We had a great time exploring nature and tasting wine. This was a perfect spot to do both. Centrally located yet far enough away from town that you feel totally immersed in nature. The house is beautiful with lots of space and the deck is wonderful. We loved our time and would definitely stay here again.

This is a cozy little property up on Fitch Mountain. The road to get there is a little twisty and there are a lot of steps to the front door, but the view is worth it. You can see the river and the surrounding hills. The kitchen is well appointed and the deck is delightful to sit out and enjoy the afternoon sunshine. A walk down to the river is only 10 minutes. The hike to the top of Fitch mountain is 2 + hours round trip and a steep hike.(no markers on trail). The town is only about 8 minutes away. We hired a local driver DaVine Tours to take us to the local privately owned vineyards. Way better than the large vineyards, and would book DaVine Tours again. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were all remodeled as well. The host was easy to communicate with and responded right away with any questions or concerns.

We had a wonderful time exploring the surrounding National/State parks. We also had a chance for a couple of vineyard tours. Healdsburg was a charming destination. Big shout out to Nez, the owner. So nice and thoughtful. You can’t go wrong with this VRBO listing. Thanks for having us!

House was well kept and clean. Pretty straight forward like most other reviews state. No complaints , would recommend.

There are 46 steep steps to get from the street to the front door. This needs to be in the property listing. The four of us are all over 65 and the steps were an issue. I would NOT have rented the property if I had known about the steps.

We enjoyed this lovely three story home overlooking Russian River Valley. Beautiful views, secluded feeling, comfortable beds, delightful patio, and all the necessary amenities. Nez provides a wonderful portfolio with great recommendations. Only problem is - we couldn't stay longer!! Would have loved to have nested in the house for a couple of weeks. Thank you,

The hosts were super responsive and friendly. The house was spacious, well appointed, and had wonderful views. There were several great outdoor spaces to relax in. We loved our stay!!

It was a very last minute decision, like the day before Some how we ended up with 2 properties Stayed in one Told VRBO and the owners of the other property about the error…. A booking just made a few hours before We were not given a refund We are 4 adults who travel frequently We will never use VRBO again

I thought the house and the owners were exceptional! The entire home had everything we needed and then some! Nez was incredibly communicative both leading up to and during the stay (appreciated the quick response on an errant corkscrew.. so sweetly handled!). There was a lot of love and thought put into the rental - including a helpful house manual with some of the most useful GuIdes to the area I’ve seen!! Two tips for future travelers: the house is truly a hillside retreat so be prepared for some tight winding roads. Absolutely worth it for the gorgeous views, but us midwesterners were white knuckling the turnaround a bit! Second, recommend bringing easy on and off shoes as there are multiple entries out of the house with several exit points and I found myself needing to run down some stairs to grab shoes - with kids I got quite the stair climbing in! Also, if you stay here, make sure you have at least one clear evening to stand out on the front deck for sunsets and star-gazing. Spectacular!

This was such a great place to stay. We went with another couple and we were all so impressed with this place. The location was beautiful and so comfortable, we had everything we needed. So many different beautiful views where you could just relax and enjoy your first cup of coffee in the mornings or glass of wine in the evening. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

The house is amazing! We were a group of 2 couples, and the house is set up perfectly for that with "master" bedrooms on 2 floors. The upper, main floor had great views and was a perfect hang out spot. The kitchen was well equipped, we cooked in every night! The outdoor space is another great hang out location. We got a lot of use out of the BBQ. While the drive is a bit of an adventure, by day 2 we were used to it. Location is truly 10 minutes to downtown Healdsburg, can't beat it! Hosts were VERY responsive to questions.

We enjoyed our stay in Healdsburg. Large, roomy, clean and comfy. Pool table on site was also fun. Multiple floors allows for quiet time if a large family or multi- couples rent. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved our recent stay. Beautiful home very nicely decorated. All the finishes, bedding, linens, and bathrooms are excellent. The home has an adorable fireplace and very nice patio. We thoroughly had a wonderful time visiting wineries in Dry Creek and Alexander Valley this trip. The restaurants we loved were Campo Fina and Chalkboard. Both were amazing!! The property manager was so helpful to me and so kind to help me with my scheduling conflicts because of a family’s members treatment. Nez was so accommodating and and so easy to communicate with. She truly provides amazing customer service. It was a lovely weekend can’t wait to visit again!

We enjoyed our stay in this fun property. The kitchen is great for cook at home nights and we spent most mornings and evenings chatting on the deck. I had one question and our wonderful hosts answered the email immediately. The drive into the neighborhood took some getting used to but the privacy and access to trails was worth it!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, spacious, well equipped & had everything we needed. We ate most of our meals out, although the kitchen was exceptional! The beds were comfortable & we appreciated having the bedrooms on different floors. We would definitely recommend this property & would not hesitate to book it again.

Six of us stayed at this cute little house up in the hills of Healdsburg. It is located away from downtown and in a little one way street up a steep hill. It took a little while to get used to driving in this area, but I loved walking around the neighborhood admiring all the nice houses that were all so unique. The backyard was beautiful and the house was so comfy and equipped with everything you could need. It was also very clean with additional hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes should you need it. We brought our own stuff, but frankly, they really had thought of everything. We cooked breakfast in the morning and usually bought take out for other meals. Kitchen was again well equipped with all kinds of spices/ condiments/ kitchen utensils and gadgets you could possibly need. My kids loved being so close to the river (10 min walk) and they had great quality floaties for us to use. Nez was always so responsive when we had questions, which was greatly appreciated. Really enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend this place.

Loved this property! Nez was an amazing host - communicative the entire time, and so quick to reply any time we had questions. Amidst the current pandemic, we really appreciated how much they cared about cleanliness in the home (had extra hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies). While the last bit of road felt a bit tenuous in a big car, it was well worth the remote feel and proximity to the river. The house was very well stocked for a weekend getaway, and Nez provided great tips for our river day, where a quick drive/walk brought you to a swim-able spot. The outdoor patio, grill, balcony, and game room were a huge plus! Can't wait to go back!
