We’ve been going to PnP for years and this one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in! Nicely updated, cozy, clean, and comfortable for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

We enjoyed our skiing trip! Easy access to the mountain, we walked 150 yards from the condo and we were right on the lift.

Questions/concerns we had during the stay were quickly addressed by the owner. There was an abundance of kitchen pots, pans utensils for almost anything you needed. Property was clean comfortable and close to the main lodge. Would return to this property in the future.

From check in to departure everything about our stay was full of ease and comfort! The property was very well equipped with everything we needed to have a fabulous weekend. The beds were very comfortable and the showers… amazing! The weather did not cooperate, but that worked out for us to enjoy the condo even more!! We will definitely be repeat renters!

Condo is in a great location. The bathrooms have both been renovated and are really nice. Owner is super responsive and helpful. Cleaning crew could do a better job as there was a lot of crumbs and such on the floor. Sheets/duvet covers/pillow covers could also be a little cleaner. Heat is regulated in each room which take a minute to figure out. We entered at 60 degrees which is pretty hard to get up to 70 if you arrive late so it's a bit of an inconvenience. It's a good value for the price.

The condo is beautiful! We had a wonderful relaxing time for our Girls' weekend! Plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We had dinner at the large table- seats at least 6. The livingroom is very comfortable with a gas fireplace. The beds are very comfortable also! Condo is very convenient to the resort! We will be back!

My golf group really enjoyed our stay here at Camelot!
The unit was clean, nicely furnished, and had a very pleasant decor. Short walk to the Inn & Bistro at Peek n Peak. Short ride to the Upper Course. Not a single issue during the entire rental experience -- beginning and ending with solid communication with the owner (Suzanne). Definitely a five star visit!

Was a nice stay. I know its mainly a ski resort but wish everything was open in the summer. Gas stations and grocery stores were a little far away but that far. Was a good location to go to Erie one day and Niagara the next. Could see ourselves staying again in the future.

Very cute condo and very spacious! Clean and modern but also cozy. Beds very comfortable. My family had a great time. And location is perfect - walking distance to the sugar shack and slopes. Look forward to returning next year.

Do not hesitate to rent this place. Excellent communication, beautiful property, wonderful stay! Pictures do not do it justice, it is super clean and well stocked. The owners are incredibly attentive.

Property was very clean, updated, comfortable and had absolutely EVERYTHING you would need for a short stay away from home. Location of property is right next to ski resort and easy walking distance to Lift #8. Would stay here again without question.

We loved Suzanne’s place! Very cozy and felt right at home. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Just a few minute walk to the slopes. Will be staying again!

Great location at Peak n Peak, located right next to lift eight. The updated bathroom and brand new washer and dryer were the highlights of the place. Super nice to have three bedrooms so the kids didn’t have to share as well as the cute little reading nook they enjoyed! We have already booked for next year and look forward to going back.

My husband and 2 sons (18 & 21) came for 3 night ski trip. The location is incredible. You can walk to ski lift 8, Sugar Shack, Sports Bar, Bistro 210 and the lodge. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we would need. Even a DVD player and coffee!
The only downfall is we brought old home videos to watch and the placement of the tv made it difficult for us to all see the tv. So, we just moved the furniture a bit. And we were all perfect
The fireplace is so cozy and simple to use

Condo is fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen (and more). Clean and well-styled. Suzanne was a good communicator with us and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a quick trip for a wedding. We wanted a place we could all stay together and having a grandchild under 2, a hotel was not the answer. This condo certainly was! We all commented that it was super clean and had everything we needed! We had six adults and a baby, the space fit us perfect! The owner has been very kind and easy to email back and forth. We would certainly rent again! It would be fun to go in the winter! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is very clean and has everything you need. We walked over to the resort for dinners and the ropes and zip-line which is so convenient. We drove to Chautauqua for a day and hiked Panama Rock which we highly recommend. The area is beautiful as was our stay.

We stayed here for a weekend wedding near by . Very comfortable and designed nicer than some of the other condos that I entered nearby that friends had also rented . Overall everything was very clean , newly updated , well stocked kitchen with pots and pans plates coffee and other potentially useful things . There was even cooking oil on hand . Seamless communication with owner . A+ stay overall . Would love to come back for a winter ski weekend

This condo was beautiful, it was in a great location, and had everything we needed. The rooms were a good size and very clean. The spiral staircase looked a little intimidating at first, but was really easy to use. Overall great stay would highly recommend!

Stayed at this cozy VRBO for a girls weekend and it was perfect! The host was kind and responsive. The place was very clean and comfortable. I would book again and recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Great place to stay
Everything about the stay was perfect location was close to the event we were attending ..the place was comfortable ..clean ..we couldn’t be happier….a little disappointing that the gnome had been taken but we found the picture of it and hid it ..we did leave clues in the journal ..thanks for allowing us to use the condo
