryer provided & it’s all yours!! Along with the cleanliness of the apartment the decorations certainly reflect Nashville history. We would HIGHLY recommend this hidden gem and hopefully can return to Kelli’s little piece of paradise in Nashville soon. Thank you Kelli for helping create beautiful memories!!

Just as described! My family and I had a great stay here. Short ride to downtown Nashville. The beds were comfortable with quality sheets and pillows. This place was a home away from home with everything you need and more. I will Definitely stay here again Nashville. Awesome outside lounge area with a relaxing view.

The property was very clean and well put together in an area very close to Nissan stadium and Broadway.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property is proudly advertised as a slightly off retreat with plenty of qwerks to make it unique and special. The neighborhood is great and the host is fantastic. I highly recommend this property if looking for something off the beaten path.

We loved this rental! The outdoor area is great for relaxing, having a drink or grilling. The kids enjoyed all of the available games, dress up box and movies. Host was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. We are looking forward to visiting again.

My teenage son I came to Nashville for a concert at the Ascend Amphitheater. This home was perfect for us! Kelli was a gracious host and the home was ready upon our arrival. The porch overlooking the golf course was the perfect place for morning coffee. My son bought a guitar during our first afternoon in town and thoroughly enjoyed playing it on the backyard Little Hollywood Bowl stage. The home is close to all things downtown without being in the hustle and bustle of downtown. It is just 30 minutes to Franklin, which has its own walkable downtown area and a nice public golf course. We greatly appreciated the pay-it-forward items in the fridge and snacks on the counter as they allowed us to have a quick bite and cold beverage without needing to rush out to a store or restaurant after a day of travel. The home is exactly as described in the listing. The beds and furniture are comfortable and it is well stocked with linens and other necessities. The kitchen is adequately equipped to prepare home cooked meals and there are plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood without needing to head into downtown. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Inclement weather ruin your plans for the day? No worries, there is a large selection of movies and games for an entertaining day indoors. When I return to Nashville with friends or family Slightly Off Retreat will be my go-to lodging from now on!

This place is perfect if you’d like to explore the city of Nashville but also start your days peacefully with a fantastic view. Ubers were only about $10-15 to Downtown even at the busiest times. Kelli was so friendly and accommodating, and the place itself had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Kelli has thought of everything plus more...We spent our time indoors as well as on the porch. Comfortable in every way. Bonus is that Kelli is a wonderful host. She stayed away until we had questions. She shared some history, turned us on to a private "house party" to listen to live music and made some other great suggestions. This trip was a girls trip (for the Rock n Roll Series Half-Marathon), but all 4 of us were in agreement that we will be returning to Kelli's place with our spouses sometime in the near future!!! Laura Kelli was the perfect host!

We only had a short stay, but our kids had so much fun here. All the special touches…dress up bin, movie selection, stage and disco ball out back. They will remember this part of our trip for a long time because of its unique qualities. The outdoor sitting area with heater was a great place to hang out after kids were asleep. Thanks Kelli!
