It was a safe and secure location. The description on line was accurate. The only problem was the lighting in the second bedroom. The bedroom could be better. We had a lot of girls and a lot of prepping; not enough lighting.

Loft was very nice and enjoyed the proximity to everything. Overall we enjoyed the loft. Everything was organized and had what we needed. There was a few things that we came across that were addressed with management via email and hope for the enjoyment of future guests that they will be remedied.

Clean! Very convenient location! Lofts are just as pictured! Will definitely stay again!

Family stay for thanksgiving was great to stay here. So close to broadway and easy to walk everywhere.

This unit is exactly as described. It was perfect for our trip to Nashville. Great location. Easy to walk to Broadway or printer's alley. Parking across the street in the garage at 4th and Commerce St is inexpensive and just steps from the unit. Would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful time visiting Nashville. The loft was clean, check-in and out was simple, parking was close by and reasonably priced. We highly recommend this loft if you’re coming to Nashville and wish to stay where the action is! We will be back!

Wonderful property, so close to Broadway, yet quiet, great layout of the unit and easy access. I would highly recommend this property for folks wanting to be close to everything the Broadway area has to offer.

We had tickets for an event at the Ryman - very close and easy walk to Ryman and other venues and eating establishments. Very clean.

Nashville was a great time as always. The vrbo location was great. We parked 2 blocks away at the Library lot. The loft was clean and worked great for 4 people. A bit more lighting in the kitchen would be good. Thanks!

We arrived and stood out on the street trying to get into place- VRBO helped us get the code needed for entering the room, but no one told us its above business and needed a code to enter off the street and enter onto elevator- HOST never responded, stuck on street w luggage trying to get inside.Someone off the street ended up getting us into lobby- Unit is down LONG dark hall and unit is dark- something felt unnerving like the TAKEN movie- so we tried and tried to reach out to HOST - NO response- while in lobby someone overheard us talking and said unit is unsafe and they had a fire and no one had the codes, firemen had to use ax to get into all the doors- There is a reason this place rents for SOO cheap, we never stayed at all and never heard back from HOST- I have rented from VRBO for years and THIS is the FIRST bad experience we have ever had $800 out the window - Would like to hear back from VRBO about this place

Super easy check-in and check out. Just follow their detailed rules and that’s it. Real clean loft with a short walk to downtown. The only complaint I had (which isn’t really a complaint at all) is that I almost got lost going to take the trash out at check out. Great location

Perfect location for hanging out and listening to music in the establishments

The floors was gross would get out shower and feet are black from floors. The kitchen table and bar stools are on verge of breaking. Stand up shower has some gross stuff growing at the bottom where wall and base meet. The closets in bed rooms are wiggly and backing falling apart. Kitchen lighting poor. The balcony is over the parking lot with the neighbors balcony right next to the master bedroom so you wont get sleep when neighbors are on their balcony. The apartment isnt very sound proof can hear neighbors. Trash is actually really inconvenient its gross and you have to walk through a bar to get there. But location of place is convenient

Perfectly located apartment. Close enough to the action yet just far enough away when you’re finished for the night. Clean. Living area could be furnished more comfortably for mor than 3 people. Nice place.

Just a block from Broadway and even closer to Printers Alley. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

This was the perfect place for myself and 2 twenty-something nieces! My one niece was able to work remotely from the condo while my other niece and I worked a trade show. It was a quick $7 Uber ride to the Music City Convention Center. We loved having Starbucks and Printer's Alley right next door, (Bourbon Street Blues & Boogie Bar in Printer's Alley is one of my favorite places in Nashville). The market was only 1/2 block away, and the restaurant in Noelle serves an awesome breakfast. It's just a short walk downhill to Broadway, and a cheap Uber ride home if you don't want to go back uphill. We saved over $1000 by renting this loft for 3 nights (versus 2 rooms in a hotel). This savings paid for both of my nieces plane tickets - what a deal! The beds were extremely comfortable, and the location is a lot quieter than many places I've stayed in Nashville. In reading reviews I had the impression that we'd have to climb 3 flights of stairs, but there is an elevator, so no issues there. As other people have noted, you can hear each other in other rooms. For us 3 girls it was perfect.

Honky tonks within a block. Broadway just a quick 2 block walk down the hill. Little tricky of a walk backup when your hammered but , plenty of Ubers

The Music City Lofts were the best for a Nashville sampler. It was easy to walk to all of the venues and shops. We had a great night sleeping, eating, and listening to an awesome assortment of bands. Highly recommended.

The questions, primarily relate to property management. This is a unit meant for younger people. Privacy in it is illusive. There were many items that need owner's attention. Overall our experience was not good but not, primarily, the fault of the rental company management I don't think therefore, the rating of their performance. Doug T

Great place for a Downtown Nashville experience! Parking garage right next door, easy walk to restaurants, shopping and attractions.

This is not a negative review, just information that might be important for some people. We did not plan on making meals in the loft but if that would someone’s plans, the kitchen is not stocked with anything other than plates, glasses, silverware,and a couple of frypans. Also there are no closed ceilings on the bedrooms. So literally the two couples had conversations with each while in two separate bedrooms. Worked out fine for us! Great location would stay again.

Cute loft close to everything. We are all comfortable staying there and look forward to returning!!

This place was awesome, highly recommend, close to Broadway and all attractions. One thing and it’s not that big of a deal, a lighted makeup mirror in the bathrooms would be a plus. We totally enjoyed ourselves and are looking forward to our next stay. Dani and Suzanne were easy to communicate with with made everything easy!
