Beautiful view, excellent apartment. Close to facilities

Beds could have been comfier, but don't let that put you off booking. It's a lovely property.

everything was clean, kitchen had everything needed and great to have the 2 bathrooms.

lack of furniture on the terrace. it could really do with some sun loungers or some rayan furniture.

Superb communication, first class accommodation with beautiful view across the harbour. Possibly the best self catering accommodation we have ever stayed in and will definitely be recommending to others!

The location is superb. The apartment is modern and was refurbished to a high specification. Lovely bathrooms, especially the ensuite. Comfortable beds. Nice white bed linens and towels. Beautifully clean.

Kitchen equipment woefully inadequate - there was only two of us so we managed but a larger party would really struggle.. Bare minimum crockery, glasses and cutlery. Lack of cooking utensils: only 1 chef knife, 1 tiny serrated edge knife, no bread knife, no wooden spoons etc. Toaster only 2 slice and didn't pop up! No cafetiere. Outdoor furniture very poor - chairs like matchwood! But we saw this in the photo so thankfully took our own. There are a few floor cushions for outdoors but not all guests can get down to the floor! No parasol. No BBQ (or DVD player) as described. The sun terrace is a real feature of this property - such a shame it cant be comfortably enjoyed. At over £300/night we would expect better.

Brilliant location right in front of the harbour but unfortunately as it was quite cold and windy we were unable to sit out on the lovely terrace for too long

For an apartment that sleeps 6, there were only 2 dining table chairs ( understand why as it is due to limited space)

Location was brilliant and the view from the living room was amazing. The apartment was nice and warm and clean when we arrived and was a nice touch to have a wide range of t.v choices (and prosecco) especially when we don't want to go out on an evening during these times. The kitchen was so well stocked and love that it had seasoning and oil for home cooking.

The noise of the takeaway in the afternoon (when my child was trying to nap) and the extractor fan and banging from the shop on an evening did not make for the most relaxing stay. The big bay windows let in a lot of draft but given what they have to endure it can be forgiven.

The appartment was amazing, clean and the terrace was large and had great views of harbour. Next door to bar and grill and local shop and very close to other places to eat. 10 mins walk took you to Paignton. The whole place was brill, had a great time and would thoroughly recommend anyone to go.
