We loved the house it was in a quiet are backing on to a trail. A quick Uber ride to both the Opry end and downtown took only about 14 minutes.
We had one small glitch regarding the BBQ running out of propane and Adam brought a new tank the next day (my only suggestion would be have a back up tank) they do have charcoal back up though! The house is very well equipped in the kitchen and comfy beds too! We would definitely rent again!

Good location to downtown Nashville and local grocery stores. Uber rides to downtown were very reasonable. Nice municipal golf courses nearby as well.
Adam was super, key code was given with ample time prior. Very quick with responses to any question I had.

Beautiful home just a short drive to the downtown. Very well stocked kitchen for preparing meals. Even had a high chair and pack and play available… very kid friendly. Beds were very comfortable. We loved being able to wake up each morning to deer and bunnies on the back lawn. :) easy check in and out process and when we asked for a late check out Adam and Megan were very accommodating!

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. It was exactly as pictured. We were so close to everything. We loved seeing the wildlife in the front yard! If we ever come back to Nashville we’d stay here again.

My group stayed for my bachelorette party in this spacious and fully stocked home. We loved having coffee every morning outside on the patio - watching the deer, cardinals and squirrels roaming around. We were just 15 minutes away from Broadway making it the perfect escape but not too far from all the action.

A fabulous week in a superb ‘home from home’. The comfortable and well-equipped house was situated in the most magical location offering direct access to the wooded paths of Shelby Bottom with downtown Nashville only a short car ride away.

Pros-great space to spread out for a group. Cons-needs a deep clean, some TLC, and attention to the details. Beds are old, and the home needs a serious cleaning.

It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. Clean and comfortable and close to major attractions but in a nice quiet neighborhood.

The hosts were both responsive and helpful the entire time. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with a gorgeous walking trail right off of it. The house itself is large and very clean with everything you need including a binder of local recommendations. It was perfect for my work group, and we definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Nashville. Thank you so much!

Early morning or afternoon strolls along the Greenway, easy access to the Opry and downtown for music, along with many eclectic nearby food options made this an ideal combination for a family vacation.

What a beautiful home! We were visiting Nashville for the NWTF Convention and to get in some sightseeing. It was the perfect location to everything. Even better it was so quiet at night you didn't know you were in the city. Also, we got to see deer walking through the yard in the mornings.

Birthday week could be rated as a 5 the highest. The place was amazing the suggestion on where to eat and go was furnished were excellent.The weather was great our host answered all questions. The rooms and locations were amazing. We will be going back with other people

We spent a long family weekend at this property. The house was as advertised. Very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The nearby greenway was a great place to hike and provided my 6 year old vacation and all of us a place to walk, burn energy, see many deer and birds. I have stayed in many VRBO’s and this was one of the most livable places we have stayed. I would highly recommend this property.

The house was truly amazing- incredibly clean, spacious, and had everything included that you could need. The owners were so kind and responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and the trails behind the house were fantastic. An absolutely fantastic stay!

We came into town for a wedding, and found this a lovely place to stay. Getting up in the morning to watch deer grazing in the back yard was a treat and the birds greeted us as well. The paved path behind the property provided much needed relaxation from the activities. We could smell how clean things were when we walked in. Would recommend this place without hesitation.

Went for a 5 day stay to explore Nashville with my sister and our husbands. Location was good if you like to be off the beaten path and quiet, which we did. Being next to the greenway was awesome for taking walks! Distance to downtown wasn’t bad. The house is a bit run down but ok. The hosts were very responsive.

Where Music City Meets Nature was perfect for our Nashville trip! The property was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed the trail behind it and the deer sightings that came with it. The drive into downtown Nashville was very easy and quicker than we expected. We will definitely stay here again during our next visit!

This home was the perfect place for 8 old "baby boomers" to relax and rest our bodies while taking in the sites and sounds of Nashville! A quick drive to Opryland across the river or a short trip on Uber to Broadway, the Ryman, and music row, this home is in a residential setting and helped make our Nashville trip a stunning success at an affordable price. A big thank you to our hosts!
