The home was very clean and very well appointed. I was very happy with all the amenities, although I didn't get use many of them, the hot tub, fire pit and pool, they all appeared to be very clean and well maintained. This would be a great place for a large group or family. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was convenient to downtown. I want to thank the owner for their communication and her patience in answering the concerns of a single senior traveling alone. Highly recommend this home!

This house was large enough to accommodate 7 of us visiting Palm Springs for my birthday and the Tour de Palm Springs bike event. Very quiet neighborhood but still a short drive (or bike ride) to everything. I went in the pool everyday, the dining table was large enough for dinners and board games, and the guys played basketball. We will definitely come back.

This home was super spacious and beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice! My family, partner, and I stayed here for a little get away trip and it was perfect. The kitchen/living area is really big which helped while cooking and entertaining. They had plenty of cookware to use and it was easy to find everything. Bedrooms were a good size and the bathrooms are nice as well. The outdoor area is quite large and we loved sitting around the fire pit at night. Hot tub and pool were a huge plus as well, both were clean. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Such a wonderful experience and stay for our family holidays. The layout is fantastic and worked especially well for the kids - who loved the pool and basketball. We’ll be back!

Not terribly much to say other than had a really nice experience for our stay. Didn't need to reach out to the owner for anything. House was clean and spacious. Hot tub was nice. Bed was comfy. The masterbath shower was WONDERFUL. It was a tad cold inside the house but it was NYE afterall so to be expected. Already booked the house again with another set of friends this upcoming April.

Overall the house was fine, the location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. The house is in good shape and we’ll stocked, there are a few things that could use an update, the mattresses and living room furniture for example. Check in was a breeze and the instructions for everything were clear and easy to manage.

Sheryl is a great host and she was always available. The property needs improvements. Great clean pool and kitchen appliances and cookware! Overall we enjoyed our stay.

It's a nice house with a great back yard. It's stocked well. There are some minor fixes that should he handled and the master has no covers on the window so you get blasted by the sun. Other than that good for goups.

Spent 3 nights at this property with a group of friends. The pool was a perfect way to relax. The house was clean, well-equipped and convenient to all local activities. There was a little issue with the Nest temperature control when we arrived, but the owner was quick to respond and sort out the issue. Also, we found an iron but no ironing board. But overall, it was a good rental experience and I would recommend it to a friend.

We had an awesome stay in Palm Springs at this property. Comfortably slept 8 with 4 beds, 2.5 baths, lots of seating options (dining room, bar stools), large comfy couch, huge backyard, basketball hoop, and great amenities like a pool/hot tub. We didn't have a chance to use the fire pit but loved that it was available. Dr. Sherry was responsive and easy to communicate with. Pretty strict rules about 8 guest limit, 4 cars, and no outdoor music, but easy to follow with her thorough email communication prior to the stay. The water seemed quite cloudy, which she warned us about, so we were grateful to have brought a few cases of bottled water to last us through the weekend. Overall, a great stay and I'd recommend this property for a fun time in Palm Springs! :)

Wonderful spaces in this property to lounge, sip, soak, swim and talk amongst your closest friends or family. Check-in and check out we're a breeze, slow, quiet neighborhood just (long) blocks from the main strip with fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. Lovely wide spread park just a short walk from the property too. Clean spa and clean refreshing pool...just a wonderful property!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at this lovely, spacious property. Sheryl was very responsive to our questions and the location was perfect for all our PS activities. Loved the pool and hot tub!

This house was so much fun! The layout and amenities made it a great time! The pool is wonderful, the fire pit lots of fun, and there's even basketball and horseshoes! We didn't use the hot tub, but I'm sure it was great. The exterior is in need of repair and update and is painted a depressing grey color. But the interior is in great shape! Some of the furnishings and decor are dated or a little strange, but it's easy to overlook that. The house would be such a jewel if they got a real, talented MCM interior designer to refurbish. It's so minor, but the empty gumball machine really should be removed. It's fun to have it there, but was really just in the way and there were leftovers of something gross in the bottom. Overall, we would definitely return! The host was so friendly and responsive and we really enjoyed our time there!

This house is designed well for staying with friends since it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, we had plenty of space for 4 adults. Might be helpful to add mirrors to the bedrooms, since multiple adults were sharing one bathroom. A few light switches didn't work. Other than those little things, this was a great place to stay. We highly recommend it for location, space and amenities (the backyard has lots of options if the weather is nice!) We'd stay here again :)

Absolutely perfect for me, my sister, and a few friends for a weekend getaway for my 50th bday! House was exactly what we needed/wanted. Close to everything, clean, well furnished, with clear instructions for the hot tub, fireplace, and pool. I’d recommend!

Our family had a nice pre-Christmas stay at this home. It was spacious, nicely decorated/equipped and clean. Unfortunately, the last few days were very cold and rainy. We wanted to use the pool but it just never got warm enough. We had a few minor issues with the hot tub and pool that were resolved to our satisfaction. The owner was very responsive and understanding. My sons enjoyed the basketball hoop. We did not use the firepit or horseshoes. There are a few citrus trees in the adjacent property that had overhanging fruit which was a nice perk. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood very close to airport and downtown. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and fairly well stocked. No bath wash cloths though which we are finding common in vacation rentals for some reason. We had an issue with the hot tub which the owner resolved. Good location.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were small details that needed attention in the home.. A walk through of the home should have been completed prior to guests arriving.. Instructions to work the tv could have been useful.. 2 televisions didnt work, part was because 2 circuit breakers were out on one side of the house. We had to have an electrician come. Glasses in the cupboard were random, no matching wine glasses. Everytime you open the refridgerator door it swings all the way open, and items in the door can fall out. The AC in the master bedroom did not get cold. I didnt call to have it fixed because we already had the electrician out and I felt we could make it through the weekend with just the fan.. There was no broom or mop to clean if you made a mess. The water from the faucet was not filtered. I have a picture of me cupping water in my hand and the water was white! The guest bathroom sliding door was extremely difficult to open and close, the door was unstable on the track. Another guest bedroom door has to be slammed in order to close. The outside bar should have a pergola over it to enjoy the back yard if you wanted to eat outside. The Back yard is large but the space is not utilized to the fullest and could be decorated better. Although these seem minor, trust having a fridge door swing all the way open and hit the cabinet behind it everytime you open it is annoying.. or fighting with a bathroom door when trying to open and close it.. lets not mention brushing your teeth and bathing with white water. The home is average , but my guests and I enjoyed ourselves.

Our stay in Palm Springs went really well. The house was perfect. Allowed for each of us (3 in total), to have our own space to relax. The yard was huge, and the pool was a perfect place to spend those 115 degree days. The house had everything we needed, and the owner was supper attentive and quick to respond via text. It's a short drive to most of the restaurants in the city .I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, solid property with a heavy PS vibe. I’d highlight bringing your own toiletries (e.g., soap) since they’re not provided. Communication with the host was easy and expedite. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the jacuzzi. Would recommend for a group who strongly prefers a house instead of a hotel.
