The place is good, only walking distance to explore around. The staff is friendly, especially when they have a good breakfast with an excellent view. We found our favorite lunch place only 2 minutes by walking to the corner of the street.

There are lights coming from the TV that we need to cover with the towel. Overall still a good place to stay.

Чистота номера ужасная . Ремонт старый . В ванной плитка отваливается . Когда мы заехали в ванной на кафеле были прилипшие чьи-то черные волосы . Я попросила убрать . Мои просьбы игнорировали . Номер не убирали три дня . В итоге когда я разозлилась и ЕЩЁ раз напомнила о уборке у нас убрали . Но волосы так и остались висеть на месте . Прикреплю фото.

- Sauberes Hotel - super Lage - nettes Personal - Frühstück war gut und hatte sehr viel Auswahl

- Das Zimmer war sehr kalt und wir mussten konstant heizen um es warm zu bekommen - Toilettensitz nach 2 Minuten in der Hand gehabt, weil er so locker war - so gut wie nur kaltes Wasser !!

I liked the friendly staff and the location of the hotel.

I was not too fond of the services. The rooms were not cleaned daily, and the bathroom we had in our room was tiny. There was no toilet paper. The hotel was a bit outdated and needed an upgrade to the amenities. The breakfast could have been a little better—maybe a more modern and welcoming atmosphere.

Nice hotel with perfect view to Suleymanie Mosque. Also you can have breakfast every morning- there are a few kind of cheese and olives, tomato, cucumbers, topings and other things. And also boiled eggs, omelet, sausages and other things. Room is big (on the 3 floor).

Location. Too long way to the city center, about 20 minutes. It was dangerous in the night.

Hotel is ok, close to Suleimania mosque , small , but cosy .

For 8 days my accommodation they not changed bedding and only 1 time did cleaning room . I asked to do it. Second time only changed the towels . The mattress and pillows not comfortable . Otherwise the hotel is very budget so this a balance . Location is between Lalely and Eminonu . For old people could be difficult go up on a hill.

- the location is great - the rooms look nice - rooftop terrace has a great view

- dirty rooms: the bathroom was full with toothpaste splashes, towels were dirty (more than once), the floor was not clean and dead mosquitos on the walls - low quality bed: polyester bed lining which makes you feel like in plastic foil while sleeping in summer. Also the beds are hard as a rock - bad customer service: once i came back from a night out at midnight and I was told I had to change my room because there was an issue they had to fix there. The concierge gave me 5 minutes (!) to pack everything and move. After discussing he gave me 10 minutes more so I have time to grab all my stuff. Then he didn't show up for half an hour, which meant I was forced to wait until 1 o'clock until I could finally go to bed! - the breakfast consisted of cereals, some warm cheese (no cooling of the food which is very unpleasant in summer), packed butter and jam and a few other things. It is not worth the money at all.
