Great condo unit! Spacious, comfortable and well located. Need to upgrade cleaning service. Condo was dirty when arrived. Long, black hair visable on floors, carpet and counters including kitchen and bathroom. Bad ant problem in kitchen due in part to poor cleaning

We visited after a busy week in Waikiki to relax and enjoy the slower pace of the north shore. The location was very convenient to Turtle Bay resort and nearby uncrowded beaches. Because there is a spiral staircase to the bedroom, we took the advice of other visitors and left our heavy suitcases downstairs.The motion sensor light by the stairs worked well for bathroom visits during the night. The well-stocked kitchen was great and we really enjoyed the modern A/C system and updated windows and sliding doors which provided a very quiet and comfortable stay. The book collection was varied and interesting, especially the traveler's journal with entries and recommendations of past visitors. We stopped at the Rise and Shine Cafe in Mililani on our drive to the condo and highly recommend their Eggs Benedict and Belgian waffle.

Everything was as advertised and clean. The one thing that could be nicer is the bed.

We loved our stay! The location was great for us near Turtle Bay and away from Waikiki. There was plenty of space for the two of us, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was clean and everything was in working order. It bothered me that several windows had no coverings, one with a straight view of the bed from downstairs. We put a blanket over the railing for privacy. The spiral staircase was fun but very narrow. I loved it until I had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night! We never fell or anything. The motion sensor light by the stairs was helpful. I would stay here again!

This property is located in a great location. We found that it was represented very well, and found it clean, and welcoming. A very neat place to stay, and close to the north shore, and golf. Loved it and would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect location to get around North Shore and East Oahu. Mostly quiet, clean condo with pool access and very close to several beautiful beaches!

I loved waking up to the trade winds blowing gently in from the windows, the quiet yet secure (24 hour security) of the area, long walks along the coast to see some seals, etc., and then spending the rest of the day at work in the warm, comfortable home. Everything you need is here and the host was responsive and warm. Thank you for a great stay!

This was such a beautiful property to stay at. It was clean, the AC units kept the place nice and cool, and the host was responsive when needed. It’s located by Turtle Bay which is lovely. Everything we wanted to do and see on the north shore was only 20-40 minutes away in either direction and the drive was always perfect, very little traffic. It was a great home base for us. I wouldn’t say the walk down to the beach is a 5 minute walk, more like 13 minutes (we googled it after trying to walk there one day), but it is close enough to just drive down and find parking. All in all I would highly recommend this place and would stay there again in the future!!

Birdhouse views of trees w/small balconies on both sides. As noted spiral staircase is not for anyone w/ mobility issues . Good cross ventilation when trade winds blow which is very nice. A couple of nearby resident neighbors are generally quiet. But one of our favorites!

This was a great place to stay. It looks better than the pictures. This is a good alternative to the resort nearby. You have tons of privacy and it's very quiet. The stairs to bedroom can be a little tricky. I recommend leaving your heavy suitcases on bottom floor. We would definitely stay here again.

Best vacation ever!

The condo was perfectly set up for my husband my son and myself. Very spacious downstairs and beautiful views. The condo is located close to the beach, the grocery store and fun little food trucks along the way. Cannot wait to come back and stay at this condo again next year!

We love staying here! We walk everywhere and it is always easy. As we have food allergies, the kitchen is a must have; It is fully stocked with amenities and quite comfortable. The place is quiet and peaceful. We appreciate the quick response to any questions we may have. Thank you again! We look forward to going back!

Nice location. Just a short drive to the local town and famous beaches. Very quiet community. The spiral stairs took some getting used to. We left our luggage downstairs. Nice kichen and amenities!

Unit was nice. Should really be clear to perspective renters that handicap or partially challenged individuals should not stay in this unit. The bath lower faucet to fill the tub doesn’t work and plug also was missing. I will be looking for 1st floor unit next stay. Again, nice clean unit and comfortable. Lisa was accommodating.

The location is excellent. Just 5 minutes walk to turtle bay resort. The beach was beutiful and much less crowded than the other beaches we visited. The parking spot was close to the condo so we had no problems bringing things to and from the car. We highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. There were beach chairs, coolers, and other items including beach towels available for us to use. We were close to several beaches and could walk to one. There were nightlights everywhere which was really good since the bedroom was in a loft and bathroom downstairs. The only issue in this condo would be the spiral stairs to the loft if you had mobility issues, they are narrow. I would stay here again.

The place was very clean inside and out quite beautiful place to rest and relax. Has a well-stocked kitchen had everything one would think they would need and them some. The place is very spacious the pictures do not show well how large the place really is. Only negative I can say about the place is that I wish all the windows had black out currents, some windows had no currents.

We loved this place! As we use VRBO often, this place is exactly as it appears. It was clean and incredibly comfortable. Since we have some food allergies, we need a kitchen when we travel and this place had all that we needed. Response to inquiries was quick and though this trip was for business, I have already booked it again for pleasure in February. You can tell when a place is loved, and this one is! Great location, hosts are very accommodating, the condo had everything we needed and we would absolutely come back to this exact same place. Our first time in Hawaii and this condo made our stay that much better! 5 stars.

Staying here was perfect for us! We love having the close proximity to Turtle Bay without having to pay the resort fees! The condo was clean upon arrival and the check in and check out processes were a breeze. We especially loved that they had beach chairs, an umbrella, and other supplies needed for a day at the beach! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

This was a great place to stay, it is on the main highway and had access to the resort also. The condo had everything we wanted.

This vacation rental took my breath away. I gifted this stay to my son and his partner who was here for her first ever trip to Hawaii all the way from Norway. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. The photos here do not do it justice. The layout, the artwork, the two balconies, the privacy of the bedroom up the spiral staircase, the high ceilings, the light green and white color combination, the sweet breeze that flows through the apartment from the ocean, the nearby tennis court, the kindness of our host and the ease of check in/check out, the short distance to the beach, the proximity of one of Hawaii's most iconic and elegant hotel resorts, the total remove from our usual busy stress-filled world was truly magical. I can not recommend this property more and I will definitely seek this one out again on my next trip home. Thank you for offering the highest quality of vacation paradise!
