The room is very spacious and cozy. The facilities are quite new. Most importantly, the accommodation fee is reasonable.

Rooms were comfortable, clean and well designed. Counter and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. Location was excellent with many eateries nearby, within walking distance. Many TV channels too.

Located conveniently. It’s only 25 to 30mins from the airport by taxi. I chose bus route 102 for RM2.70, which took about an hour and stops about 70m away. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The front desk staff were very very friendly.

The particular room i booked had windows which could not be opened. There’s no outside view at all.

The staff were welcoming and we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade which made our 6d5n stay very comfortable.

The location is very convenient for food. And transport to other popular area are not too far too

Can hear the water draining in the shower room although I didnt use. The room also vibrated a few times at night.

The in room fridge was lousy, hardly could chill anything despite the fridge being changed, could not cool my cold drinks, milk etc, hope they rectify this issue

From the moment we entered into the hotel, the lobby area very Impressive, well decorated, had some space to hang out. Good welcome faces from the front office staffs. They are very helpfull and well mannered. The room is spacious with 2 bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. Clean and well maintained.

With the hotel charges, the hotel should consider to serve breakfast and it would be a plus point. If it was not because of the parking space, I would definitely come back.

The staff are super friendly! My period suddenly came and the female receptionist gave me a pad (out of her pocket very likely! Lifesaver!). Convenient location; comfortable room.

1. The TV channel is not stable and freezes frequently; 2. The room is clean but you can still see some dust at the corner; 3. Sound proof not very good, you can hear people talking/closing the door.

The staff are so friendly. They allowed us to keep our luggage for a week. Good location too. Nice cafe next to the hotel.
