Awesome location. Unit is exactly as listed. Host was great to work with and responded extremely timely. Check in and check out process was great.

This is a great location for a large group to stay and have fun in downtown Nashville. Plenty of bedrooms. Not many windows and a small kitchen. It was fine for us as we mostly ate out. We would stay again.

Convenience and grocery store right out the back door! Great location!

The communication was superb and the location is bar none. Close to everything.

Enough beds for our 12 person bachelor party. Perfect location. Pricey but worth it.

Stay was great only downside is the noise travels in the apartment, people above and below.

The location of the property to all the fun on Broadway is perfect, only a couple blocks of easy walking. Michael was fantastic and was able to answer all our questions and get us checked in quickly. Please be aware that the person making the reservation is the person that must check in, our group arrived at different times and they were not allowed to check in until I got there even though I gave permission and it was past the check in time. Overall great spot and property.

We had a great time in Nashville! This place is walking distance to all things downtown. There is plenty of space for larger groups, we had everything we needed and Michael was very kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to returning!

Great location in downtown Nashville only 2 blocks from all the action on Broadway. A clean unit and helpful property manager made for a great stay.

Not luxurious, but clean, and covered all the basics. EXCELLENT LOCATION and responsive property manager.

Great house in an amazing location. Easy walk to Broadway and Printers Alley. Easy check in process. Plenty of room for our 12 adults. Would highly recommend.

Our group of 5 couples had an amazing stay!! Close to everything and really roomy place. The only thing I would suggest is to update mattresses in some of the rooms.

Best feature is how close it is to Broadway. Overall the property fit all our needs. A suggestion would be to add towel racks in the 2 bathrooms. We had 12 people in the space and only 1 of the 3 bathrooms have hooks to hang a towel. Maybe add hooks to the bedrooms if you can't add it to the bathrooms? Sitting chairs (not stools) to fit the table height would have been nice but not a big deal since we were not in the space for many meals.

Great place, more room than needed. Clean and well appointed for our short weekend. Check in a little hectic but got it figured out. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to broadway and walking distance to everything. We had 6 couples and enough room for all of us and 6 separate bedrooms with doors. We would recommend to all.

Everything about this property was awesome! It was very hot in the bedroom though!

The property itself was great for a large group and we walked everywhere. Downside is if someone is staying above you; you hear every move they make. There is little to no insulation and this can be all hours of the day and night. If we come back we’d look at renting the flat above to avoid this. Michael the property manager was amazing and handled an issue we had the second night immediately.

Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, air conditioning is cold. It’s within walking distance of Broadway and Germantown. Check in was easy and host communication was great!

Dealing with the property manager was extremely easy. He was really helpful and helped us with early check in and late check out due to flights which was amazing. House was great and in a phenomenal location. I’d recommend it

We stayed here for our weekend in Nashville. It was perfect! Perfect amount of space for 12 people. Great location to everything! Would recommend and stay at this property again!

Fun and exactly what we needed

Very clean place very near the heart of all the action in Nashville. Good space, nice kitchen, great rooms - again, very clean. Slightly low ceiling if you have tall people (we had 6'5" and 6'3") but that's the only thing of note.

The property was exactly as described. The on-site manager, Michael was so helpful and responsive. Leading up to our stay all questions were answered timely as well. The place was clean and perfect for our group of 12 mothers and daughters. The location is perfect. Close to the action but quiet for sleeping. We all felt safe and walked everywhere.

Perfect location for our visit. Comfortable and plenty of room for the group. A/C control was marginal with so many rooms.

The apartment was very clean and the check in process was very easy. We were very close to Broadway. And just around the corner from Printers Alley which we found to be a great time. The parking garage is right next to the apartment so we didn’t have to carry our bags too far. We had a great time and would book again.

Also about 1 1/2 blocks from a nice liquor store if you want to buy your own. We used Kroger/Instacart for groceries We had 6 couples and it worked well. Main communal area of the apartment was on the end, so noise wasn’t an issue. 6 true separate bedrooms. Smaller bedrooms without closets, but all had full dressers with mirrors so were nice for the ladies to get ready. Apartment and building were coded entry, so secure. Towels were provided (no washcloths though, just FYI) and there were box fans if needed. Showers were very nice. AC/heat worked well. Michael was easy to work with.

A group of six couples stayed at this property in March 2022. The location is perfect. Just two blocks from Broadway and a 15 minute Uber ride from the airport. Having the gathering space for hanging out is so nice. May want to pack ear plugs or noise machine as you can hear the other guests in neighboring units. But then most people aren't heading to Nashville to sleep so wasn't a huge issue for us. Fans were provided which also helps with noise. We'd definitely stay here again as the location can't be beat!
