This property surpassed our expectations in every way possible! From the breathtaking views to the well designed open floor plan of the villa, beautiful patio/pool, to the super friendly staff, there isn’t a single negative thing to say. We really found such a beautiful property and look forward to coming back!! We couldn’t have been happier!

The photos do not do this place justice. It is so much better in person. This villa is in a perfect location, is very safe, and is impeccably maintained. We loved this villa so much! We traveled with 2 young kids and found the amenities to be perfect for our family. The private pool was amazing.

Pros: Services were spectacular! From cleaning service to front desk accommodations like extension cord and bud spray for the unit… they called almost daily to check on us which was appreciated. The view is beautiful and the restaurant on site were all A1. Highly recommend the mango chicken salad and the churrasco steak melt in your mouth good. The pool and hot tub were very clean, warm and friendly staff served pool side. Rooms were spacious and incredibly clean. Living room was an ice box just like I like it! Lol. The maintenance men were so sweet he even brought us fresh coconuts out the tree. Really felt like home here. Basic appliances like coffee maker and toaster along with pots and pans were nice. Cons: We came at the time of year when beach has stinky seaweed (which was undisclosed) so we had to go around to dawn beach on the other side of the rock to enjoy the beach however. I came to film so it made that a bit of a challenge as the seaweed and the constant digger running back and forth didn’t do well for visuals but… glad they attempted effort was A1. There were some super small tiny black ants all over the counters even though we left no food out and even smaller brown ones barely visible on the kitchen table and LR tables. These microscopic bugs filled my suitcase which was open on the floor of the master closet. I had to wash everything and dump luggage before leaving which was very frustrating. Rooms 24* to me that’s too hot. But all in all 8.5/10

The pictures on the listing cannot properly do this place justice. It was above and beyond our expectations. Location, cleanliness, service. This place had it all. The seaweed mentioned before was present but not an issue for us. The locals said Jan-may it’s typically clear there. The pool and location make up for it. Would highly recommend this property!

We stayed here for our end-of-summer family trip, and it was absolutely perfect. The concierge team was amazing. They helped us select and make all of our restaurant reservations and secure chef services prior to our arrival, the villa was stocked with groceries, the airport pickup and check-in process was seamless and they helped us secure taxis whenever we needed them throughout the week. The villa is beautiful, spacious and well-appointed. All five of us were very comfortable and had lots of room to spread out and relax. The private pool is great, the security is wonderful, the views are stunning and the gym met our fitness needs for the week. Outside of staff, we only crossed paths with one other guest all week, which was nice. Unfortunately, despite daily cleaning, the seaweed was excessive so we couldn’t enjoy Dawn Beach at all and had to go elsewhere to enjoy the beach/ocean. Having access to Oyster Bay Beach Resort is also a wonderful amenity. We walked over and enjoyed casual lunch at Veranda a few times during our stay. We don’t like to be in the center of the action, so this location was perfect for us. It is very quiet and calm. And the island is small enough that everywhere we needed to go was only a short taxi ride away. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to every single one of our friends who prefers similar accommodations to us. It definitely exceeded our expectations!

The property was beautiful, ac was great, pool fantastic. Just dont go in June because the beach is covered in seaweed as is the ocean. They had a bulldozer removing it from the beach but it was t9o much to keep up with

It was absolutely beautiful! Couldnt have loved the villa more. Staff was beyond helpful and tendes to all of our needs. Security was on foot next to the villa throughout the night that gave an extra sense of security. This place was just absolutely amazing. Couldnt recommend it more. Only bad part was having to leave. I'd love to buy it.

Every year we take a family vacation. Bermuda, Turks and Caicos, Costa Rica and this year Sint Maarten. This vacation was right at the top of the list. Villa Alabaster is beautiful, has all the space we could ask for. The concierge service of Coral Brach Club was fantastic as well as the amenities at Oyster Bay Beach Club too. We had everything we could ask for and we’re provided such great service the entire time and had a big beautiful villa to easily fit our family of 5(including a teen boy and girl and 4 year old girl). I highly recommend Villa alabaster and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you so much for an amazing vacation!

The property is beautiful! Spacious and very comfortable for my family of six adults. Front desk is like having a friend next door to help when needed. Only downfall is the seaweed! There is so much of this and I didn’t see anything reference anything about it. Tons and tons of seaweed! Two days they had to use a loaded to gather it and remove it from the beach. Everything else exceeded our expectations!

The villa itself is beautiful and clean. However things to note The white lounge chairs were broken tied together with strings so you couldn’t adjust the seating. We only had 3 beach towels which were all very worn. At least one long length mirror would have been nice to have. There were none in the house. Bathroom mirrors are so small so they didn’t help. The coffee maker didn’t work. The house cleaner didn’t change sheets, make bed, empty dishwasher I’m actually not sure what she did. Besides throw towels in the wash. The beach was horrendous. The seaweed was everywhere. This of course is not the owner’s fault. But if you want a nice beach the French side is the place to go.

Gorgeous property! We’ve stayed at Coral Beach Club many times in the past, our first at Alabaster. We will definitely be back! What a little slice of heaven!

Driving into this luxury resort property you are struck by the gorgeous view overlooking beautiful Oyster Bay. This private resort on the eastern side of the island is a 3-minute walk along the beach to Oyster Bay Resort hotel. Upon entering this recently renovated modern 3-bedroom villa you have an expansive view through floor to ceiling windows to the villa’s pool and immediately beyond to the Atlantic Ocean. Stepping off the stone patio you find yourself directly on Dawn Beach, one of the 37 beautiful beaches scattered around this easily explored 37 square mile island. You are literally a 30-45 minute drive from anywhere on the island, including the towns of Philipsburg, Marigot and Grand Case as well as smaller villages throughout the island. The whitewashed, open-plan villa offers three roomy and well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom with shower - plus a fourth powder room near the entrance. The up-to-date open-air kitchen features a large glass-topped island, modern appliances (including a roomy refrigerator), a full complement of kitchen utensils, china, stemware and cutlery, plenty of storage space and that fabulous ocean view. Peaceful vacation in a stunning location.

The property is amazing and perfect for 3 sets of adults. We had an amazing time and could not imagine a better time. It is important to note that some restaurants and places are still closed during “slow season “ but we were in the perfect location for getting to everywhere on the island in about 15-20 minutes. The concierge service was amazing, all of their recommendations were spot on- from restaurants to the private chef we hired. The WiFi in the unit is spotty at best- we brought to their attention- they attempted to make it better, after the 3rd attempt we just chalked it up to it not being great. Housekeeping was also not great and not horrible. Please make sure you are clear with them from the start if you do not want then touching your laundry- to avoid any mishaps. I did not- and ended up with 3 dresses that are now unwearable due to them being put in the dryer- :( Otherwise the property and people are amazing- Presley the “pool guy” was spectacular can’t say enough good things about him. Thank you for an unforgettable couple of weeks. It was truly a trip to remember.

An amazing location, an amazing property and an amazing vacation! This place is literally perfect. The resort next door is also perfect. Food was great, service impeccable, and we could not have asked for anything more!!! Incredible from start (when we booked) to finish!!!

If you are looking for a clean, quiet, spacious, centrally located beautiful place then you can't go wrong with this one. Everything about it is first class, fully stocked kitchen, great staff, steps away from the ocean and a resort. It was the summer so the "seaweed" was a challenge on this part of the island but the weather was great and everything else on the island was just a short drive away. (vehicle is a must have) We had a Rexton and it became part of the family, we would hop in it from our underground garage and zip off to breakfast and spend the day exploring the island. The evenings in the private pool and drinks in the "party pit" where a great finish to the day as we prepared for our daily dinner excursions. Everyday was very unique and the property served as a great homebase. The beds, showers, AC units all worked to perfection and we never came across any issues. The most challenging thing is figuring out the extensive light switches, the unit is very well lite and has many options so flipping all the switches and remembering which does what was kind of a game we played everyday. We loved this place and would definitely return, the host was excellent, the onsite staff didn't miss a beat, the place and location are amazing and I would highly recommend any group give this place a chance, you will not be disappointed.

This property was absolutely stunning. We stayed at Coral Beach Club years ago and would definitely recommend it. The place is immaculate and the owner is attentive. Each summer we stay at a different island and this was definitely up there among the best.

This villa was fantastic. Large, beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped, and right on the water. There was unfortunately sargassum all over the beach while we were there so it wasn’t good for swimming, but the private pool more than made up for it. There’s daily housekeeping and pool cleaning and underground parking, The staff was very friendly and helpful. The villa shares a common wall with the next villa, but we couldn’t ever hear them. I highly recommend this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the beach to ourselves, private pool, and friendly staff. From our underground parking space for the rental car all the way to the fully appointed kitchen, we were lacking for nothing! Such a safe area with wonderful security staff, we were comfortable with walking to the sister resort next door to enjoy amenities and restaurants. Communication was thorough with recommendations for activities and questions answered promptly. Our group of 5 adults had plenty of room to spread out with privacy aplenty when desired. Although our trip coincided with an influx of sargassum on the beach, staff worked daily to clear it for the best experience possible. A beautiful, relaxing time for our family! Looking forward to our return!

Super clean, comfortable, with a beautiful Ocean view, Calm, and Peaceful. July has a lot of seaweed, but the pool was terrific, we didn't miss going in the water, other beaches nearby if you need the fix of swimming in the ocean water. They consistently cleared the beach, but mother nature always prevails. The breezes are exceptional, and the sounds of the waves are serene. What more can you ask for.

Villa Alabaster is fantastic. Here are the top things we loved about it: * Just steps away from the beach * A great private pool right outside the back door for when you want calmer waters. And the sunken seating area in the pool is great! * Beautifully furnished and decorated * 20 steps away from the workout room (which is well-stocked - cardio machines, weight machines, free weights, mats, bosu ball, step) * Underground parking * Easy walk to 3 great restaurants (Big Fish, Veranda, Infinity) * Veranda market had reasonably-priced staples for when you don't want to hassle with a grocery store run. * Can use the house phone for local calls (on the Dutch side) * A few games are in the villa for quiet evenings (cards, Phase 10, etc.) * Quiet location - no fighting for beach space or table at the nearby restaurants. On the flip side, that means that renting a car is suggested to easily get to other places on the island. Just one minor negative: * The Wifi didn't work well. Our phones/tablets kept dropping the signal. We talked to the CBC folks a couple of times and they said they'd have their IT guy come to check it out. It didn't get fixed by the time we left so hopefully it's back up and providing a strong signal for the next guests. Overall, this is a fantastic villa in a wonderful setting. I would definitely recommend it.

Every bedroom has a beautiful beach themed en-suite bathroom with very generously sized showers. The beds are all extremely comfortable. While the interior is outstanding, nothing beats the outdoor space! Walking out to that beautiful pool and patio overlooking the beach and Caribbean blue sea is just breathtaking! It was hard to decide whether to sit by the pool or go down to the beach where an attendant (Gray) would have our chairs and umbrella set up for us every morning. We were so impressed with the care that was given to the beach. Although there was some seaweed, as it is the Atlantic side, it was raked and cleaned every morning. We loved lounging, flying kites, and playing in the waves. Just an absolutely glorious location. Having access to the restaurants and services of the Oyster Bay Beach Club was an added perk. It’s great that you can even charge to your villa. As a family, we travel to a different Caribbean island each spring. We prefer villas or homes with a private pool over busy resorts. This was unanimously voted the best vacation home of all our travels! We will certainly have a hard time finding anything as good (at this price point) anywhere else in the Caribbean!
