Tesisin konumu mükemmel..Herşey düşünülerek hazırlanmış bir odaydı..Isınması da çok iyiydi..Giriş saatinden önce oda müsaitti ve giriş yaptık..Girdiğimizde mis gibi kokuyordu.Bir dahaki seyahatimizde yine tercih edeceğimiz bir yer.Herşey için çok teşekkürler..

La chambre est très propre, bien agencée ! La vue sur la terrasse est très jolie. Le quartier est incroyable et l'un des plus vivant du vieux Athènes.

Il manque quelques éléments dans la partie cuisine (ex. Une passoire)

The location is fantastic.

A no-go for the winter. The air-condition, which is used for heating, is extremely (and I mean extremely) noisy. So, you either freeze, or you don't sleep.

L'accès aux communs de l'immeuble est sécurisé par un code, l'arrivée autonome est un avantage. Idéalement situé, dans une rue avec restaurants et bars, proche du centre et du métro. Appartement fonctionnel, avec divers équipements (cafetière avec capsules à disposition, bouilloire...), nécessaire de cuisine (huile, sel, poivre), necessaire de douche (gel douche et shampooing). Appartement propre, pour 5 nuits la femme de ménage est passé 2 fois. Les communs de l'immeuble sont bien tenus également. Et le top la vue depuis le toit.

Rien à reprocher c'était très bien

Absolut empfehlenswert! Sehr schöne neu ausgestattete Zimmer, zentrale Lage, tolle Bars und Tavernen alle zu Fuß erreichbar und auch alle wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Die Metro von Monastiraki it nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ich werde sicher wieder bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Athen diese Unterkunft bevorzugen.

Leider ist am Wochenende Nachtsüber der Lärmpegel sehr hoch, aber das weiß man vorher wenn man sich für eine Unterkunft in dieser Gegend entscheidet.

The self checkin, the central location of it, its small and comfortable.

Nothing, it was exactly what we needed. Not the biggest place but we werent looking for a bigger one!

L’emplacement central, tout est refait a neuf tres propre,grande chambre, tres bien équipée, café,condiment, et gel douche SDB,super rooftop avec une vue directe accessible a tout le monde. appartement au rdc pres ascenceur, location en Octobre hors saison les restaurants autour etaient calmes nous n avons rien entendu.

rien. mais quand l immeuble est plein, la table unique du rooftop doit etre juste.

The apartments was very clean and nice. The location is good for ready acces to restaurants.

It was impossible to sleep at night. At working days the music from the bars was very loud until 1 Am.. If you can live with waiting to sleep until after 1 Am it is OK. But Thursday, Friday and Saturday it is simply impossible to sleep until after 4 AM in the morning. The bar next door played EXTREMELY loud music until the bar closed. We measured the sound level to an average of 52db with peaks up to 65db at 3:50 AM. That level correspond to sound at a railway station. It was impossible to sleep even with earplugs. We checked out 2 nights before we had planned Unfortunately the host was completely silence and never replied to our mails. We also suggested a reimburse of the 2 nights since sleeping there was not an option. Again complete silence. Very unprofessional host. I world not recommend anyone to stay here due to the extreme noise from the bars next door. And the fact that the host is so unprofessional and simply ignore the guests when they highlight the problem also makes it clear that it is not a place to stay.. Find another place!

AC was already turned on when we arrived - very nice in the heat. Complimentary bottle of water and wine. Clean facilities. View from the terrace. Clear instructions regarding the key. Good communication with manager. Great location. Good taste for decoration.

There is nothing that was particulary not to like; only thing I would maybe change is the bottom shelf of the bathroom mirror that was too close to the sink, so washing hands was a bit tricky. This definitly does NOT influence the great overall impression.

I liked everything! every detail is so thought out for comfort. Location in the heart of the old city, all amenities. The rooms are cleaned very well. Perfect cleanliness. I was pleasantly surprised❤️

Perfect location. It was possible to walk to all places of interest in 10-15 min. The apartment description matched 100%. If you arrive earlier than scheduled, there was an option to leave your luggage in lockable lockers and use the waiting room. From the roof terrace, the evening view is spectacular!!!

It is very clean,modern decorated,fantastic spot close to all attractions. Kitchen is fully loaded with the all necessary items and with beautiful ceramic!

The only thing shower space is a little tiny ,but didn’t bother me personally.

The location is good and the Room is confortable and clean, but without view (Its ground floor).

There are a lot of noise, specially during the night because the street is very busy (lots of bars and restaurants). Ok for the bars and restaurants, but there is a nightclub next door playing very loud music 😳

everything.. even though there’s no personal contact, but you fill they are around, taking care of everything. this property has a unique character, cozy, clean, nice view.. although it’s noisy in the night but you can take it as part of this property character.. so you can enjoy the joyful moments around, discovering this neighborhood.. we enjoyed to the last minute. thank you and we will be back for sure.

The apartment was very well equipped with anything I could want, and more. There were extra toilet paper rolls, coffee pods, cooking equipment, plates, some shampoo and soap, towels... The area the hotel is in is great - full of cozy bars, pubs and restaurants, and feels extremely safe even late into the night. The building also has an elevator for all the floors except for the roof - which has a direct and beautiful view to the acropolis, with a bench and some chairs (I recommend going during the sunset). The building is also about 5-7 minutes of walk from Monastiraki Square. There are free cleaning services (tho they didn't add new toilet paper). Curtains were decent enough, with two layers - one mostly doing the job of blackout curtains. The WIFI was good, and so was the AC unit. There was a big bottle of water in the fridge, sealed, which I appreciated, and the fridge had a freezer compartment.

The street is pretty loud, usually up to 1:30 am. The amount of bars in the area, and a pub crawl sometimes going outside, might mean some people will suffer from it. HOWEVER, the owner informs you of it when you book the hotel, and doesn't hide it - and for me, a simple pair of earplugs did the job. I should also add that there is no reception desk - all the communication is done via whatsapp or email. The cleaning services didn't add any new toilet paper, but there were 3 (two were in the cabinet under the sink), which was enough for me- but if you are a couple, you might have to buy extra. Finally, the ground-floor room I stayed in had windows, but they open directly into the street, and so i never left them open - though they do let some light in despite being covered by some "sticker" so people can't look into the room.

NOISE! There was a multiday party on the rooftop of the building behind us. They blasted music until 3am Friday night and 4:30am Saturday. It was horrible. No sleep possible. We thought it was a bar and didn't think we could complain effectively. When it started AGAIN on Sunday, we figured out it was someone who rented that apartment in the Athens Suites (see pic). We told our manager Lior and emailed Athens Suites, and it ended mercifully before midnight. Lior was responsive...but there's only so much he can do from Israel. I wish we had told him earlier. It ruined our trip. The beds were hard and pillows far too big...minor issues.

Perfect location, very clean and tidy plus it is one of the rare locations where they have thought of everything... Sewing kit, iron + ironing board and a set of earplugs for a good night sleep. Check-in was easy and seamless.

If you have troubles sleeping with the provided ear plugs then it might get a little loud

location is great, right in the centre of vibrant nightlife; cafes bars etc. howewer that brings a lot of noise at nights. Even with earplugs it was hard to sleep till 3 o’clock. it was super clean and new. Terrace view is extraordinary. If you go out at nights that place is the best!
