We loved our stay. The location was perfect and it was so easy to get everywhere we wanted to.

The overall place was ok but very tired and the tiles in the bathroom that are broken are very dangerous The couch is falling apart and the pullout was so uncomfortable that it was better putting a mattress on the floor But it was a great location close to everything for our short stay in London A place to put your head down to sleep

My partner and I stayed here for about a week before Christmas. The neighborhood was a peaceful little base of operations for all of our London activities. It was an easy walk to lots of great restaurants and pubs, shopping in SoHo, the British Museum, and West End sightseeing. A couple tube stations nearby made it easy to venture farther. Uber rides were readily available within a few minutes of placing a request. The flat itself was very comfortable with plenty of space, which impressed my partner, who had traveled in London previously and had encountered closet-sized rooms and even smaller bathrooms. Our host was very kind, accommodating, and responsive. Excellent stay in Fitzrovia!

Great location. If you do not want to carry luggage up three flights of narrow stairs, this is not for you.

The location of this flat/apartment is PERFECT! We were just a couple of blocks away from the main street. Everything was accessible from our location. This is perfect for 1-2 people. It is small but cozy and had all the necessary kitchen items. It was very clean, and we didn’t find any issues. The first night we were there, there was a problem with a rowdy neighbor. There was altercation with 2 other males. Police arrived immediately. Although this was going on outside, I never felt I was in danger because this complex is safe. If I ever go back to London, this will be my first choice when deciding where to stay! Thank you for renting and trusting your flat to us.

We had planned a four night stay in London to see a show, an exhibition and meet up with family. The location of the property, for us, was perfect and there were shops, restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance. It was a good size, we weren't tripping over one another, and as described. Large comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen and lovely hot shower. We would use it again for a stay in London.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! Apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Check in was easy, apartment was spotlessly clean and the location was superb, would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a few days in London.

We had such a nice stay in this fabulously located flat (close to at least 4 Tube stations). Although there were many terrific restaurants nearby (Hibox has great Lebanese food), we ate most morning and evening meals in, as everything we needed was there in the kitchen. Washer/dryer was handy too. We hope to stay again in future!

We had a wonderful stay, very nice flat in a convenient location to restaurants,shopping and public transportation. It's small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The location of this property is great! We were planning on doing some cooking but the kitchen supplies were lacking. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom which was a turn off. The bed was a good size but only had a comforter on it (no sheet). Overall for the price and location it wasn’t too bad.

This property was in an excellent location to walk London.

I have stayed in this flat several times and enjoy the totally convenient location - close to shopping and theatre and transport options. It is light and bright and comfortable and the appliances all work well. My only caveat is that I find the current policy of the deposit being totally non-refundable rather offputting.

Really enjoyed having a home (rather than a hotel) on our holiday in London. The house was perfect for just two people. Best features: wi-fi, washer and dryer, close to tube station. My only suggestion is to make arrangements to open the building without calling. Our phones did not have international calling and we didn’t know how to call a UK phone number. A local helped me. Once inside though, everything was as described. Highly recommend the flat and the owner.

We stayed as a family of 3 at this lovely property for the London Marathon weekend. The location was ideal for us and is a great neighbourhood, easily walkable to the sights but handy for Goodge Street station. Lots of fantastic restaurants in the locality as well as a Tesco Express just around the corner. Communications with the host were great and the check-in process easy. Access is via stairs (as per the description) but there aren’t many of them! The property itself is superbly equipped. Everything you could want. Very comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, plenty of storage - there was even great little bonuses such as a DAB+ radio, fast wifi, Dyson fan, iron, hairdryer. Even umbrellas and a shopping bag on wheels were there if they were needed! They’d even gone to the trouble of pre-making up the sofa bed for our son which was a lovely touch. Couldn’t recommend this property highly enough. Superb value for money. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and I’ve already recommended to others. Thank you so much Amit for a perfect stay.
