This property is wonderful. This is the second time we have stayed here. It is exactly how it is listed. Beautiful view. Deer & turkeys everywhere. Great location. Very clean and comfortable beds. Thank you Ryan for another lovely trip with great memories.

Stayed a week during a cross country trek and couldn't be happier with the accomodations. Plenty of room and a gorgeous view. Plus we had nightly visitors ie: deer and turkeys strolling through the yard. Perfect location sightseeing locations. Hosts w

Second day of our trip out west. Was such a good stop. Park available down the street for my 3 year old. We had a family of deer that greeted us upon arrival. Views were great.
Would definitely stay again. So much to explore in the area we didn’t get to.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool table was a hit with my 18 and 11 year old sons. We liked seeing the deer outside the door and all over the neighborhood. We took advantage of the community pool and basketball. The property provided everthing we needed and was very quiet and clean.

This was a great place to stay with my boys. It is away from Keystone and all the people, but close enough for you to visit everything near Mt. Rushmore.

Spacious and roomy, great place, would stay again…might be a little hard to cook all of your meals there because the cooktop/oven are countertop units but would be doable.
Great communication, comfy beds, nice shower…would definitely stay again.
We saw 9 deer when we entered the subdivision and those same deer walked right by our patio door the next morning.

My husband, our 2 pups, & I stayed one night on our way home to Michigan from our honeymoon in Montana. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see the view because we got in after dark & left early to catch the sunrise over the bad lands, but we had a great time playing pool! We didn't realize the unit is connected to the owner's house when we booked, but we had a separate entrance, it's completely private & we didn't the hear any noise from upstairs.

This was a peaceful respite from a travel trip. It was an enjoyable break in a lovely home. Very clean. Would highly recommend.

It was just as advertised, accommodating kitchen / bathroom / entertainment. We loved the pool table and the electronic darts board that had a 'heckler' button. The couches were incredibly comfortable, and the view was fantastic. We watched deer come within 15 feet of the house, wild turkeys came through the yard, and the blackhills view did not disappoint. The air smells sweeter with those pine trees all around. We will gladly use this again. Fantastic experience.

My husband, daughter, dog and I loved it here! Beautiful back drop of the Black Hills. Convenient location for the tourists attractions, MT Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Deadwood, Custer State Park. Ryan was so friendly and communicated quickly if we needed anything. The neighborhood pool was perfect to cool off in when we got back. We would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for one night on a long family road trip. ( 2 adults, 2 children ages 6). It was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the opportunity to do our laundry. The view out the living room window was great! We would definitely stay again.

The place is clean with a fabulous view. The host left us with coffee bar and breakfast muffins and danish. That was a nice touch. We were under the impression we were staying in a guest house, but it was more like a downstairs apartment. But none the less, it was clean, had all the ammenities we needed. And the view was a bonus!

This property was perfect for our family. My husband and I took our two young grandsons. It was extremely clean and comfy. We enjoyed the pool table, and dart board. The location is great to see all the attractions. Ryan also was great! Responded immediately to any of our questions or requests . The property is truly lovely. Beautiful view with a lot of wildlife. We would stay here again.

It’s a gorgeous property with beautiful nature. You can see different wildlife. Friendly place for small kids. Only negative is you can’t control ac and heat. It was freezing at night. Overall i will come back at hot summer.

Very clean and very comfy beds! Great view of the black hills, we were also visited by a family of deer that came right up to the door.

The rental was clean, well organized, and stocked well with all the essentials needed, which was really appreciated for a 3 week stay. Ryan was quick in responding to any questions we had....such as streaming and needing propane for the grill. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy drive into Rapid. We highly recommend this property!

The place was super clean, the kitchen was well stocked, shower fabulous, beds super comfy!
It was a beautiful neighborhood; quiet, and we were rewarded w/a wonderful view when we woke up (as we had arrived in the dark).
There was even a decorated Xmas tree which added to the homeyness of the place! Unfortunately, we were too tired to use the pool table!

Perfect Spot
We loved staying! The location was great, the house was beautiful. It was the perfect spot for visiting nearby attractions, but also relaxing and playing games.

Awesome Accommodation
This split level duplex was large in size for my family of five and two pups. Loved the grill, outdoor view, pool, basketball court, tennis court and all the small touches that the owner included. Everything was clean, had a coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, fan, games for the kids and even treats on the counter. Easily accessible and about 60 minutes from Mt. Rushmore, but closer to Lake Sheridan where we rented a boat. Spent four days here and we loved it!

Great value
We had a wonderful time. Location was not to far from many things to do. We had deer in the yard each morning. My grandson loved the pool table. Beautiful place, beautiful setting. We all had a great vacation.

Family trip
The house was perfect and the owner was great. It snowed the day we checked in so he sent us a map of the area and the roads that were safe to travel on and checked in on us a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed.
The view was great and deer came right up to the patio.

Wonderful stay!
Just as advertised! Very close to everything. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Views were spectacular. We arrived after dusk and there were deer everywhere which to some it might not be cool but we thought it was amazing (our dogs enjoyed the extra sniffs). Very much enjoyed the complementary keuirg coffee. The beds were the best beds we have EVER slept in. All in all this place is a gem :)

We checked in late. Everything was in order. Kitchen is not suitable for preparing meals but if you are getting food to bring back it works perfectly.
