Had a wonderful time at this home in Shell Beach. The house was very clean, cozy and comfortable and Robbin was very responsive with any questions. The kitchen was well stocked and beautifully updated. The location is great - walkable to some great restaurants and a delicious coffee shop. Would love to stay again in the future!!

From the beautifully remodeled kitchen, with everything you could possibly need, to the soaking jetted tub and hardwood floors, this house lives up to its description. It was a short walk to the scenic bluffs and Shell Beach. Try Zorro’s on the corner. They have a doggie menu! I stumbled upon The Lido Restaurant at Dolphin Cove Resort for an amazing dinner by the sea. Robbin was always reachable and incredibly nice. I felt extremely comfortable in this home. My dog loved it as well. Thank you!

My stay here was absolutely wonderful. The house was larger than I expected and had great outdoor space in the front and back yards for outdoor yoga or soaking up the sun. It’s a quick walk to Steaming Bean for a cup of coffee in the morning or to one of the parks to watch the sunset over the ocean. Robbin is a great host and is very responsive to any questions or concerns. My only regret was not booking this place for longer!

We absolutely loved the area. Great walks at shell beach, just down the road. Dogs loved it as well . Nice area for the dogs in front and back. Neighborhood is super friendly. We just moved to the area and rented for 3 months while our house was being finished— wish I would have looked to buy in shell beach.

We have stayed at this wonderful home previously and totally enjoyed our stay. Our dogs, Tater and Tot, enjoyed both the front and back fenced yards.

It’s very obvious that the owner takes pride in taking care of this house and it’s guests. The house has just about everything for the guests to have a great stay. Robbin, the owner, very quickly responds to any questions or concerns we had. Thanks Robbin! Safe secure backyard if you have a dog. The location of the house is just great. We explored beaches, trails, wineries, and breweries. Hearst Castle was about an hour drive. At low tide you can access the beach right at the end of the street, a very short walk. The area is very dog friendly. The are also some really nice casual restaurants within a short walk. Just a great stay!

As Goldilocks would say this place is “ just right”! We were very pleased with this wonderful home and location, kind of like a fairytale. Grateful to have opportunity to rent it for sure.

My husband and I recently spent a month here, this past Fall. The house is clean, comfortable, well equipped, in a safe neighborhood, just a few blocks to spectacular Shell Beach. Our dog was also comfortable, has fenced yard in the front and back. Great location to explore and enjoy the Central Coast!

Let me start by saying the owners are great to work with. My compliments to Robbin. My wife and I found this property to be very clean upon our arrival. It was quite apparent this small two bedroom home has been well taken care of. It is located in a nice neighborhood close to everything. I enjoyed sitting on the deck in the backyard reading . Such a peaceful place. We often walked to the beach which was located at the end of our street. Several restaurants are all within walking distance as well. We were out almost everyday sightseeing and finding new places to go. What a great area. I would recommend (and have done so ) to friends, family, or anyone reading this. We are looking forward to going back. Tom Ullery

The house was comfortable and the basic supplies were provided so I could use time to enjoy area. Walked every day on beach front just a short block away . Owner was very receptive to quickly fix things that had occurred.

Worked perfect for us. Close to great hiking, close to the beach and close tp great food and drink. The home is very clean and comfortable and has all the amenities you might need!

We saw whales spouting, seals, dolphin and otters. Shell beach is a special place. Will stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at shell beach. The house was equipped with everything we needed and matched the discription. The area is very safe and beautiful with plenty to do within walking distance, and the house itself has a great fenced in back yard area and a small fenced in front yard area which was great for sitting out later in the afternoon when the sun started to go down. Robbin was also very responsive if we had a question and let us know of anything we needed to be informed about ahead of time. I definitly recommend this propert for a relaxing stay at beautiful shell beach!

Such a beautiful spot. We had a fabulous stay.

I have rented places in Shell Beach many times over the last 12 years and this place is overpriced for what you get. Everything in this house is the cheap. There is no BBQ and all the deck furniture is broken. There is a pull out bed that you'd be embarrassed to have anyone sleep on. Also, the wireless is sub-par. Not even fast enough to stream Netflix without constant re-booting. Great location but there's not much else going for it.

My husband and I, with our small terrier, had the opportunity to spend a month at this home the summer of 2014. This is our second month long stay at this house in the last two years. Originally when we investigated renting in Shell Beach, our criteria were fenced in front and back yards, hardwood floors and close to the ocean. This house met everything we were looking for in a rental. What we didn’t expect was a marvelous owner, Robbin, and a fabulous location close to nearby sights and activities. In the past two years, Robbin installed all new windows and a new roof. She really is a hands-on and involved owner, which is sometimes rare for rentals. We plan to return to this home every summer.

Your home was so comfortable. There wasn't anything we needed, it was all there. Your place was fully furnished and stocked with every kitchen utensil. The view from the cliffs was breathtaking. We love that we could walk to the nearby restaurants and to the ocean. Your neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Each room had a ceiling fan which was a real plus on the warm sunny days. The floor plan of the house made it very comfortable. My two grandsons played video games on the TV in the den while we watched the TV in the living room. The house easily accommodated 4 adults and 2 children. We all had enough space to relax. The backyard deck was a great gathering place. Again, we thank you. We will always recommend your beach house. Thank you so much for your vacation rental. We had an amazing time and the house was perfect.

Our visit in Shell Beach was wonderful! Awesome weather, house worked very well. We slept well, ate well, visited and walked around the charming neighborhood. Enjoyed the coffee roasting place up the way but ate all our meals at the house. A nicely equipped kitchen worked very well. I even roasted a locally grown pumpkin from Oregon and made a pie. Friends of ours driving up from Sherman Oaks to San Francisco stopped by and loved the place for their family. We have rented other places and always been pretty happy, but this worked for our crowd very well. Thanks again for sharing your place!
