Nice Location in Dillon Beach. Two bedrooms and 1 bath small but fine. TV didn’t work well. Some pots didn’t work on the induction stove. Black mold on kitchen window sill. Baseboards need cleaning. Handrail sticky. We managed just fine

We made this reservation 6 months in advance for a 2 night stay. We drove 3 hours to stay at Dillon beach. Check-in is at 4pm. We arrived at 1pm to camp there and had this vrbo for our parents who cannot camp. We also had it as a backup for our baby in case he couldn’t handle camping. 30 minutes before check-in they canceled on us saying there was a power outage. No compensation for the 30 min before check in late notice. We asked around the area and there was no power outage. Ridiculous!! We love Dillion beach and visit often. We will never vrbo with this company to safe us the headache of last minute cancellation. Get one of the cottages instead!!

The location was perfect! We didnt have to drive to the beach or store. The only that didn't work out on this trip was The Dillon Beach Cafe closed at 5pm when the told us 6pm the night before. Obviously not a problem caused by the vacation rental, but don't count on the cafe for dinner.

Our overall experience was very good. The property was clean and comfortable. However, the on line photos don't show the wear on the property and furniture. The view of the ocean and beach was limited but we enjoyed it. Being able to walk to the beach was wonderful. The cottage was right on Dillon Beach Road which made traffic noise an issue at times.

Excellent location, easy walk to the beach

This house is close to the general store, which has amazing ice cream cones, and has an easy path to the beach. We stayed at the beach until the sunset and was able to watch the fog roll in before walking back to the house. We spent most of our time playing games at the kitchen table. It can get a little stuffy upstairs but as soon as you open the slider, the fresh air fills the room. We love this house and will keep staying here!

Enjoyed the view from both decks n inside home. Cute n cozy. We cooked each night had oven issue, door wouldn't stay closed but we managed n had an awesome weekend. Great location beach was 10 min walk away.

Buyer Beware
We were so excited to spend a couple of days at Dylan beach but we were very disappointed when we arrived to our home away from home. This place was pretty dumpy! Very dirty, terrible smell of mildew upon entry that stayed with us for the entire trip. Broken windows

Nice, simple, good value beach house. Short walk from the beach was really great. And being so close to the market/cafe was a plus. The downstairs was a bit chilly in January, but not too bad. The living room and kitchen are set up nice for cooking and enjoying the view.

This was was a nice last minute holiday for 2 nights. The location close to the market was very convenient.
The rental was as expected. No real complaints. It for a little cold in the evening but space heaters were available and very helpful. this would not be an issue during summer months.

Nice/Basic Beach House
Nice, simple, good value beach house. Short walk from the beach was really great. And being so close to the market/cafe was a plus. The downstairs was a bit chilly in January, but not too bad. The living room and kitchen are set up nice for cooking and enjoying the view.

This was was a nice last minute holiday for 2 nights. The location close to the market was very convenient.
The rental was as expected. No real complaints. It for a little cold in the evening but space heaters were available and very helpful. this would not be an issue during summer months.

My husband and I rented this house for our 5 year anniversary. It was everything we hoped fore and more! Beautiful, clean, quiet. The view of the ocean from the balcony and windows was gorgeous! The house even came with movies and board games. And it was so close to the day use area you could walk. Fantastic stay,I HIGHLY recommend it.

No cell service at least with ATT. The WIFI worked fine. The kitchen was pretty well equipped for a rental unit and all the appliances functioned very well.. John, the property manager was a Godsend. The VRBO hostess had sent us the wrong code to the key lock box. As I mentioned earlier no cell service. We had to find a high spot with cell and fortunately John responded within a couple of minutes. The hostess didn't even call back. She sent us an email some time later.
Should we decide to visit beautiful Dillon Beach again we would certainly consider staying here again.

My husband and I rented this house for our 5 year anniversary. It was everything we hoped fore and more! Beautiful, clean, quiet. The view of the ocean from the balcony and windows was gorgeous!
