Lovely clean cottage however very warm as only full doors or skylights could be opened to let in air.. Lovely owners and spotless accommodation

Beautiful cottage with everything you need.

Everything was just about PERFECT with the exception of the speeding traffic on Everingtons Lane. Despite there being 30MPH signs on the road side it was quite common to see traffic driving along at double the limit. I felt frightened whilst walking with my dog particularly in the early morning. Very pleasant outlook to the rear watching the horses and rabbits. Extremely well equipped inside the property I would highly recommend this holiday property to anyone thinking of taking a break in the Skegness area

This is a lovely, clean and comfortable cottage. On the outskirts of Skegness, it is surrounded by fields - the patio doors in the bedroom open onto a patio and an enclosed lawn, and beyond that is a field with horses - and lots of rabbits. Lovely and peaceful.

Ten out of ten for everything. Milk,tea coffee,sugar,to welcome you. Plus abottle of wine and chocalates. Would go again.

We loved our break away here very much! Such a lovely little cottage with really friendly owners. We didn’t want to leave!
