Great location to Broadway!

VRBO was clean and located close to Broadway. The property manager was very knowledgeable and gave us great information and history of Nashville. Thanks for all your help during our 1st trip to Nashville Michael.

The property was well maintained, the water pressure was good and the air conditioner was cold. The ad does not mention that access is down a long hall leading to a very long and steep staircase that was okay for us but if we’d had any elderly or infirm with us they’d have had real difficulty with access. They are still dealing with reconstruction from the bombing which further limits access. If you’ve got luggage, eat your Wheaties for the hike and climb to get to the door. The foosball table was a fun touch. Also, there is a door and a sliding privacy screen now for the master that isn’t in the pictures.

Nothing can beat the location of this property, super easy walk to everything. Stayed here for the 4th of July and this place had everything to make the trip super memorable.

Awesome property! Perfect location. Walk to everything. The place was great, roomy and clean. 2 bedrooms - 2 baths. If you could put a door on the bathroom in the master and a curtain on the tub/shower it would be much more comfortable.

Perfect spot and easy to get to drive or walk gopd parking spot lot's of steps for if you have bad knees thats the only thing. Beautiful apartment thought

We absolutely loved our stay. Michael was excellent at check-in, explained everything clearly and was great about answering questions. The location is perfect. The accommodations were very clean. I’m looking forward to staying here in the future!

Place was clean, Michael was awesome, helped in every way, and got right back to us with answers!! Only negative would be place could use some fresh paint and a few up grades.

Everything was great. Michael was extremely professional and hospitable.

This is a wonderful place to stay with a group! The property manager is super helpful and there for whatever you need. He was able to help us with our bags when we arrived and departed. Our oven ended up not working so he brought his own personal toaster oven to us so we could finish making our breakfast. The room was very clean and tidy. We did have one hiccup at the beginning but as long as you input the correct number of people that will be staying in the room, you’ll be fine. We found out the price may change according to number of people staying. We would surly stay again!

The loft was wonderful but a loft has too many steps for someone with a bad leg & over 75. Great place to stay otherwise

It was a great place to be where we could walk to Broadway and other sites. We felt safe also. I’d definitely recommend it to people.

This was our first trip to Nashville and the location of this condo and the amenities the condo had to offer were perfect. We would stay here again if/when we go back.

Overall, property is clean and modern. Common areas were terrific. Bathrooms were odd but functional. The location was fantastic; half block from Printer’s Alley and two blocks from Broadway.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend for a 21st birthday celebration. The loft was spacious, open, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Broadway. I’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a Girls Getaway. The location was perfect and the loft is AMAZING! Michael made everything from check in to check out an easy effortless experience. We highly recommend this property!

This place was beyond perfect and the manager was very easy to reach. Communication on point: ignore any of the negative reviews. Talk with management if you need anything, they're very accommodating and easy to work with.

We had a group of guys to come for weekend / this place was an overflow spot and it had everything we needed - everyone we talked to was responsive and gave us quick attention King bed is nice - sort of a weird convert setup (no door for master bathroom) but other than that it’s great

Most of the buildings and nearby streets are either boarded up and or closed completely. We were surprised by the amount of homelessness nearby as well.If your looking for a nice place to bring a young famiily I would not recommend broadway downtown. Almost all the restaurants stop letting in anyone under 21 at 6pmbut if your looking to party with a group or just by yourselves there is plenty of that. Be prepared to see fist fights, puking patrons on the street, marijuana carts selling custom joints and the never ending parade of highly intoxicated bachelor and bachelorette party buses. This is a great property in a great location with an even better host just be sure your ready for the big city experience
