Very convenient and just perfect. We had a great time. Downtown Gruene is very close and we had a blast

The house was in a central location with reaturants and shopping in walking distance. Plenty of space for the kids and adults. Nice firepit outside The price of the house was acceptable but I find the fifty percent in additional fees and charges excessive!

Probably will not rent here again

My family and I stayed here over night. Location was perfect after spending the day in Gruene. The property advertised that there was a hot tub and fire pit available. When we got there, there was no hot tub and the fire pit was further down in the yard near the river. With no fence or gate on the outside back yard or lights leading to the fire pit we didn’t get to go out to enjoy the pit comfortably. Unfortunately over night with the low 30 degree weather outside, the heater never turned on in the house. It was very uncomfortable and cold over night and in the early morning. We did contact the property manager around 7 am and did not get a message back until after our check out time that maintenance was being sent around 10am. Again, beautiful and spacious home. There was so much potential but it was a disappointing stay. If problems got resolved/improved, would try this property again.

We were in town for a concert on Saturday and to sight see.

Outstanding location to Gruene was our priority.Some may find it a little too exposed as it is open on both sides to a car lot and multi unit property but we were aware of this from the photos and previous visits to the area. The kitchen table is fine for at least six to sit around and plenty of chairs so did not feel the lack of a living space was an issue for two nights. Enjoyed our stay. Many thanks!

This property is adorable! The beds are comfy and the outdoor seating area under the house was a great place to relax for the evening! I think the price was a little high for the quality of the place, but would definitely book again!

Really enjoyed the location of This house, right across the street from tubing, great well lit downstairs area to hangout, and a quick walk down to the water to relax. I would say more so sleeps 7 comfortably. Overall enjoyed the stay and house was well stocked with cookware and nice extras like coffee!

We had a marvelous short visit and look forward to returning again.

I don’t feel like this property is accurately advertised. It is not waterfront. There is no living room. I didn’t get the access code until after 4pm. I paid over $900.00 for the night and after getting there we didn’t even spend the night. Very disappointing.

Great location for Gruene concerts, but having no living room was not ideal with rainy weather but we had a great time.

Great location walking distance to Gruene- family loved the deer and playing in the river!

This place was great for our group of 5. Hanging out on the back patio was very relaxing. It was very easy find and walking distance to Gruene Hall.

First off, the location can’t be beat! Gruene is just the most charming place. Great shops and restaurants so close by. Rockin R for tubing is across the street. There’s still construction next door, but it didn’t really affect us at all. When it’s build however, it will definitely change the dynamic of the location. The cute deck will be looking into a parking lot. Sign of the times. Kitchen is well stocked! Struggled with the oven when we made a batch of cookies. Appears only bottom element worked? Family of deer live on the property. Adorable. Host is very responsive, but when I contacted them about the AC unit not cooling the house well, the interaction didn’t go great. For just over $1k a night, by gosh I’d hope when you set it at 72’ you’ll get 72’. We could never get it under 78’ during the afternoon/evenings. All shades closed, etc. Overnight it would eventually cool off. She said she sent someone to look at it while we were gone, who reported it was 68’. No it wasn’t. When we got home after a concert at 1am, it had gotten down to 74’. Again, great location, but probably wouldn’t stay again since the apartments appear to be almost done. Just a recommendation to add some small wash cloths and extra dish towels.

This place was amazing! We were able to walk to Gruene Hall and all the shops/restaurants. It was right on the river, so you could either put your own floats in or rent across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

The property itself is pleasant but there are commercial properties on either side. The property could also have used a mowing prior to our arrival. The owners responded promptly to a problem we had with the outdooor Edison lights. Overall, quite acceptable.

We were celebrating my daughters 16th birthday with two of her friends and their mom so there are six of us worked out perfectly I did wish I would’ve known about the construction going on right beside it took away from it a little it wasn’t quiet then I understand it’s not your fault it’s building beside you but I think you need to be honest about what’s going on so people know ahead of time

Really enjoyed walking to town and the river! I know it is not in your control but the construction site next to the property was a little surprising but it was not noisy just not a pretty thing to look at right now. All in all I highly recommend the property. Thanks, Tim

We loved staying at this house on the river. The house is small but is good for 3 couples who are good friends...bathrooms need bigger towels for showering. but overall we really enjoyed our stay - the house location is great!
