We had the best time. The condo was clean and was exactly like it was listed. The owner and property management group were all so nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful! Very nice, we always stay at Summerwind and this condo did not disappoint! Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. TV’s wouldn’t pick up WiFi, but Navarre properties was prompt to fix them… even at 4:50 PM! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Condo! We loved how close to the pier it is located. The owner was great and texted and emailed throughout. The property management was great and checked with us to make sure everything was going well. The view was spectacular. We will book again.

Navarre beach never disappoints. The condo was perfect for our group ages 1-60. Condo owner Lynn was very informative about Navarre area restaurants and activities. She made sure our stay was everything we hoped for. We had some family that had never been to Navarre beach but lots of areas of Florida. They now agree with us that Navarre the most beautiful beach. Hoping to make the trip again next year.

This condo had everything we needed and more! There was more than enough space, the furniture is brand new and it was well stocked with kitchen supplies. The condo owner was the best to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay and loved being right next to the beach and the fishing pier!

We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to come again. It was one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever experienced. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to cook and stay in on the days that the weather wasn't very good. The property owner was the best I have ever dealt with and very responsive to any questions I had. She also provided a lot of extra info about the surrounding area and a large list of restaurants to choose from on those evenings we chose to go out. I would highly recommend this unit and property if you get an opportunity to visit!

The condo was beautiful, and had plenty of amenities. We loved everything about it, and would go back as soon as we could.

Obviously a well maintained unit stocked with more household stuff than I expected to find. In the event we have another whole family beach vacation I check availability of 505E first. Nirvana @ Navarre

Let me begin by saying the location and resort were great. The condo was perfect for our needs. We loved that each family had their own bathroom. The condo was clean and had everything you could possibly want and more. Check in/out was effortless! Lynn was the perfect host - even checked in on us during visit. Communication with host was exceptional.

We had an amazing time! Condo was wonderful! Very clean, spacious, comfortable and had an amazing view! We will book here again!

This unit was very well maintained and provisioned. Owner was extremely helpful and proactive about making sure everything was ready for check-in. The property is well located on the beach next to the pier and within close walking distance to several of the restaurants on the island. Would definitely recommend!

This beach is the prettiest we have been to in Florida. It is amazing how different the water is in Navarre compared to even nearby Pensacola. We were a little concerned about staying in a 15 floor condo (with two more buildings the same size in the complex). But we always had access to the elevators and with there being 3 pools and hot tubs, our family never felt crowded. The balcony furniture was great and we spent hours on the balcony watching the waves and dolphins. I wish we would have gone out on the fishing pier earlier in our weeklong stay. We did not go on the pier until our last night. We would have gone everyday if we had realized how awesome it is! Our kids loved watching everyone bring in their catch and we all enjoyed watching the surfers from the vantage point of the pier. We watched a fisherman work over an hour to reel in a large (at least 12 foot long) hammerhead shark that he hooked in the shallow area of the pier. That was the highlight of our kids' trip! We loved and utilized the Beach Service. We tipped the attendants well (they made sure we had front row each day)and added on an additional umbrella and two chairs to what was already provided by the owners. There were red flags all week while we were there and double reds some days, so we were not able to go into the water for much of our week but having the beach service allowed us to still spend hours each day on the sand watching the waves come in. Communication with the owners was great and we loved our stay in Navarre!

We will definitely be back for future family get togethers! Great stay and clean property!

The condo was perfect with 3 bedrooms and each having their own bathrooms. The views from the kitchen and living room were spectacular and the balcony was great overlooking the pool and beach. Easy access steps away from pristine white sand beaches and the ocean made it so easy. The included chairs, umbrella, table service and hour a day stand up paddle board or sea kayak were wonderful. I highly recommend this property for a great vacation.

Overall this was a great condo for my family and I. It’s located on the 5th floor so if we got tired of waiting on the elevator, we just took the stairs. It is also walking distance to beach, pier, and great restaurants. Only thing we would have appreciated is having some basics like salt and pepper. It was listed as things to bring, but at all other rentals we’ve ever done had some basics, plus things others left behind. It may be a Covid thing, but we could have used it a few times! 😁 We did appreciate the sand toys, cooler (though we didn’t end up using it), daily use of chairs and other things we didn’t get to take advantage of bc the weather was too cold or windy. If we make it back to Navarre, we will definitely be back to stay at this beautiful condo! Thank you for checking in before and during our stay as well!

I was/am very impressed with our stay. And so was everyone else! The detailed communication before, during, and after the stay was so comforting. And we loved each and every day we were there!

Absolutely best condo unit by far!! This was our second girls trip to Navarre Beach we lucked out and got this unit and could not be more happy. Location was perfect the view was amazing! Super clean and spacious . Host (Lynn) was great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed! Okay maybe need better wine opener lol we will definitely stay here again. So many good memories! Thank you Lynn.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this clean, spacious and well appointed condo. Centrally located with easy access to the shore, pools and local eateries. We look forward to another visit!

Condo is spacious, decorated nicely, well euipped with ALL amenities, with an large rap-around balcony with views of both the Gulf and Bay (corner unit). Lynn (owner) is fantastic. She periodically reached out to us with information about the condo, things to do in the beach area and recommended places to eat, drink or just have fun. Well euipped kitched. Ample supply of linens. The management company (leasing office) is friendly and focused on the customer--check-in and check-out process was a breeze.
