The perfect house for our family's Dillon beach vacation. It has an incredible view from the kitchen, dining and family room with an amazing balcony. Our large family spends most of our time hanging out together on the balcony or around the large dining table playing cards, eating, etc while we take in the views. The house is very clean and well maintained with modern updates and lots of amenities. I highly recommend this house.

This is an incredible house that worked for our extended family. Well stocked, wonderful layout so we could spread out a bit and views that leave you speechless.
Beach access is a fairly difficult climb down the bluff, I would not recommend for small children or anyone with mobility issues.
We hope to book this home again!

Rented two houses for twenty people - three generations from all over gathering to celebrate family patriarch’s 90th birthday.

The refrigerator needs a new water filter. Light by the coffee station doesn't work. One of the propane tanks looks too old to still be in use. Propane tanks do not supply enough energy to the stove. Difficult to boil water. None of the clocks are working. Light in a downstairs bathroom is not working. Bedroom closet door has no bottom runners. (Naming the bedrooms would help ID them). Instructions on how to access the beach would be helpful.

The big common area was fantastic for our annual getaway. We have 9 adults and the house gave us the space we wanted to hang out, play games and cook meals together. The hot tub and game room were fun too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had 13 family members ranging from four to ninety. The house comfortably accommodated us. There are houses on either side of this rental property which was not quite what we expected from the photos, but still a relatively private feel.

Quality of property doesn't quite live up to the pictures, I expect it has been a while since they were taken. Lighting at night was really poor, especially in the kitchen. We were moving lamps around to keep things functional. Private beach is awfully difficult to get to, expect some climbing.

Great trip for our group of ten. The house is beautiful, roomy, clean and just perfect for a large group. We had a small problem getting in the house but that was on VRBO’s end. The property manager quickly resolved the issue. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Had a great time with family in this lovely home. Plenty of room to gather as a group, but with enough personal spaces that we never felt ‘on top’ of one another.
Only downside was the new living room furniture, great for teenage hangout room, but impractical, uncomfortable, and frankly unusable for the older crowd in our group.

This was the perfect family getaway. The house has a stunning ocean view and is well equipped with something for everybody. We utilize the game room, played cards, games and puzzles around the main table, and grilled fresh local oysters on the BBQ. We can’t wait to go back!

We loved our stay in Dillon Beach. The house was perfect for 10 of us with plenty of space. The views are incredible. We all enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. Great location for day trips and excursions. I highly recommend this property for you and your family.

We rented this house for 4 nights four our families which included 8 adults and 4 children (ages 1 to 5). The house had amazing views, was extremely clean, and was very spacious for the 12 of us. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The tide pools at low tide at the private beach below the house were the best tide pools we’ve ever experienced. Dillons beach was easily walkable from the house, although we drove a couple times to being all of our beach supplies. We will definitely be staying here again!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for 3 nights. Accommodations were great as it has a very large and open space on the main floor. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with all the needed cooking tools and cookware. The guys spent 1 day golfing at Bodega Bay and we explored the local beaches and also hiked Pinnacle Gultch trail to a beautiful beach at Bodega Bay. I would rent this house again.

12 teachers enjoyed a well-deserved weekend. The views were amazing, and there was plenty of cookware, dishes, and coffee makers. We couldn't find a stash of bath towels, so some resorted to a beach towel for a shower. For future visitors - i suggest you bring napkins and kleenex, as we couldn't find any. We used paper towels as napkins and when the roll ran out, we went without. Overall we all loved it and plan to return next year.

The house served us well. We all had plenty of room. The view is spectacular. The living room, kitchen and dining areas are gorgeous. We had some trouble at check-in as staff were still cleaning hot tub and doing maintenance on windows. We had some flooded carpets in downstairs bedroom from recent rains. I would like to speak to owner about some other maintenance issues.

We had the best time in this gorgeous house. Lots of space for 11 of us, who traveled from far and wide. The dining room table was big enough to seat all of us for meals. With views of the ocean from nearly every room in the house, you can’t go wrong. Loved listening to the waves crash while falling asleep. The only suggestion I would make is updating the kitchen a bit. Everything else exceeded our expectations.

This property has a cozy vibe. A lot of wood and a real fireplace. Huge great room where the group spent most of our time. 1 bedroom upstairs and 6 bedrooms downstairs. The walls and floors are very thin so you will hear everyone walking me talking. The sunset views are fantastic and it’s an easy location. The property manager was incredibly attentive.

We look forward to our annual family Dillon Beach trip every year and this house is the perfect setting. The great room/kitchen is an open space where our large family can convene and cook, watch TV and chat around the table all while surrounded by the breathtaking ocean view. What's more, the rooms are comfortable and the house is well maintained. Love this house!
