Owner was very responsive to maintenance issues we discovered while there. All were dealt with except for one. The kitchen was very well equipped. We very much appreciated the beach chairs and wagon in the closet. Being on the 8th floor, we were thankful for a quick elevator. Beautiful view from our balcony. Arriving early, we enjoyed being able to spend time at the pool and get something to eat at the life center while we waited for our room. I would let the linen service know that while the towels were laundered before our arrival, they had some noticeable stains. They probably should have been discarded.

My husband and I have rented many beach condos and this was by far the biggest and the best property in every category. The interior has adorable art and artifacts adorning every room, making the place look and "feel" so upscale and homey. I was surprised that I had the gorgeous pool to myself for at least an hour every day and the beach is just across the street! Everything anyone could need is in the well-equipped kitchen. It's one of the quietest buildings I've ever rented...some children were playing tag in the hall one night but once they went into THEIR condo, silence prevailed every minute of each day and night. I never heard anything from above, below, or next to this condo. The view of the Gulf is fantastic and the large balcony has a gas grill. I was sorry my husband didn't/couldn't join me because the place was really HUGE for one person - 2 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths!!! I was on fall break so I greatly appreciated the dependable and fast internet connection for grading my online college students. Lisa is very quick to respond to any and every question or request. Check-in, check-out, and the parking pass makes coming and going quick and easy. Some residents who live there year round bragged about how great the security is so they always feel safe and so did I, which I appreciated since this was the first time I've vacationed alone. I wish Pensacola was warmer for spring break so I wouldn't need to go farther south in March, but I definitely hope to return next fall!

The property was beautiful, the condo gorgeous, the view breathtaking!!! Ease of booking was great, we are already planning out trip for next year! If you having stayed here, I can’t recommend it enough!!!

This is a great condo. It has everything you would want on a beach vacation. They had beach chairs, a wagon, and lots of other things for the beach that we got to use. The beach views are great from the balcony. Easy access to the beach, which is not all that crowded in this area of Pensacola Beach. We would stay again.

Beautiful beach

Everything was wonderful, only suggestion to have more restaurants or food services areas on the property.

We have stayed at Portofino several times and this is by far the nicest and most comfortable condo. The view of the gulf was great. We were able to see the Blue Angels practice from our balcony. The furniture in the living room and the bedrooms was very comfortable. There were extra pillows in the closet which was great for hubby who always wants 3-4. The owner responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Plenty of hot water which is great when everyone is wanting showers after a day on the beach and you are also washing the beach towels. There was a beach cart, canopy and chairs in the master closet plus it appears several guests left toys for the next family who stayed with small children. There were a couple of minor housekeeping issues we addressed and I think they were more the fault of the previous guests than the property owner. Communication was great with the list of items you will want to pack (extra toilet paper, laundry soap, etc) which was very helpful. I highly recommend for your next stay at Pensacola Beach.

Perfect place!! Everything about this condo was just as it was listed! The owner was very nice and always responded quickly when I had a question. It was our 6 mo old grandsons first vacation and this resort was very family oriented and had everything we needed on site. The restaurant was very good!!! Beach was clean and water was beautiful!! The condo was equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and the sofa bed was really comfortable! My other daughter flew in from NYC and the airport was less than 30 min away! Perfect family weekend 😊

Tons to do and close walk To beach. Views were amazing! Not a ton of traffic like Destin! There were beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach.

The pictures do not do justice to the view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. The view you receive upon walking into the unit is outstanding. Having coffee every morning on the deck was breathtaking and very relaxing. Our kids love sitting on the deck with us to listen and watch the waves. The unit is VERY comfortable even though we spent very little time (only to sleep) due to all of the attractions Portifino offers along with playing in the ocean all day then the pool at night. Lisa stayed in contact with us before, during and after our stay. It was nice to know she cared to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Lisa for a beautiful and relaxing condo to stay in.

The views were incredible! The condo was spacious and clean. The Portofino property is very nice and has so much to keep everyone entertained. And the owner responded quickly to all inquiries - she even helped us set things up for a surprise marriage proposal! Would definitely stay here again!

My brother and I when we were kids in the 1960s camp at ft Pickens campground. (Back then you could get in to all the forts and battery’s). Now we are in our 60s and haven’t sent much time together so we spent the week reminiscing. And we pick a great place to stay

This was our first time in Northwest Florida. We learned many interesting facts about the area especially how popular Mardi Gras is. Portofino Resort is a beautiful, gated community . Building 5, unit 809 with beautiful views of endless white sand beaches from every room. Our favorite spot was the balcony, coffee in the morning and bevies in the evening. Towards the end of February, caught glimpses of dolphins several times as the water temps were getting warmer. Our unit allowed views of sunrises, for sunsets we were able to view from the beach. We alternated our days with visits to the beach and pool. Took day trips to other cities nearby as well as Alabama to visit friends. We enjoyed our relaxing winter getaway very much.

Our stay Pensacola Beach resort was excellent and provided us a wonderful vacation experience at Pensacola Beach. The resort was clean, staff attentive and people friendly. The condo was clean, comfortable and wonderful views of the beach especially sun rise. The condo complex pool and the main pool with hot tubs were like our own private oasis. The beach is a short walk with soft powder white sand. We spent hours shelling and weren’t disappointed at our beautiful finds. The restaurants were delicious whether eating outside by the pool area or Coastal for a dining experience not to be missed. Parking was inside with a reserved space. The overall property is beautiful! The staff on site were all very friendly and helpful. Prior to arriving and during our stay the owner, Lisa, was very responsive and informative. There was one cleaning issue that was quickly remedied so hence the 4 stars but did not impact our overall stay. The unit has just about everything you would need or want for a week stay at the beach. New cookware and baking dishes arrived while we were there! The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful! The weather really varied while we were there but we were still able to enjoy the pools, hot tubs, beach chairs, volleyball, paddle boards, kayaks, bogie boards, and bikes! We were bummed to find out the inflatable obstacle course is removed for the winter on Nov 1st but we still had plenty to keep us busy! When we return to Pensacola Beach we will definitely plan on returning to Portofino Island and this unit!

Stay in the same unit because we like it so much. Always clean. A number of new updates done since April. Refrigerator, all 3 TVs and a new coffee maker. This unit is in a great location and very well maintained! Staff is great. Our host Lisa is awesome as always. Great week to be at the beach. Miss it already! See y’all again in the spring.

This was our first time in Pensacola. Loved, loved this resort. This condo was just as described. It had everything we could possibly need. Coffee maker AND a Keurig. Kitchen was well stocked. Layout was perfect, each bedroom had private bath. There was also a wagon, umbrellas and chairs - very helpful. Our view was amazing, we could watch sunrise in the morning. They walk to beach is not bad at all, you are literally across the street. The pools were heated, and that was amazing. We did pay extra for the activities for our daughter - the paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. She loved trying those things for the first time. I cannot say enough good things about this condo and resort. We would definitely come back. I could live there!! Owner is extremely nice and responds quickly. One last note, and an important one. Beware - the beds are so comfortable (thank you!!!) You won't want to get out of bed!!!! We slept too late while we were there. Thank you for your wonderful condo.

So appreciative of the beach chairs, umbrella and and even a wagon that was available to use. This many supplies are hard to find from a rental and when flying it was huge! Campus was amazing. Will come again.

We had a lovely time here! Lisa's condo is so nice! It was exactly as pictured. It was perfect for our family of four. The staff was so nice, and check in was a breeze. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the views were beautiful. It was exactly what we needed for our much needed relaxing vacation. Lisa was very communicative and quickly answered any questions we might have. This was all around a wonderful experience for our family!

Lisa's condo was perfect for a trip with our rambunctious infant. It had some baby friendly safety features, a pack n play, and lots of beach equipment for use free of charge! The condo was in a great location and was very spacious.
