The view is amazing from the dining area and balcony. The kitchen had all that you would need, but I’d recommend actually decluttering and organizing the kitchen a bit more. This is also a great space for a couple of families with young children. I would suggest, as others have, that the property owners do something with the backyard besides overgrown weeds. A simple concrete patio with a table and chairs would be nice. Also, please include on the hot tub guidance sheet that the chemicals will make the water green. We didn’t go in because of that at first and missed out on a couple of hours before someone’s called to tell us. This is a fantastic property, and I hope that the quality of the property doesn’t diminish over time.

It definitely needed a shock treatment and a thorough cleaning. I suggest if they are going to advertise it they should pay someone to keep it maintained and up to par or take it out of there because it’s kind of a tease to see it there and not be able to use it.

This property was located in the perfect neighborhood with the most breathtaking views. The home was spotless and just the right amount of space for a large group. Perfect way to start an elopement celebration. There was just enough space to allow the bride to get her hair and makeup done before heading to the venue.

We loved this property, the pics of the view didn’t do it justice. What an amazing location and just a short walk to the beach! The house was cozy and comfortable! The kitchen was the best I’ve seen of any rental with any kitchen item available for cooking large meals! Endless supply of towels, linens, paper towels and toilet paper. Very well stocked and set up! I’d definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely home with lots of great space. It is definitely one of the best outfitted kitchens I've stayed in for a rental property and had all the cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. that we needed. The propane tank on the grill was not hooked up properly so we needed to fix that before we could use it, but other than that everything worked well. We enjoyed walking down to the tidepools and spending time at Moonstone beach, in Cambria, and along the coast. We were a little thrown off by the green color of the hot tub water; the management company assured us that was just because of the chemicals used to treat the water, but that didn't sound reassuring to us (especially given we have young kids) so we only used it briefly one night. But since the weather was warm and we were outside at the beach most of the day it was a minor disappointment. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend to others.

The house was perfect for 2 small families. The walk to the ocean was easy with toddlers and the house was well stocked to help entertain them. The older kids had plenty to do as well with the TVs & hot tub

The kitchen is filled with every essential & gadget imaginable; the the 3 1/2 bathrooms accommodate an extended family of 7; the bedrooms are configured for kids & adults; the washer, dryer, iron & board are handy....well, I could go on & on. The view from the deck is everyone's favorite, though, followed by the whales we saw from the deck this time & the deer poaching snacks in the neighbors' gardens. The grandchildren really like the bb hoops downstairs and have outgrown the little tyke stuff. We miss the tree in the front yard! This July was uncomfortably crowed in Cambria proper; we tended to stay on the walking trails & sorting through tides pools & various beach flotsam such as sticks, shells, pretty pebbles & anything shiny or interesting. There is a nice hose to wash off the sand near the front door....great idea! We also just hung out at the house itself a lot BECAUSE it is such a comfortable house & is filled with light from the front windows. Open those doors leading out to the need to go far. Just stay in & rest, read, visit or watch that ginormous TV.

The check-in was simple! Arrived to the house and thought it was going to smaller than stated on website. Then, wow! Beautiful interior and spacious! This was exactly what we were looking for. Very nice neighborhood! Everything was so clean and well taken care of. This property was immaculate. Will be looking at renting again!

Have stayed several times at this property and can’t wait to come back. Son, Daughter in law and grandkids get invited next time. Wonderful property.
