Excellent location. River view from covered porch areas. Helpful hosts. At this price point the value is there. This is probably one of the better places in this rural town with limited options.

The rooms are quite basic and for us a little small. The one small issue was the lack of a shower curtain to keep the entire floor/toilet from getting wet. Breakfast was minimal.

Ich war mit meiner 9jährigen Tochter dort und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Direkt am Fluss essen zu können mit diesem traumhaften Ausblick, einfach wunderbar! Die Familie kocht fantastisches Essen und gibt sich mit allem so so viel Mühe. Ich hatte leider eine Erkältung bekommen und die Familie hat mich mit extra Decken und Ingwertee versorgt! :) Die Familie hilft auch bei allen Fragen weiter, die man als Reisender so hat! Mit Karte zahlen hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

Best place i have been so far in Vietnam . The hosts where so friendly waked extra up in the morning for giving me a room to rest . I recommend the kayak tour when you’re not afraid to get wet and physically fit for a the hike . Best tour i had . Food is yummy especially the banana pancakes i loved them :).Would definitely come back when i am in the area.

The scooter and bike are not in good maintained unfortunately.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Unvergesslich war der Blick auf der Terrasse, wäre gern noch einen Tag länger geblieben. Die Zimmer sind sauber und wirklich groß. Außerhalb findet man zahlreiche kl. Restaurants / Street food.

Notre nuit dans le Coco Riverside était parfaite La famille est très accueillante et nous a bien guidé sur les excursions à faire Il y’a la Clim, la wifi, une literie confortable et surtout la vue 🤩

Exceeded my expectations, early check-in was possible, extremely helpful staff, conveniently located, tidy and clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Laundry service is quick. Tours to the nearby national park and onward journey were organised and booked by the staff. A great stay!

Nice homestay directly at the river. Beautiful view at breakfast. It's not luxurious of course for this price but the room is spaceous and clean and you can also rent a motorbike or book tours with the homestay. :)

Absolutely everything, the hosts were so amazing and catered for us in every single possible way. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect, booked all our tours for us and were absolutely amazing! Highly recommend to everyone!

Really recommend staying here when traveling to Phong Nha. The staff is exceptional! The view is amazing and they are so accommodating. We arrived in the middle of the night and were able to get a room to get some sleep and late breakfast. They also serve lunch/dinner if you’d like. The room is clean. Really enjoyed the stay. Photos are true representation of the property.

The family and staff were top class. The tour they offered of the caves was the best I’ve been on so far on my trip to Vietnam. Could ask for better hosts

Handy location. Lovely view out over the river

Minor things: it’s the height of summer and while the room has an aircon, it only works when the key is inserted, so you come back to a very hot room. A fan would have been good. Also the glass door can be an issue if you’re room is near the stairs. The room is flooded with light whenever someone turns on the stairwell light, and the internal lights from the rooms opposite shine in as well. A curtain or blind over the door would be handy. Lastly, the hotel organised a car to transport me to the train station. Another 3 women were also leaving at that exact same time. We realised when we got there, but it would hav made sense to ask if we’d like to share. We were all from the same country and all going to the same destination and the same time.

Nice view of the river from guesthouse. Owner is quick with responses. Picked us up from Dong Hoi Airport for a fee. Flight got delayed, driver waited for us for 3 hours. Good idea to get the owner's number for easy communication.

The walls are a little thin. Can hear people talking at the veranda in the middle of the night.

The family is very very friendly, I felt like being at home here quickly, nice scooters, traditional tea and great rooms and view :)

Very nice staff, dropped us at the bus stop for free and provided us with free water bottles when there was a power outage in the town in the pump didn’t work

The location is near the harbor, and it's by the river so the view is quite nice. From the homestay we can easily walk to wherever we needed to go. The room was clean, but the bed is maybe a bit small for 2 male adults (we have 7 men but have to use 2 double bed room and 1 single). Overall It is highly recommend to book a stay here
